After 14 years of living in Las Vegas, our heater needed a repair. It was blowing cold air and it was one of the coldest day of the year. I have two kids and could not wait. Joe, the air conditioning tech, came over promptly after 7pm, climbed into the attic (where the furnace is located) and around thirty minutes later the vents were blowing warm air again. Joe was professional, fast, and knowledgeable.

Rip off con artist who dont properly fix ac unit to manufacture specs. Had a leak silverstate recommended cutting out and wielding in new fitting and pipe going to compressor. But was backed up for a month.Called cool air now to give a estimate, comes off roof yeah fixed 1100 bucks. I said how oh i put a leak sealant in it. I said thats not gonna work. Oh it will watch it, within 2 days blowing hot air again. They just lied and gave me the run around! By the time contractor board said it would be able to rectify wed be months down road through hot summer. I bought another unit from elsewhere! Dont call these crooks

Donald came to your house to do our yearly maintenance. He is a great technician and was very knowledgeable and friendly. We appreciated his expertise. We would recommend him as a technician. Cool Air is a great company and available any time you need them. I have used several other companies in this town and have never received the service that I have received from them and their staff.

Excellent experience! He was super knowledgeable and professional. Had a bad under kitchen sink plumbing set up for years and various slow leaks going on. He reconfigured to code and all is working great now. Timely, tidy and at a reasonable fee. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with this company again

This company was great. They were clear and up front about the equipment being used and the pricing. The installers were well informed and more that willing to answer all my questions. They did a great job cleaning up, too. The men were friendly and I was very comfortable having them in my home.

This was our winter tune up. Friendly and knowledgeable crew. They completed the FULL inspection very quickly. Verified sequence of operation, pulled amps on both units. We needed one adjustment which they were prepared to complete immediately. Technician Raul came out to diagnosed the system, gave me a decent price on the repair no pressure to buy a new unit unlike most companys that rather convince you to buy a new unit he simply told me what was wrong and how he was going to get it fixed it was a simple and great experience. Andre was an awesome technician for me . When another local company told me i needed an entirely new a/c unit I was a bit suspicious as my home isnt very old. So this company seems to rip people off their plumbing manager Mike promised to get the insurance to pay for all the repairs and a whole slew of other lies and ended up costing over $11,000 for everything and they didnt even fix the house to pre construction condition. Every thing Mike said was lies and he would only deal with my mom who has memory problems and refused to ever meet with me even after scheduling meetings he just wouldnt show up

Great service. I had my A/C up and running in less than 2 hours. Very efficient technicians.

Wish I could give a 5 star but, a couple things went wrong- We were told they would install the ac unit at 5pm but got pushed back until 8pm-8:30pm. When they did come to install the A/C, the wrong A/C unit was brought, granted they install that one to keep us cool for the evening, and had to come the next morning to replace with the correct unit. Other then that the Company over all is great. We got an awesome deal and great service. The technician (Gabriel) that came both times to install the a/c unit is very Professional, Friendly and easy to talk with, He took his time and made sure everything was done correctly. If you are going to have Cool Air Now replace or fix your A/C I would request Gabriel to do the work. Not everything can go perfect all the time I still recommend using Cool Air Now.

My AC broke in this 120 degree wheather and it was 90 degrees upstairs in my home. I called cool air now and they had two mechanics out to my house the same day. Jose was one of the mechanics. He was very polite and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was going to do before any work was done and the pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone. My experience overall was amazing!

This company is very professional and down to earth. they installed new unit years ago and still service my unit and treat me good even after replacing unit. they just did duct work for free. I cant refer a better company. iv lived in Vegas for 20 years from la and let me tell you. there are some crooks in Vegas. Not cool air now

If there was an option for Negative stars- that is what I would pick...At first- they sent a tech out right away to Inspect our A/C, Which We need a whole new unit. Fine- we get a whole unit- they said the installer would be at my house between 9-11am, now its 1130am- I had to call to see where they were- the Crane showed up about 12-1215pm and the installers didnt show up till about 1pm- then 3pm the installers left to the shop to get more parts, 6pm rolls around they have not returned- We call and find out AGAIN where they are, they show back up about 7pm and finish the rest of the install. NOW it has been 1 week later and we have not received our receipt for the unit/ install-(which is paid in FULL- and not cheap FYI)We are continuing to call several times a day to get the paperwork/ receipt -they Said they mailed it- when we specifically asked for the receipt and paperwork at the time of install. also requested it to be emailed.They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered.I would NOT Recommend them!

This past weekend I had a BBQ party for Memorial Day and my air conditioning system stop working just when people started to show up. I called Cool Air Now AC Repair and they were able to shuffle their schedule and helped me out of a jam. After arriving to my house they were able to diagnosis and fix the problem within 20 minutes. If you live in Las Vegas I would highly recommend the good people at this company.

Andre showed up at my home clean, friendly and ready to get down to business. My air conditioner had stopped working and I called to set up an appointment. I was able to secure one for the very next time frame and Andre showed up right on time! As it turns out, a capacitor needed to be replaced and being as Andre arrived in a fully stocked vehicle he was able to get me up and running in less then 20 minutes. Air Conditioning went out on Monday of all days 4th of July on one of rentals, after calling a few Companys that ether would not return my calls or were not working on this day. I Thank the team at Cool Air Now for coming out on a holiday and helping with ac problems, my tenants really appreciate it and so do I.

Great fast service for my broken down ac unit, spoke with the owner and he sent his best men to fix it right away, would call them again n recommend them.

The Service Technician Andre Blake was very helpful. Once the problem was determined that a replacement was needed he spoke to the Home Owner Warranty Company, (Choice Home Warranty dont waste your money). A new air conditioner and heater were ordered and a few hours later the installation was finished. The installers respected our home by covering their shoes, and placing plastic runner everywhere they needed to travel on our creme carpet. Upon completion everything was cleaned and a few days later a repair man came to repair the molding around the attic entry. This service was done on 5/17/17. I would recommend Cool Air to my friends.

After spending her 1st night with her new furnace she stated I have lived in this mobile home over 20 yrs and my furnace always made a loud noise when coming on. I thought this was normal. I just want to thank Andre and everyone for doing such a great job. I slept so well last night with no more furnace noise waking me up! She was to the point of tears as she told of her happiness. Do not book with these people. They assured me that my appointment was made and then never showed up. I called them to see what happened and they said the appointment was never made. This was during 120 degree weather and they didnt even try to send someone out.

My AC unit died and I was not sure who to call. I contacted many companies and have a few send people out to get estimates and find out what was wrong. This company is the one I went with and for many reasons. They are prompt, very professional and on time. They have strong team and even took the time to explain some things along the way. The Manager of the team gave me his direct number just in case.!! I never even needed his number until I had a question about the warranty paperwork. ITS IN THE MAIL.

These guys were awesome! I called them yesterday and they came out this afternoon and fixed the heat in under an hour.

I like cool air now. There are a 100 other AC companies here and hard to find decent one .The phone operator was courteous and understanding an set appointment for the next morning. Ray came out and he was new to company but had previous experience. He did awesome job and found issue outside quickly. Plus he noticed my fan needed to be raised in housing and took the time to adjust it no charge. Also checked the units in attic to make sure all was good there. He showed me the bad capacitor and proved it on his circuit tester. He took his time and was not in a rush and I appreciated that.I think folks that give a negative review when its 110 outside and the teck is not exactly on time should be more understanding. These companies get slammed in the summer and cant hire more people part time just for the summer. (I am in the service business and it does not make good business sense). Also diagnosing mechanical stuff and not knowing what they are getting into before they arrive makes it hard. I am glad my guy did not rush off in a hurry because he had another appointment he needed to be on time for. Jus sayin...

I called and set up and appointment to have my air conditioner repaired for the following morning between 9 and 11am. Its 114 degrees out and very dangerous weather conditions. They never showed up for my appointment because my grandmother is the home owner and I was the one that set up the appointment- that was their alleged excuse. They needed to have her approval apparently to come down, but never called me to tell me this. The woman I spoke to claims to have called and left a voicemail, but I recieved absolutely nothing. The woman I spoke to was very rude and aggressive on the phone and did not display proper customer service whatsoever. 18 hours later, still without air conditioning. Never using this company again.

Had another a/c company come out and want to charge me 950.00To repair a/c they said I had a freon leak, but I saw no oil anywhere...Called cool air for a second opinion175.00 they fixed my a/c bad run cap...thanks guys

Cool air have techS that have no idea what they arent doing! They have been out to our house 3 times this time and have not fixed the problem! 8 hours no results. You can never reach the manager Juan! Dont buy from them. I have had my unit fixed at least 15 times. Management does not care. We have had NO air for 5 days. Fi ally my unit is fixed. Did speak with the owner.

Jeremy came to do a tune up on my home furnice and was quick, did a wonderful job and was very professional.I always use Cool Air Now for my annual maintenance for my AC and furnice. They have excellent tecnicians. Whenever they come, they fully explain what they did and give me great suggestions. They also have very good prices.

Ive dealt with this company for the last 4 years (Every year we have had to have them come out to fix basically the same issue every time). Our A/C went out this past Sunday so I called them Monday morning to get someone out. They couldnt send someone out until today (Thursday) between 12-2pm. 2:30 comes and still no show and no call so my wife calls to see whats going on and they say they are still planning to come they are just behind schedule I think its bad business to not keep customers in the dark when you are going to be late but whatever no big deal. Its now 4:50 pm and still no show and I just called and lady says not only can they not come out at all today but that she attempted to call and let me know which is just a lie and now they cant come out until tomorrow.Ive paid thousands of dollars to this company paying them to come out basically every year since I bought my house and they can never seem to fix the problem or just do enough work to get by. Now the customer service issue has pushed me over the edge. I will be searching for a new A/C repair company.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!! The managers are never available to speak to. I had to wait a week for warranty work and it was never their fault supposedly. They cancel appointments, overwork their employees, and install incorrect parts.
