I had a major leak in the main water line from the front to the house. I contacted Goettl because I knew they have been around for decades. Everything was taken care of from the permits to the final cleanup. I am really happy I chose Goettl. Their technicians, Tony, Israel, Jose and Chris and their supervisor Brian were amazing. They explained everything that they were going to do and did it. I spoke with Will and Brook in the main office and they made sure that I was contacted every step of the way. I highly recommend Goettl and will contact them again if I have any plumbing issues

Professional employees and very friendly. In an emergency this company will respond and show up to fix both air and plumbing. However non emergencies appointments will take some time to set up properly. All in all though great service and reliable.

My family and I noticed that our average electricity bill was significantly higher than it was last year and usage hasn’t really changed.We asked Goettl to come out and take a look at our system. We were advised to get a duct clean and seal service to help improve the efficiency of our AC unit.Robert and Richard were phenomenal. They showed up on-time, prepared, and professional. They explained exactly what they would be doing in a simple and concise way. Their teamwork was on-point, it seemed like they’ve been working together for years. I’m very happy with the work provided. I’ll definitely continue using Goettl for HVAC services moving forward.

When my husband called Goettl in the morning and explained about our AC, they scheduled a tech for that afternoon. They contacted me about a half hour before to advise me tech was on his way. They also text me the techs photo and bio. I was extremely impressed with this. The company goes out of its way to assure your safety and satisfaction. Our experience was almost shocking! From my 1st call in for a repair service to our repair person Curt, who was wonderful and so professional. Curt was able to explain everything to us and show us what was happening. Even the phone calls for confirmation on the order to repair was so professional. I absolutely loved the service but it ended up two days after my scheduled appointment. I was a bit of a “Karen” regarding the missed appointment. But they did me well regarding the mishap. Jeff was helpful and insured the job was going to last. Likely I will use their service again.

Our technician Rick was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We called another company when our downstairs AC quit working but they did not resolve the problem and charged us a fee. Requested a quote for a new AC unit. It came back at $20k for a SEER-16, 5-ton, two-stage unit installed. That’s more than twice the cost of other companies in the area. (Got well-rated companies quote at 8k and 15k for the same unit).The service I received from them in the past was good. But really made me doubt the amount I was being charged.

I was recommended Goettl by my carpenter that has lived here 10+ years. I called on Friday and was able to get an appointment on Sunday! The company called 30 minutes prior to coming out and also sent a text message. Ivan was my technician and was very professional! He answered all of the many questions I had with confidence and explained what will eventually need to be changed on my a/c unit. He also went over the prices so I can prepare to have the service done. I will definitely use Goettl again and would be happy to have Ivan as my technician!

Lets see bought a 20000 dollar unit from Goettl. It broke completely down in three years. Called them to repair it, they sent four people out individually to look at it, nobody could fix it. The last guy to look at it stated that they would be out the next day to replace the entire unit, backed outta that. Then with a tip of the hat said, their just gonna replace the condenser and that would take a week to get here. Where is here? Las Vegas, When? Right in the middle of summer 110 degree heat. We also have an older person living with us which makes it worse. What does this kind of action say about a company? See for yourself, buy something from them, give them your money. You might get lucky. I feel ripped off.Hello Michael thank you for your response to my review. I tried to track you down at the office and nobody knows who you are. I guess it doesnt matter anyway nothing is gonna be resolved. Well just sit and suffer in a 98 degree house until the part for the unit comes in. Apparently you guys dont keep parts available to fix your units when they break down, not even in the summer time. Funny how we still have to pay for a A/C unit that doesnt work. In the end you get your money and we get the raw end of the deal. Oh yeah when I called they wouldnt even put me in contact with a manager. It seems like when the situation isnt in your favor financially you guys run and hide to save a buck.

After trying to limp our HVAC system along with patch ups, we finally decided to have a new system installed. Billy was professional, knowledgable, competent, and patient with all our questions. He took care of our home as if it was his and he is welcome back here anytime. In fact, in the future when we need an annual check up, we will request him!! He represents Goettl well and made us feel at ease with the large purchase for our home.On installation day, the install crew was was hard working, courteous, and efficient. Adam allowed me to go up into the attic to see their work and explain to me how the system runs. They took care of our home by placing cloth floor coverings throughout and carefully installed all the equipment. They also answered any questions before they left and ensured we were satisfied with the installation. We still have one more appointment with them to have our ducts cleaned and sealed. David Wilson of Goettl went above and beyond (on a Sunday no less) to replace leaky and rusty taps that feed our washer machine, and then proceeded to install the washer to ensure everything was in working order. He was courteous, informative, helpful, and thoughtful throughout the inspection and repair process. The Goettl commercials already set a somewhat high bar for what I was expecting from contracting them, and I will say, they, and David Wilson, easily surpassed that bar. Thank you all very much.

Service was excellent! Jorge took the time to explain the parts, their condition, showed me pictures of the inside of the AC unit and made recommendations for regular upkeep and good maintenance! I highly recommend this business and feel really good about our AC being able to cool our home in the most efficient way. Im sure they do quality work. Unfortunately they quoted us a price that was WAY too much for us to afford. They quoted $11,000 -$21,000 for a new AC unit thats compatible for our home. The technician who came over was nice and very helpful.... but was also an hour late.If youve got the money and can afford paying for goettl, go with them.We went through another company that got us a NEW AC unit installed for $3500 and got it done in under 2 hours.

I heard Goettl numerous times through the radio so decided to give them a call. I had just moved into my 34 year old house 3 years ago so just wanted an inspection of my air conditioner unit.The technician that came was very polite and professional. Did the job in a quick manner and gave me recommendations about my air conditioner. I trust them and would come back to them for my AC and plumbing needs.

This was the third company to come out. We were told 2 different things and neither were correct. Goettl came out right away and fixed the issue in less than an hour.From the initial call to book the appointment to the technician coming out, this company has been amazing!!! I can’t say good enough things about the company any employees it came to my home From the technicians Bernard was one we’re here on time very professional did not push or force me into anything and gave me every possible choice to solve my problem. Once we figured out what we were going to do they sent the installation crew out to redo my duck work Andrew was the lead his helper was Marcelo in the third with Zane. Everybody I have dealt with has been very professional and very knowledgeable of what they are doing. They gave me a specific time they would be here by any nailed that every time they’ve come to the house very clean respectful and hard-working guys I will definitely use them again and even sign up for Sadie‘s guard dog protection I highly recommend Goettl.

Love this company. My HVAC system went down Saturday. I went down a list of recommended companies and Goettl was the only one who had someone available for emergency service. They gave me a 2 hour window but Jorge was here in an hour. He was kind, thorough and professional. He also gave me several options for repair as well as the option for a new unit. I knew that economically it made more sense to replace the unit. Jorge and Steve (in office) went the extra mile in getting the right price and payment option for us. On top of their superior service they were able to install the very next day.

Called Goettl when my A/C stopped cooling. They were awesome and came the SAME DAY within hours on a holiday weekend for no additional charge! But the BEST part of their service was their tech Rick ! Rick was so kind and helpful. He had a sense of empathy I could literally see in his face.... We ended up needing a new A/C unit and I could tell Rick felt our shock and horror! He explained EVERYTHING that was wrong in a way so that I could understand. We discussed potential ways to possibly fix the issue.... And the likelihood of it not working. U could tell he cared about us making the right decision and he didnt just want a quick TEMPORARY FIX that costs thousands. I am telling you that even with a $10,000 A/C unit looming over our heads Rick was a breath of fresh air !! Its not about just making a sale to this man....we were not just a number to him... He really felt our pain and helped us above and beyond ! We were lucky to get Rick as our tech and Goettl is lucky to have an employee like this one ! With an employee like this... I am happy to give them my business.... His demeanor and professional made ALL THE DIFFERENCE to us !!

Got a new system a yr ago but had a few problems with it so far … maybe I got the lemon? It’s a little frustrating, on a good note everyone that works here is super nice and respectful. I try to keep my cool most times but it’s also very hard when you spend 13k on a system that’s not working to the standards :/

From the beginning I was met with prompt, professional service from Abigail in customer service.I explained that a previous company tried to fix the issue and ended up damaging my property and refused to fix it.I was assigned a tech “Jeremy” who arrived on time the next day. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Jeremy evaluated the issue and discovered the previous company, for unknown reasons attempted to re-wire my ac system well outside of factory specs.Jeremy explained what would be necessary to complete the repair and then fixed it.I would strongly recommend that you give Goettl a call when you experience an AC issue.

The technicians were fantastic. Their bosses Curt and Ryan were not. Had a problem with an unscheduled repair. Texted Ryan no response. Texted Curt he called but never apologized for this lack of communication and instead said, well use this as a training scenario DID NOT APPRECIATE BEING A TRAINING EXPERIMENT!!!!

I ran u to issue with my water softener that was splatting water everywhere and had to turn off the main water valve. Goettl was able to come in the same day and bypass the problem.

My experience with Goettl was above and beyond what I expected, from beginning to end. Blake made me feel like my situation was most important to him. The young man that came to my home was just as caring and understanding. It is so refreshing and appreciative to see a business with employees like this. Goettl should truly be ashamed of themselves. We used this company to diagnose our air conditioner that wasn’t working on Saturday 7/10/21. The tech came out, tried turning on the unit from inside and said it was a good sign that it was still turning on so we were hopeful. After he went up on the roof he came down and said no it’s actually broken and proceeded to show pictures of its poor condition with oil stains etc, and telling us how old it was. The only option was a 12k replacement unit.We decided to get another opinion just in case although we fully trusted Goettl and planned to use them if the second opinion was in agreeable. Another company came and while they agreed it was old, it was completely fixable and was repaired for under $1000. Air works fine now.Goettl should be truly ashamed of themselves for prying on people’s desperation in the summer heat, and not even attempting to do what they are supposed to do best… try to repair. Sounds like fixing wasn’t worth the time or effort in this case. Will never recommend.

The technician was great.The process in which to get the new tankless hotwater heater is very frustrating.   I was lead to believe everything would be completed within a day with a team of technicians.  Actually one individual showed up and installed it over two days.  The electric plug installed on another day .  I also was informed after the install that the gas company inspector would be out within two weeks to inspect the new gas line and then a gas company technician would connect it to the meter and tankless heater.  The installation that I was lead to believe would take a day is turning out to be 4 days.  The finished installation will not be completed till at least two weeks. However, the technician had me sign the documents saying it was completed (stating it was his installation part that was complete).Also, I never received copies of the document(s) I signed at the beginning of the process..Update: After emailing (which was not answered) then calling I was again informed of a different process to complete the installation of the tankless hotwater heater. It will not take at the most 2 weeks and 1 visit it will take the following steps to be completed 1. The permit needs to be approved by Clark County (can take up to 2 weeks). 2. Once approved Goettl will send their inspector out (most of time 1 to 2 days after permit is approved). 3. After inspection wait at least 3 days for ME to call southwest Gas to schedule appointment to attach the new gas line to the meter and water heater. (They do not know how long before southwest Gas can schedule). This is so frustrating especially since I was not informed of any of this during the initial estimate.They also invoice (due in 10 days) immediately upon the technician installation not the completed project.

Knowledgeable great customer service, I would have Billy back anytime. I watched him the whole call and he had no problems with me over his shoulder. He gave me a thorough explanation of what will potentially happen and recommended a plan of action.Billy is always welcomed back at my home.

I cannot find where I could send a private message on here. However the problem is being prepared for you from the City Inspector whom came to my mothers home yesterday. Im sure we will be in touch at some point. Too bad I really was expecting top notch service for paid in full equipment and installation.***update after waiting for Goettl to reach out to my mother, I went ahead and made the call. The man I spoke with said the lady will call me Tomorrow as she is dealing with other installation issues with another customer..thats alarming to hear now.Heres the issue, Day one after agreeing to a new 11k unit for her home with new air duct included (the previousone had an decent size hole in it), and new insulation around the outside coils the lead to the new unit due to deterioration, the installers arrived unmasked, even though I requested the to be while inside her home to install new furnace indoors, also after 4 hours of work, the main installer was telling me about another 45 minutes I was very impressed and ask it they had Already replaced the air duct And he seemed confused and said I was not aware that was supposed to be be done and I will have someone to come out tomorrow to do that.(Also they had the wrong filter size to put in new unit, so no filters until about a week later)So the next day comes and 2 younger men very pleasantly were shown the issue and what needed to be done as they werent even informed of what actually they were there for. So I proceeded to show them where they needed to be and how we needed the air that replaced per contract and agreement upon purchase of the unit. As they proceeded to do so I did mention there was water leaking on the current air duct due to the condensation hose/tube being so short right under the furnace mind you this is a mobile manufactured home where theres crawl space space big enough for a grown man plenty of working room these guys were small and were able to do that work however they decided to take a shortcut(cut out a part of old duct and taped a new piece there) I looked underneath there myself As I wanted to check the work(11k) from having bad experiences in the past for my mom getting taken advantage because shes older and disabled. I cant even write the rest because of the limit on here. But the bottom line is the city did NOT pass the inspection because of improper work, short cuts, even said the the company is 50/50 on quality installation. Hope this helps others

Completely thorough! Service window was between 10am to 2pm. Call saying they were 30 minutes away came up at 1035am. Very polite and professional. I would suggest GOETTL to anyone who needs plumbing and air-conditioning care

My AC went out in Nevada at 115 degrees, I checked around and went with Goetti they gave me a military discount, installed new system and Im COOL now. The system had a defective part they had Abel come right out and put brand new system in. Awesome service 👍 Abel explained everything professionally, was polite, great personality, just someone Id want working for me. Our AC unit went out. We had tried to get some one to come out from other companies. We were treated like we were stupid. We then decided to call Goettl. It was the BEST decision we made. Wgen I called to schedule the appointment the person was extremely nice & helpful. They came out the same day. Our Technician Armando was awesome. He was very thorough and explained everything. He was really nice. I was so impressed with Armando & Goettl that I now have a service contract with them. This is the only company I will use. Thank you Goettl for everything.

Goettl A/C repair came out within 24 hours of my a/c duct collapse. William came out and did a thorough, comprehensive analysis of the problem and even took pictures of other issues if concern. He properly diagnosed the problem and dispatched repair technicians the next day. Christian and Matt came early and wasfully prepared for the duct replacement. They protected my home from falling insulation and tracking dirt throughout the house. They were done in about an hour and also replaced my vent. They also left extra filters. This company is all they claim to be. Very professional and did the repair right. I will never go to another company in the future. Im glad I called them.

Technician was very professional and informative. I listed the issues steps o have taken. He immediately knew what the issue was and did great job fixing the issues. Also he was not very aggressive in selling services I didn’t need and only brought up the services that will greatly improve and help our HVAC system. Tech who came for our tune up tried to tell us we needed a new upstairs unit (for $14,000). My husband said no, tech got his boss on the phone who pushed even more. Still no.Magically fewer than 24 hours later our upstairs unit started blowing only warm air.Called a different company who discovered all of our Freon leaked out of the upstairs unit (weird because we didnt have a leak before). He said where the leak was would be the FIRST place a tech would check so the previous tech was either A) Incompetent, or B) had sabotaged the unit by loosening the part.He (from the other company) fixed our unit and replaced the Freon for $900 and its still running perfectly 2 years later.Ive had enough people tell me they used Goettl and were told they needed new units that Im convinced thats Goettls unnecessary answer to everything. Theyre far more interested in money than actually fixing anything. I have no idea why theyre so highly reviewed. Do yourself a favor, call almost anyone else for your a/c needs.***Edited to add - Per the request in the response below, I emailed Michael the General Manager a week ago. William came out,very nice and courteous.Got on my roof, made lots of pictures and it didn’t look good.We could hobble the thing along for a while for about 3K or get a new unit between 12 and 22 grand?!So after my wife came home she decided to check them out on Yelp.We are going to pass on Goetll just because of the feedback this company generates.It’s pretty bad.

We bought our system, about less than 3 years ago, and we had nothing but problems every single year, this is the 3 time the system broke. On the second time it broke we asked them to replace the system, they refused they said don’t worry we can fix it, they did fix it at the time. Now it’s about 7months later and it broke again!Now I’m sitting here since Saturday night with no ac, again, because they said they don’t have the part to fix it. They won’t give me any more portable units to cool my house down, after I paid over 28,000 for a new system! Plus I live in Las Vegas and it SUMMER!_UPDATE_MONDAY evening- After my Husband finally got to speak with a manager, they did came back and replace our old system with a new one! William and Frank were our assigned technicians. They were open and honest about the work needed for our air conditioner. Since our unit is on top of the house they did a video and took pictures. Weve had 2 other companies out that did not do that. To see what needed to be done made a huge difference. We will definitely recommend Goettl to others.

The hype doesn’t seem to match the service. Estimates are not given to purchase a new AC. It’s all a price range, So it’s hard to get a good comparison to shop for best deals. Spent a lot of money but no improvement with the AC. Recommendations to spend l money on duct cleaning and register sealing. I be am not impressed. I guess someone has to pay for all the commercials. 😂

Technician Kevin Schroeder showed up to my home as scheduled; with a smile and good morning greeting. He also gave me a flashlight and a plush Sadie Guard Dog. Kevin was very knowledgeable, respectfull and performed his tasks efficiently and with purpose. I am very impressed and will be using Goettl again because of my experience with Kevin.

I contacted Goettl as I needed an estimate for adding a rough-in for a utility sink in my garage, as well as installing a water softener and whole house water filter. Ronald arrived on time and was a real pleasure to work with. He took the time to hear my thoughts on the work I wanted performed, made his recommendations and made sure I considered all my options. I’m extremely satisfied thus far and look forward to seeing the completed project!

Armando was great, came out to inspect my units. One of two was in need of full replacement. Unfortunately I didn’t qualify for the finance option but Armando made every effort to see if there were other loan options. Great service!

Best decision I’ve ever made was calling them they are the best and the prices where excellent.I would definitely recommend. Rick our repair guy that came down is so nice and was so helpful and I was treated so very well. I am so greatful for this company. I really felt taken care of.

AC broke. Called them at 11 pm. They had someone out to me by 8 am. Very friendly staff. Nikki came to fix it. Absolute sweetheart. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable .

Ghetto technician was on time. Took care of the drain issues that I was having in both bath tubs. Was able to come out to the house in a few days versus having to wait a week. I would use this company again.

Goettl is one of the worst companies Ive had the unfortunate opportunity of doing business with. They came do do an annual maintenance and flush of my water heater. Two days later, the water heater fell through the pedestal it was mounted on. Goettl came back out to inspect it, and said it was a structural issue, and not their fault. I had another company come out the next day who said there was significant water damage to the base, caused by whoever flushed it out, and thats what caused the damage. A few months later, Goettl came out to do a routine inspection and maintenance on my air conditioning unit. Although it was working fine at the time, they said there were several repairs that needed to be done in order to keep the unit functional. I was given a verbal quote of $2300 to make the repairs, although they recommended replacing the unit altogether. I asked for written quotes to be provided, which I was told would be emailed to me. The next day, the unit stopped running properly. I had another company come out for a second opinion, and they noted that someone had unplugged a wire going to the condenser, and thats what was causing our issues. They corrected the issue in a matter of minutes, and didnt charge us anything for their time. Over the next week, I called Goettl several times asking for the quotes I requested (which I still havent received), as well as to for the opportunity to pay out the balance of my remaining contract so I could close my annual contract and cut all ties with the company. Each time I was told I would receive a call back from a supervisor who would address my concerns. A week later, Im still waiting for a response. Im sorry I ever got involved with this company, and advise that you consider other options, especially before signing up for their annual maintenance agreement.

Rick W came out the same day we called. We never expected thatRick assessed the situation quickly and not only got us scheduled for installation the next morning but put the finances in motion. What a guy! Jossie and Kevin arrived around 10 and we were impressed with their professional manner and speed. Goettl should be proud to have them on their staff.Linda came out the next day for the QC assessment. Again very knowledgeable and professional. Every one we had contact with at Goettl has been so friendly and helpfull. We will not hesitate to call them again for any of our needs. We have also told all our friends and co-workers about our great experience with Goettl.Thank you, all of you!P.S. Love Sadie!

WARNING!!!!! Update 4/4/21 its 9 months later no water on Easter and family coming over....DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Poor management!!!! Service staff over worked...have been inspected twice and failed $$$ 20 thousand dollars failed....has been well over 30 days of a tore up front yard!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!! Untrustworthy!!!! Lies to us every day!!!! We have contacted the BBB..and do they have a ton of complaints!!! Please if you care about your family do not buy from this horrible company!!!!

Goettl was able to come out for next day service and we had aour new ac installed 2 days later. We are so thankful for their professionalism and their ability to have our issue resolved as prior to them coming our house was 100 degrees. Thanks again Goettl.

Work performed very quick…professional,answered a lot questions during the process.would use them again in the future.however still waiting for drywall crew to finish their portion….they are supposed to be reaching out to me…one week and counting. overall the service was outstanding. Thank you.

They were able to get to my air conditioner the same day I called. With Las Vegas having temperatures at 117 ghetto ghetto to me the same day was very special. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. She explained everything to me and told me the reason for the repair. I am very pleased.

The Geottl technician, Bronco was very friendly, informative and professional. I called in to get an estimate for a new unit and Bronco showed up in time at all. He was very easy to talk with and provided all the necessary information I needed to make an informed decision. While Geottl may not be the least expensive, I believe they are one of the best companies around and I highly recommend them.

The positives: they were able to come out the same day I called, the technician was very friendly, and he was able to fix the a/c within an hour of getting to our house.The negatives: I was given a window of 6:30p - 9:30p but the tech didn’t call or show by 9:30 so I had to call and sat on hold for 15 min and couldn’t get anyone on the phone, the tech didn’t show up until 10:30pm, the repair cost was pretty high, and I was never given a receipt or anything to show what we paid for and what repairs were done.

Quickly serviced our request for a rather unusual job. Our tech Abel Sanders had a great personality and did the job efficiently. Much appreciated ! Will likely give them another ring for future maintenance.

Absolutely horrible company. Dont use the rejuvenation. Its basically you paying them to do a sales pitch in your home when nothing is wrong. Tech Billy didnt clean the unit the right way like their commercials suggest.-He sprayed some chemicals and rinsed it.-Leaves and debris were still sticking out of the coils.-Arrive more than an hour after the on the way text was sent to me. -Didnt turn the breaker back on after he left so the unit was blowing hot air.-When doing his pitch I didnt want to hear it so to be nice I told him I need to run shortly. He ignored this and proceeded to waste my time trying to sell unneeded repairs.-He never checked the coolant pressure.-He insisted he is a tech and not a salesman. LOL.Im sure this is not the techs fault and is more pressures from the company. Still, this company is not great. They are looking for sales and not just service.

My AC went out a couple months ago so I called Goettel to fix it and they offered to come the next day. My AC began making a weird noise after the new AC was installed so I called them again and they came right out, fixed my problem and everything was covered under warranty. The employees are very nice and professional, glad I heard about them

Great experience with this company. When our furnace stopped working, they had an estimator at our house the same day, and a new unit installed the following morning. We chose to replace the air conditioning compressor at the same time, and when I expressed a concern about the noise from the new unit, a supervisor was at the house the same day, explained what the issue was and how they would fix it. A crew was there the following morning and took care of it. The drywall person who cleaned up the attic entrance also painted the whole bathroom ceiling while he was there. Every person we dealt with was professional and knowledgeable.Are they the cheapest? Probably not. Someone has to pay for the advertising. Honestly, we did not get multiple bids. But, I have experience in the HVAC field and think that their price is fair and their expertise and customer service are outstanding. Overall, a very positive experience. Would recommend them to anyone.

I was told immediately that my drain couldnt be fixed because of its material and age. I might try them for something else. He said he would try but it would only put a small opening so I declined. He was nice and professional so I may try them with something else.

We purchased the Sadie guard dog protection on our last home, we ended up selling the house and moving before it expired and before we used the services included. Goettl contacted us and let us know that they would honor the same services at our new home even though we had additional ac units now ! I thought that was a really awesome customer service .
