Had a tech come out to fix leaking AC that caused damage. Was charged money and nothing got fixed. Was told they would be back the following day with the parts needed for the job. They did a no call no show. I had to reach out to them after the appointed time to find out where my tech was. I was told the parts would not be in till days later. They didnt even have the courtesy to call and inform me that no one was coming or that they were waiting on parts. Taking our business elsewhere and waiting for a refund.
