We called on a Saturday and received a same day appointment, during a heat warning day. They had the part in their service van and fixed my A/C! I would for sure recommend them.

Quite possible the best organization that I have worked with. Terri on the phones is excellent in keeping one informed, automated messages, invoicing etc. The crew is quick, professional and patient, very rare qualities in todays environment. My AC broke on a Tuesday, they attended to my call for help within hours, gave me my options and a portable air conditioner to keep me cool, installed a brand new 5 ton Trane AC on Friday, they had to request help from a crane company that picked up the new AC and placed it in the requisite spot, no dolly for these guys, they did not want to scratch the new machine. Excellent pricing! Just enjoyed working with all of them. Artur the owner personally visited me twice and dropped off some complimentary sensors and air filters. Hats off to Alpha Air. Please keep up the good work.

Our downstairs A/C quit working amid this heat wave. Checking out reviews we contacted Alpha Air. We got an appointment the very next day, they showed up within the said timeline- and even sent a txt message letting us know who was on their way. William was great! He quickly solved our problem, was knowledgeable, very courteous and polite. We will certainly be calling them again (if any future issues) and highly recommending Alpha Air in the meantime! I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Been going to Alpha for several years now to repair my old units. One finally took a dump completely, so I went to Alpha for the job. I probably could have found it cheaper elsewhere, but cheaper doesnt always equate good customer service. And I knew using them in the past they were responsive and quick with my repairs. Recently the new unit stopped working. So I was super concerned. But they sent someone right out, he discovered it was a switch problem not caused by their install and replaced it at no cost. I highly recommend the team at Alpha. I will continue to use them for my HVAC needs.

I purchased Trane AC and furnace units for our home from Alpha Air and could not be a more satisfied customer. I obtained 3 quotes from different companies and Alpha Air was the best quote and value. Artur and his team are extremely professional and responsive to questions, even after the installation. The installation was done in one day, and the installation team covered all of our floors and did not scratch any of the floors, walls, or doors. I am very satisfied with Alpha Air and highly recommend this company for air conditioning and heating.

Just about everything has already been said. Artur runs a tight ship and I really felt that he cares for his customers and is looking to build long-term relationships. He checked on his workers several times and again at the end to make sure everything was up to standards (it was). From the start communication was good, he saved me over a thousand dollars compared to the closest other estimate and didnt try to add any up-sells that I didnt need. He explained my options well and made his suggestion (which I went with). This was a few months ago and everything is working fine - I wanted to make sure before writing this review. Now, heres the kicker, the new thermostat was a different size than the old one and a different color of paint was showing. Artur said he would take care of it. He came by a couple of days later with a trim piece he had to special order and put it on - no extra charge, after the he was paid and the job was done! Artur gets my vote, I cant really think of anything that could have been better.

They installed a new ductless system at my house a year ago. During the install they provided honest advise about what to install and what wasnt required. The technicians are knowledgeable and very pleasant. They have since come for annual servicing and continue to offer great service and advise. I highly recommend this company for any heating or cooling needs.

Arthur is amazing!!!! He came out on a Saturday afternoon at 6.00p.m.and worked on my heater for almost an hour and half!!!! He was the only one out of 6 companies I called that was willing to come the same day, on a Saturday!! He needed to come back on Sunday and replace a spare part and he did!! AND!! He even charged a fair price!!! He has me as a lifetime customer for sure, I am already thinking what other repair works I can have him do! Relieved knowing when the summer comes and my A/C breaks I now have a reliable person that will come if needed, let it be weekends or weekdays and will also not overcharge me!! Alpha Air provides excellent, prompt service and honest advice on repairs and installations of HVAC systems – and at a competitive price. I have called them multiple times to repair my HVAC units so I can extend their use before getting a new system installed. When we finally decided to replace our unit, these guys did a great job helping us select a new unit that will meet all our family needs. The installation went very smoothly and there was no mess left behind. I would highly recommend them to everyone looking for HVAC specialists!!!

Outstanding!! It is very rare that the owner of an AC company (Arthur) be so involved in the whole process. From quote to final install (I got initial quote by email as a rough estimate based on Tons, SEER and brand, most will not quote unless an employee comes out and at times to pressure a sale) Also Arthur was here on site for the whole install, climbing on roof (two 4ton units on 2nd story home, directing crane & inspecting work done by his roofers. His price on 4 ton TRANE units was very fair that included curbing and wifi thermostats (can control via app on cell phone if needed). When shopping I recommend you get a quote and also see reviews.
