Great and friendly service, and very reasonable prices. As an out of state landlord it can be difficult to find someone good that is not trying to overcharge you for something. Not sure why people gave the one star reviews but in my opinion they are not warranted.I used to use a different person but when that other person charged me $250 last year to replace a thermostat (thermostat is a $40-50 part, labor could not have taken more than 30 minutes, I would have done it if it was my own house) it left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth.I feel lucky to have stumbled upon these guys, thanks largely in part to the other positive yelp reviews--the owner Steve was very responsive and he is not trying to rip you off. I will definitely use him again should my HVAC system need repairs. Also this is a veteran owned business, so lets support our veterans at the same time we get our HVAC stuff fixed!

Called in because my heater was only blowing cold air, the pump needed a replacement part. My tech had the spare in his truck and the whole thing went pretty quickly from diagnosing it to fixing it, 10/10 would use them again

Big scam. Bought a house. Paid this company to inspect the AC unit. They came back with a massive fee in order to refill the refrigerant. $1,045.65 for nothing. They repaired an unrepairable AC unit. Attempting to move into a house in 100 degree heat with a broken AC unit and knowing these guys got a nice payment for nothing is wrong. This guy is nothing but excuses. Poor businessman. What a scam. They only care about your money. Not fixing your AC unit.

George from Atomic Air got my AC working in 30 minutes. Its mid-July past noon and my thermostat is reading mid 70 degrees! Ive had AC repair guys out here in previous years and theyve never gotten the AC to work this well! And they usually take hours! George comes by and makes my large condo feel like an iceberg in 30 minutes! I really cant believe it. Thank you George youre a lifesaver!
