We recently bought a house with an aqua therm unit in the garage. Making the apt was easy and fast, Jordan came out and cleaned out the drain pipe for us and told us how to do it ourselves if it ever happens again. Definitely recommending this business to anyone who needs work for their AC.

I called Home Air on a weekend when my air conditioner suddenly broke. I spoke directly with the owner who was very courteous and accommodating! She said someone could be be at my house within the hour. And they were. I was very impressed with the prompt service and the knowledge of the technician. I’ll use them again and I’ve already recommended their service to a friend!
I needed some specific parts installed on my HVAC as part of an inspection. If youve ever tried to get HVAC service in Las Vegas in the summer, youre usually met with, were totally booked. Not only were they able to send someone out in a timely manner, but I didnt even need to be there since they accessed my roof themselves. The work was done quickly, it passed inspection, and I was able to pay online easily. My new go-to HVAC service in Las Vegas!
Ive had Home Air Conditioning & Heating come to my residence a few times for regular maintenance of my AC unit. On both appointments the tech came within the agreed upon time frame, did a thorough job of doing maintenance of the AC unit, and also bought up any issues I should be aware of that they came across. Would highly recommend!
I have used Home Air Conditioning & Heating for a number of years for the AC units and heaters at my rental properties. They have always provided me excellent service and good prices. A few years ago when one of my units failed in early July at our North Vegas rental they were out there a few hours later. July in Vegas is an especially busy time of year for AC units, but they were able to help me quickly. I have used their services many times over the years. I highly recommend them.
Our heating system went down just as it was starting to get cold. Home Air Conditioning and Heating was very responsive in getting an appointment scheduled, ordering the necessary parts and then making the installation happen on a Saturday. Dani was amazing at keeping me informed all along the process and alerting me of any potential problems. Because of this we were able to avoid the potential problem of not getting the part over the weekend.The technicians were very professional, respectful, courteous and friendly. Steve installed the necessary part on a Saturday, and I was impressed with his demeanor and level of respect. The fact that he put the little shoe covers on to walk on the carpets says a lot. Any time he went in and out he took the time to recover his shoes to not mess up the carpet.They get an A+ from me! Keep up the good work.

I scheduled an appointment between 9 and 11. I told the receptionist that we needed someone to be there early due to having to be at work by noon. She reassured me that wouldn’t be a problem cause we had the first dispatch in the morning. By 10:15 I called them and all they basically said “would you like to reschedule” I said maybe and she said they would keep me posted. 11:15 came and went so I called and they said the same thing “would you like to reschedule” and they said they would call me and let me know how long it would take. Thirty minutes later I have to call my property manager so they can find someone else. So I’m at home it’s noon and my property manager tells me their on the way.Stay away from this lying business.
Home Air & Heat, I give 4 Stars only because thats what they do and apparently, do it very well. The Workers are extremely good, friendly and Professional. They are a little more than that Competition, but they guarantee their Work and Ill back it up.The Owners however, are not as true, friendly or as courteous, professional as their employees.The Owners have that Fake Smile, Weak Handshake and seem to have an alterior motive, in everything they do. They seemed Arrogant, self centered, know it alls and try to run others companies by telling them who they need hire, judging others on pure assumptions. I have an associate that has his own House Cleaning Biz. Home told the people, That Men Cant Clean, so dont bring this man back.They cut out the BEST MAN the Company had, and tell the others Company on how they should Run it.The work, Home does, but good & Profession, but advoid the Owners. They are Snobish, Arrogant Judmental and complete Know it alls and dont really know a thing, except conning the public out of dough.Home, is great AC comp but the I keep wicked witch of the west.
It is really nice dealing with a company that prides themselves on service as I do. I had two A/C units that needed repair, I called multiple places to see if they could be fixed. Nope not a one. Out of three others, they all wanted to just sell me on new ones, some totaling $18,000. Really 18K? Bill came in, note he is the owner,how often do you see a owner do field work. He says Ill fix them, let get my tech out here Sure enough watching those two work out the problem was magical. Not only did he fix it, he took his own time to go have the motor custom rebuilt within days. Boom...fires right up till this day. Both fixed for hundreds... not 18k. They even helped me out with a awesome price for a third unit on my place. These are the only people I will ever use. He is a Do-er, not a taker. I like Do-ers.

While cleaning my yard the other day I noticed that the exterior of my airconditioning unit had some storm damage. I had a flyer for a free inspectionfrom Home Air Conditioning so I gave them a try. Their technical was promptand courteous. He examined inside the unit then showed me where some sticksand gravel blown in by a storm had bent the fan blades. He explained thatthese were less expensive to fix now before the I cranked up the AC asopposed to later when they could knock things out of balance and cause moredamage. I was glad to spend a few dollars now rather than get hit with aloss of AC and a bigger bill in the Summer.
I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Home Air. They were prompt, very courteous and professional and the technician was knowledgeable. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

Stay away! told me my compressor was out and quoted me over $2500 to replace. my sister called another company that checked it and said they had unhooked all the connections, etc and my compressor was fine. they fixed my problem for less than $400.00. when i called to request my $85 service charge be refunded, Pam the manager was very rude and insultingf. Scam artists. im going to tell everyone I can and report them to the better business bureau. Also calling channel 13. I cannot stand scam artists that rip people off. especially seniors on on a fixed income. heartless.
Worse service ever!!! The tech came to my home for less than an hour and try to Bill me $85 for 2 hours labor when he didnt fix my AC unit... He couldnt even figure out what was the real problem with my AC. My husband called them back to ask about it and they were extremely rude with us by phone. I would never recommend this company
I took a shot with this company, hoping they could solve a long-time problem. I added a new room in my house and needed to get my main air lines into the room, and get rid of the window unit. The field estimator was confident it could be done successfully, and specifically said he could make the impossible possible. Eventually, the techs came out and installed the line, which was getting a trickle of air into the room, nowhere near enough to cool the room. I voiced the opinion to the techs, and who despite being generally understanding, told me,, yeah that sucks and brought me an invoice.I paid $1300 for this work, and had the understanding that it could be corrected or further adjusted. Two weeks passed with no contact or followup. I called in, at which point I was told what a priority I was. Eventually, the tech came back again, and made some adjustments, at which point a little more airflow was coming in to the room, but still not enough to cool the room to the temp of the rest of the house.As I was told, you rob airflow from the main house to supply the extra space. Now in addition to not cooling the extra room sufficiently, the my air takes longer to cool the main part of the house, with no real results for the trouble. So I lost airflow as well for the main living space.At this point, it has been 3 weeks, and no one has followed up on the adjustments, even though I was told I was a priority. I still have to use the window unit to cool the room completely, and no one has been able to give me an answer or get this room cooled as they thought they could.In addition, the quote I was given was $200 less than the final price, so I ended up paying more than expected. My estimator swore that his quote would be within pennies of the final quote, which it wasnt. There was a lot of passing the buck, as another tech was supposed to visit and check it out, who never came.Overall, I have $1300 of ductwork that blows a minimal amount of cold air into a hot room, in 100+ Las Vegas heat. The room just doesnt cool enough to be useful. The room is an office with some specialized equipment that cant get too hot, and is also my workspace. I should have just spent the couple hundred dollars and bought a better window unit that I could take out each season, and saved this money and wasted work time.I initially was calling about a ductless split system unique to that space, but they were confident it could be done like this. If it was truly not a possibility, I would have appreciated just being told so, and skipping all this irritation, and considering something that may have even been more money. I dont mind spending if I get what I need. In this case, I didnt.I would suggest that if you need basic work, I am sure this company is fine. For something more specialized or if they think they can do something unique or customized to your situation, I would probably suggest looking elsewhere.This has been a very bad experience for me, and I am basically stuck in the same position I was $1300 dollars ago.

Just returned from Vegas home, Had to replace my A.C. Home air did great job at an honest price. Job site was left cleaner than when they arrived .
I just had the pros from Home Air LV out for their $59 check-up special for Summer. It was the second time I relied on them and it made me remember how great they were in the first place.Last July I was in a panic when my AC unit stopped working the same day family from out of town was arriving for a weekend visit. Home Air LV got a technician to my home in a hurry and was able to find and fix the problem quicker and less expensive than I expected.While investigating the original issue, the technician pointed out a shortcoming in the way my thermostats were positioned on the second floor. At first I thought he was just trying to milk me for some extra work like some others had tried before.But he did a great job explaining the issue so I took a chance and went with his suggestion and you know what? I saved hundreds of dollars in reduced utility bills over the remainder of the Summer and early Fall.
Charged $426 to repair AC end of May 2012, unit stopped working in early July 2012 and they refused to warranty repair. Avoid these people, terrible service and terrible results.
