Brian was great.He is very knowledgeable .He did a complete evaluation of our system .He found the condenser fan motor was failing.Unfortunately your company has a flat rate for the replacement of this part . $900.00.A $300.00 repair with most other companys.Four nuts, & three wires to swap out.Seems pretty excessive.Your guy is great.Your prices are another matter.

I called for a quote to tighten and seal then pressure test a 17 foot gas line. Their tech decided the line which was installed, inspected and approved by the city needed to be dug up and inspected by them so they could bill me for 70 feet of already completed line in addition to the 17 foot line at a cost of over 5,000 dollars. Just to tighten and pressure test the 17 foot line he wanted 1,600 dollars . ridiculous 100.00 USD a foot to tighten a pipe and had the audacity to charge me 100 bucks just to tell me what he wanted to do and not what I wanted done. also be prepared for the spam mail from the service and telemarketing calls they sell your info to. waste of time and money total scammers

My AC stopped working at some point while I was out of town. I came home at 9:30 pm to a 74° ac temp, but an actual indoor temp of 87°. Ugh.I called multiple “24 hour service” places to be told their first available was tomorrow. Not helpful. I got a call back from Joel at Ambient Edge. He asked for all my info, said he’d call in a work order and update me. He text me and said he’d be here in an hour. He showed up right on time at 11:20 pm on a Saturday. So, so thankful!Took a little over an hour + he had it figured out + fixed. I have AC again!! Joel was great + so thankful he called me back. Now I can sleep comfortably!

Just had a conversation with Jesse on getting information and an estimate for replacing our two very outdated systems (one 3T and one 3.5T). He was very knowledgeable and thorough in reviewing our needs and explaining the various options. Ultimately we decided to get the recommended units ordered and scheduled for install during the following week!I will update my review when we are officially customers, but if the rest of the company is in the same league as Jesse, Im sure well have a GREAT experience!Just had my new HVAC systems installed and everything went very well! Jeremy and Dustin spent two solid days working tirelessly in extreme heat to get both systems in (AFTER tearing out the old ones). Amazed at how much had to come out and how much more compact the new systems were - a lot more space in the attic now! We replaced very old builders grade equipment with beautiful new Lennox units and the difference is very noticeable!My experience with AE has been great from start to finish. Everything has been well coordinated and Ive been kept informed every step of the way. Thanks to all of you all AE (Jesse, Arlene, Jeremy and Dustin) for a GREAT JOB done by all of you!

My air return was full of water and they fixed the drain unclogged everything and then vacuumed all the water out. It took a very long time because there was so much water and they did such a wonderful job. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Replaced 2 each HVAC systems. Experienced initial installation issues with one of the units; however company was quick to correct and Jason (technician) was awesome. Corrected the problem and followed up 3 days later to ensure/recheck system! Very polite, knowledgeable and explained everything!

Hottest day of year (so far) and the a/c coughs, chokes and dies. Ambient edge responds within 24 hours, replaces the burned out fan motor and has the unit back online. HAPPY WIFE, happy life. The tech was knowledgeable, efficient and the cost was less than I expected. Now a happy (cool) camper.

They did a fine job, almost grand. however I found that the new HVAC was left with an opening under the house large enough for rats, snakes or whatever to get under the house and a 2X 4 is under the front to keep it in place. There could already be rodents under the house? also the opening to go under the house has been left open. I called Ambient last Friday about this and was told Jesse would follow up, almost a week later no body has called or came over. Other wise I am well pleased with the installation, the men were polite and did good work, almost except for the items reported here. Earl Edmonds

The tech was very knowledgeable and good at what he did and also explained everything. The worst part the the huge charge for being there on a Saturday. The service call of over $200.00 was ridiculous just because is was Saturday. I will shop you next time.

Brian and Steven are excellent technicians, were very professional, and got the job done the same day they arrived on scene! The only reason Ambient Edge loses a star is because the technicians used my hose without checking with me and it exploded, rendering it useless without offering a discount or to pay for a replacement hose. I would highly recommend this company!

A subsidiary, Plumbing by Jake, repaired a blockage in the line to the septic tank, which was preventing me from using my kitchen sink and dish washer. They came at the time promised and replaced the line and moved the clean-out pipe out from under the porch. They fit me in at the end of the day but made it possible for me to use my sink until they could come back. Today, I noticed a leak under my sink - water was bubbling slowly out of the trap. Someone was here in less than 2 hours and replaced old worn parts at no charge. I like the way this business cares for its customers: they send info with a picture telling you about the technician assigned to your work. The worker calls when 15 minutes away to let you know hes on his way. They take pictures of the work that was done. Everything is checked and double-checked to make sure the customer is satisfied. I highly recommend Plumbing by Jake!

Ambient tends to be slightly pricier for their service, but you get what you pay for. Their service is top notch with the technician making a detailed inspection and taking the time afterward to describe everything he found (or didnt) and discuss what issues may be coming up in the future based on what he observed. Excellent and well worth the money to not feel like I was just another job.

We requested an estimate thru Home Depot for a long list of mixed bag work to include shower conversion rough & install, shutoff(s) install (now replacement), vanity faucet rough & install (1 to 2 sink), & main valve shutoff (replacement).. Travis (not a plumber) was pleasant & professional. I am visiting & he showed me things I didnt know at the time of quote which was very helpful. (FYI - we checked it out & works fine).On visit - We received a verbal quote for total of all work that IMO was exhorbidently high & I never received the written itemized quote (e-mail) as promised. So even piece-mealing the work (over time) is not an option for us (women) to explore at this time without benefit of itemized quote.. Also, BIL Pat (back east) is licensed plumber & if it becomes necessary I will fly him out.

So thankful they were able to come out late at night as the temps in Lake Havasu were over 110. Handled it with great people skills at all areas

Ambient Edge is the only company that I call when it comes to servicing my heating system and AC unit. Every time I call and speak to a customer service rep to make a non emergency appointment very often she can schedule a technician the same day. All technicians call before they arrive at my house. The technician always show up on time and greets me with a smile. He then proceeds to ask me about the symptoms and gets to work to resolve the issue. Today Brian Asbjorn took the time to thoroughly check out my furnace. He answered any and all questions I presented to him. Brian has many years of experience and does an excellent job. I highly recommend Ambient Edge to my friends, neighbors, and anyone that is considering using their services.

Jonathan serviced the unit, changed the filter with the filter I had here for it. Added the oil additive it required. Checked all the thermostats in the house to make sure everything was working. He is really a very nice man, would recommend him to anyone who needed work done on their unit, he is very thorough.

PLEASE READ IN FULL. I contacted Ambient Edge to get my commercial freezer at my business looked at. The technicians arrived and I even showed my phone to my business partner and the time was 1:15pm. I left the store after about 30 minutes and came back but didnt go back into the physical store and waited in my car. I watched the technicians drag their feet and walk outside to their vans. They were out there for 8 minutes and already spent over an hour trying to fix my freezer. I decided to walk up to their vans to find out how much longer since we closed at 3pm. As I approach, I see one of the techs just holding a cigarette! They are charging $105 for labor and here they are having smoke breaks on my dime. They immediately come back in to put my freezer back together because they didnt have the parts to fix it. They finally approached me at 2:45pm to tell me they were done. The tech, Christopher Johnson, tells me its $345 as the total. I asked how exactly he came to that price and told me he was there over 2 Hours. Which clearly was not the case. He started backtracking when I told him the breakdown was $79 for the truck fee and $105/hour for labor. As he was there for 1.5 hours, I deducted 15 minutes for their smoke breaks. Total came out to be $210.25. So they essentially tried to scam an additional $200 without fixing the problem. I called to speak to someone about the poor service received and its been 10 days without a callback (Even though the receptionist Emmy assured that I would receive a call). To add to that, one of their sales people had the audacity to send me an invoice for $4,000 to fix the freezer. Hello?? A brand new unit costs $2,000 from any supplier.

Everybody I spoke with was incredibly patient and sweet. They were expedient, and he really knew what he was doing. I highly recommend their service!

Brian seemed very honest in assessing our A/C condition. He also checked the condenser in the attic and took photos to show how badly it was installed. He really seemed to care about the condition and explained that it should be corrected as soon as we can. Brian was personable and loved our dogs, who also seemed to love him.

They no called no showed for the first apt. I waited for 5 hours and when I called them they apologized and if I rescheduled they would give me $20 off my $79 tune up. The 2nd appointment they came an hour early and my boyfriend let them in at 11am and my appt time was from noon to 5pm. I ran quick errand and was going to be home by noon. when I called to complain they lied and said the technician did call me and bo one answered? Do they still go to your house an hour early if you dont answer??? Then my boyfriend pays it and they didnt honor the additional $20 discount. I called and of course they said we will look into it. its been a week and no resolution. I called another company to make the repairs needed. I wouldnt waste my time on this company again!

Ryan Young was our service tech today. He is new to us and we found him to be very much in keeping with standards we have come to appreciate with Ambient Edge. We have been without AC for about 3 weeks, not because Ambient Edge couldnt schedule us for the work, but because we had to research and coordinate options that would keep costs down for us at this time. We are dealing with other issues that we have no control over, so saving money is very important right now. Ambient Edge has been more than willing to work with us and I find that to be rare these days.One point I have had issues with is that the office staff would tell us one thing and the techs, when we saw them, gave us different information. This is not uncommon in a service industry because most of the office staff have never been out in the field, and they were hired for their bookkeeping and other office skills - not their tech skills. When I asked Ryan if he could express my concern about this and suggest that office staff get some training so they know a little more about what actually transpires in the field he told us that the company already has staff ride-alongs as part of their plan for employee education. I was thrilled! I think miscommunications/misunderstandings can be avoided with education.In my opinion you can count on Ambient Edge to continue to make improvements so that they can provide their customers with the best service possible. Keep up the good work and keep learning from each other.

This time the guy didnt stay long not like the last service. I dont know how thorough and quick he was compared to the guy who did the service prior who had gadgets testing the 2 air conditioners lasting about 2 hours.

Very disappointed to learn you do not have 24 hour service. Even your answering service didnt know. False advertising! Not happy at all. That was one of the main reasons I contracted with your company.

He was very knowledgeable in all aspects of Ambient Air Systems an the Process. he was explained the complete operational systems. He thoroughly explained all options, benefits, and financing. He even went up into our attic to measure to make sure there would be no problems for the installation technician. Kyle offered an explained several financing programs to find the one that fit our needs. Kyle made several visits to our home several time to help us with paperwork etc.We have used Ambient Edge for the last 10 years in yearly HVAC units maintenance and have been very happy and impressed with all the accommodating an helpful technicians. Travis replaced both faucets for each bathroom and drain plug. He also repiped the washer connections and brought them up to code. He also put in new kitchen sink disposal. He checks all his work to make sure everything works. He is always on time.

Had 2 Full Complete AC and Heating systems Installed both upstairs and down stairs. Called around got a few quotes and then decided to go with Ambient Edge. They seemed honest and trustworthy no BS sales pitches.. I am so glad that i did. It was no pressure from the beginning, Jesse the sales consultant who came out to do the quote for me did a thorough inspection of my old units and then took measurements of the whole house (BTW.. The other AC/heating businesses didnt do that). He gave Me several options and explained the differences for me to understand each one. I went with a full replacement. The guys on the install team were awesome, polite kind respectful crew. They went right to work answered any questions i had, you can tell these guys knew their stuff! Installed quicker then expected. If i could give this company a better rating I would. They crushed it! I totally recommend this company. They earned my business by being Honest Professional and Trusting. BTW the price was right also. GREAT JOB Ambient Edge!!!

I am a guy who likes to fix things myself and when my fan went out on my AC unit outside I attempted the repair myself. I thought I had it all right but the new part died pretty quickly. Got a replacement and then that one died as well. So I figured I must be doing wrong so threw in the towel and called these guys based on the google reviews.Josh was on time called ahead to let me know He was on his way and was at the door when he said he would be. I told him my adventures and he figured out what was wrong almost immediately and not only showed me where the mistake was but also made sure I knew how to rectify it.There was no attempt to hard sell me on anything only advice and education.Could not be more pleased with his service, attitude, or professionalism.I dont know if all of their techs are as good at customer service as Josh is but the experience he delivered has ensured the next time I have an issue I will be calling these guys again.Thanks Josh!
