This is going to sound a bit biased but this is a great company, they wont try to oversell you on something you dont need, they will give you a new unit purchase as a recommendation, but they 99% of the time push the repairs you need over a new unit. I personally know they try not to leave a call until they figured out everything they can and did everything in their power to get your AC back to running to almost new spec conditions. They work long hours and barely see their families so the residents of Las Vegas can have cold air in the summer and hot air in the winter.

My AC had went out yesterday evening. It just so happened that The A/C Guys were installing a new unit at my neighbors house. I walked over there and asked if they would perhaps be able to come over and take a look at my AC. I had spoken to Troy, who as it turns out is their Field Supervisor. He said that they would stop by as soon as they had things squared away at my neighbors house. I swear it must have been only 30 minutes later, when there was a knock at my door. The first thing i noticed was how tired Troy looked. I told him if he would rather come back another time, I would understand. He said that they had just completed a 12 hour install of a high efficiency unit, but that he would be happy to take a look at my AC. He even said that worst case scenario, if he wasnt able to fix it last night, he had some portable ACs in his van that he could leave with me, until he was able to come back to service my unit!!! Troy had showed us a cost/benefit analysis of repairing vs replacing our unit. With our unit being an older model, it didnt make a whole lot of sense to repair it when it will inevitably need another repair, after repair, after repair. He was so very knowledgeable, detailed, and honest, doing what he could to work within our budget. We opted to go with the 18 Seer High Efficiency unit. The unit is scheduled to be installed tomorrow, ON THE FOURTH OF JULY. In the meanwhile we are nice and comfortable with temporary AC. I am so incredibly impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and work ethic of this company, and would highly recommend!!!

I called The AC Guys by recommendation from a friend. My mothers unit was not working properly. I contacted the AC guys and they took care of the problem with in hours. besides fixing the problem they also service the the unit. That was very nice of them. I’ve had Ron out to my house a few times to fix different appliances. He is very knowledgeable and has been able to diagnose and fix the problems on the spot. He never tries to “sell” me on things I don’t need. He is very honest and it does great work. His services are reasonably priced. I highly recommend Ron.

I was referred to them by my home warranty. They came out and fixed my my ac in the summer and then they came out and fixed my Refrigerator. The work was done in a timely manner. I called with a heating problem for one of my rental properties that I had just leased.I met the serviceman at the residence and was greeted by a deep southern accent and a mountain of a man named Ty.I expected a gruff personality from his burly beard and manly proportions...but he was the most courteous and customer friendly repairman I have EVER met.He quickly found the issue, which was a simple wiring problem from having my handyman install a new thermostat and it was wired incorrectly.He corrected the wiring and was ready to go in less then 10 minutes of my time.Im greatly appreciative of the customer service and will be calling The A/C Guys for any future problems that arise.

On two different occasions I had services done! Taylor in the office scheduled me for next day service which was surprising considering it was middle of the summer. I rent here in Las Vegas and have had many bad experiences over the years with having repairs completed, but was thrilled to have a good experience for once.My heat went out while my husband was recovering from cancer surgery, WORST TIME!They sent out their the repairman, Ty, and he found the issue after an extensive search and sais a numerous parts were needed for the system to be safe for heat.The parts were ordered and he returned to complete the job.....after 3hrs on my rooftop I had heat AND air condition, which had also given me numerous issues the previous summer.Thank you AC Guy for the wonderful service!

Gas company said my unit was broke so i called AC Guys to come out for a diagnosis and possible estimate.Ty came out and gave me the rundown on my unit.the gas valve was simply off on the rooftop, which the gas company never even went to check.Thanks for the honesty and the estimate for replacement, which i still plan on doing in the spring of next year!

I have been waiting for over two months for the AC Guys to fix my washer. They have been out to my house 4 times and failed each time telling me they need to order parts when their attempt failed. They have told me the parts are on order three times in 3 weeks and on the fourth week the representative tells me the parts have not been ordered by the warranty company. Promised call backs with information... no call back. There are 4 electrical parts to this washer... 4.e-mails never returned... no communication.... leaving before the washer has finished the cycle assuming it will work... it doesnt and weeks pass. The tradesman is a good and honorable but the follow up really sucks.

This AC company is by far the BEST one in vegas.. not only do they genuinely care about their customers! They go above and beyond to make sure that my family and I had heat this winter! Danny and Christopher the owners are the most polite and professional business owners I have ever come in contact with! The gals at the office are so helpful and patient when I tried to explain what was going on with my unit, and when they sent Ty out he called me in advance to let me know when he would be arriving and he explained everything throughly and made sure to let me know EXACTLY what was going on and walked me through the repair so I knew exactly what I was replacing why and for how much! If there is something wrong with your AC unit I HIGHLY recommend you calling the AC GUYS! They are affordable and one of a kind! I couldn’t ask for better service! Thanks guys! You do a great job! I thought Ron, the technician, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done. He was patient and did a great job explaining what he was doing. I’d use the AC Guys again and would recommend them to anyone.

Tech was great, honest. His boss however tried to upcharge us for everything. Sold us a $51 thermostat for $246.54. (That we did not need) It is a 5 minute install, and the tech was already there and wed already pay the fee for the service call. Sold us some line about how our 1 year old thermostat somehow caused our 20 year old furnace controller to burn out. Right.His boss also tried to add some other $50 fee to us while on the phone with the tech but the tech so he wouldnt because it didnt seem fair. All in all paid $800 for a part that should cost closer to $500 parts, labor, and diagnostic. (Per their own pricing)Also tried to sell me a whole new system for 7k.When I called to complain about the charges after they sent the bill, their response was for an extra $49 we will trade you for a programmable thermostat (like the one I had before they charged me $246) no thanks.Will never do business again.Edit to reply... my thermostat did not fail. My furnace controller did. Your tech tested my thermostat and actually put it back on on the first visit when he concluded it was still good. On his 2nd visit (after you had computer problems and told us you wouldnt send a tech out even though you had our part from the night prior) you charged $200 over cost of parts for a 5 minute install of a thermostat we didnt need, and apparently took our working thermostat as it is nowhere to be found and no one was home during the repair of the furnace. No pricing on the thermostat was given, and when I spoke with you on the phone you wanted more money to put in yet another thermostat.. that is not the way to treat a customer and you should be ashamed.

My AC at least waited until summer was fading to fail, but it is still a necessity with a 2 story home that gets hot on the 2nd floor.I ha d two other companies out to provide estimates and was told my 9 year old system was falling apart and needed replaced versus being repaired.The AC Guys sent Tony out and my falling apart system was quickly repaired with a simple capacitor...less then $200 repair versus the $8000+ estimates I was given by those other guys.Thankful for an honest company that provided me a quick repair and no scare tactics to try and sell me on an unnecessary home expense.

The A/C Guys provided me with excellent service.I had a leak in my air conditioning system that had been an ongoing issue.Their technician Ty, came out and found the problem in my system and quickly had a solution prepared.I experienced some health issues and was unable to get the repair completed immediately and had to wait until I was out of the hospital to allow them to do the work.They promptly returned at a pre-scheduled time and installed a new coil in my attic to resolve the problem.I will definitely recommend their services in the future to all my friends and associates.

Jasmine was fast at getting me on schedule. The tech came out had my air working the same day. I will always recommend the ac guys.

Had a continuous problem with my rooftop system and had multiple companies out to no avail.The A/C guys sent Ty and Arthur out to try and find the problem.after an arduous time of them diagnosing the system (almost 2hrs), they located the cause and repaired it immediately.Thanks for the perseverance in finding the issue and not suggesting replacement as the ONLY option!

If your looking for fast a reasonable service the ac guys are who you want to call i had multiple companies out who could not figure out the issue with my water source unit. Jasmine in the office was prompt and had a technician by the name of ty out to my home later that day. And we had heat shortly after his arrival.
