Fast, quality, great communication.AC went out in the middle of the night. Called them around 5:00a.m. and a person actually answered. Had a technician there by 8:00 a.m. He called me before performing repair and after completing repair. Very impressed with these folks and highly recommend

A family-owned business that truly cares about family!!!  Its a huge stress any time your air condition decides not to cool.  For me it was the added stress that I was taking care of a family member that was just released from the hospital after a major surgery, and suddenly I dont have cool air.Comfort Masters went over the top in creating room for me in their schedule immediately upon learning there was a medical concern in my family.  They were busy but fit me in!I have been using Comfort Masters for all of my heating and air needs for a number of years.  It is the greatest comfort to know when I really needed them, they were there!!!!!I would recommend Comfort Masters for everything from seasonal tune-ups, repairing units, or installing a new system!!!!  Tonight my house is nice and cool!

Comfort Masters has always been quick, fair-priced and completely professional. We have two separate systems in our home, a 6-ton roof unit and a split-mini for my music studio. Brandon always remembers me and the family, he knows our systems and he knows how to fix and maintain them. And hes cheerful! Comfort Masters Heating and Cooling Company performed outstanding work repairing our house AC system on June 9, 2016. We are on SS with limited resources, so we used the Better Business site for guidance when selecting a company. Comfort Masters Company did not try to sell us a new AC System right away, like one of the other companies we contacted. The Comfort Masters AC Technicians explained the AC problems and were pleasant, professional and highly skilled. They were able to repair our 10 year old AC system for a reasonable cost. Their workmanship was excellent and we are finally able to enjoy living in our home again. We highly recommend this company.

Id like to say that I have had Comfort Masters as my A/C service provider ever since I retired and moved to Las Vegas in 2009. Paul and his workers are real professionals when it comes to maintaining your A/C and Heating Systems. I just had my annual A/C checkup done by Brandon who is a real professional and a very hard worker. Same day service when I called with AC problems. Brandon took care of things as needed, and explained all work that was done. Received email updates on when Brandon would arrive, along with a phone call telling me approx. ETA. Rebecca also contacted me with updates and was great to deal with and was very helpful. When my AC was having issues over the weekend, I reached out to Comfort Masters due to the excellent reviews I read online. Sean came out within an hour or so of my call, diagnosed the problem and got right on looking for the parts as best he could late on a Saturday night. Paul came over on Sunday morning to check out the situation, confirmed Seans diagnosis and went to his shop to see if he had a part on hand that would work with my system. Unfortunately he didnt have what I needed on hand, nor did other contacts he checked with (on a Sunday). However first thing Monday morning he called that he had the part and would be over at 10AM to install it. I am a single mom on a tight budget who knows nothing about AC units. Both Sean and Paul were very patient and kind with me and helped me to understand the issues. They were prompt, reliable, and reasonable with their pricing. Another great year of great service. This is the BEST Air conditioning and Heating service you will ever find. They go out of their way to make sure everything is running perfectly, if they repaired something else at the last visit they also recheck that at no extra charge. You can call them at any time and get results immediately. They have been able to repair or replace other things in my home and if they feel that cannot take care of the problem they will refer you to someone who also does a great job. A/C STOPPED WORKING FRIDAY NIGHT. I CALLED COMFORT MASTERS EARLY SATURDAY MORNING. EVERYTHING WAS UP AND RUNNING BY 9:00. SO GRATEFUL FOR THE PROMPT SERVICE. HOMES GET SO VERY HOT VERY QUICKLY HERE WITHOUT A/C. BRANDON WAS THE TECH.VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL.

Punctual, professional, and Justin had a solid quote for us today. Unlike a home warranty company we have(which next year we won’t use that company) Comfort Masters arrived within 30 minutes of calling them. Justin diagnosed and was able to give us options and prices within his time of servicing the other two A/C units. To install, the service crew will be back Monday. That’s only 1.5 days. (The home warranty still hasn’t returned with any options and it’s been two days).

Sean and Dan were complete professionals and went above and beyond. We had our ducts and dryer vent cleaned. We recently had an issue with a rat in our dryer vent. Our exterminator came out and found a rat in the vent attached to the dryer. The smell didnt seem to completely clear up. Dan removed the part of the vent that was attached to the wall and there was yet another dead rat that wasnt found by my exterminator. They removed the rat and completely cleaned and sanitized the duct. Dan also went on the roof and made sure that the screen to the dryer vent was secured in a way that nothing could could get through. Thank you Sean and Dan!

I had excellent experience with this company, I made and appointment for the next day and was told they would be in 8am- 12 and I got a call in the morning from paul confirming everything and was very nice also saying it would be at 8:45ish Brandon A. arrived he took of his shoes without asking him too. and was very courteous and pleasant to speak to.
