I dont write a lot of reviews but this was an exceptional experience. I have been in Vegas for 23 years and this was the best service experience I have ever had. My air conditioning failed during the hottest time of the year and I was getting the home warranty runaround. After they sent another company who did a quick fix that failed, I was able to request (after 5 calls to the home warranty company) an expedite due to the fact that it as 108 degrees outside and 94 in my house? No companies would come out except for EPIC! Owner Ben showed up at my door that night and had a brand new unit completely installed the next day. Covered by my warranty ! The work was fast, very professional and the unit runs great and quiet. Ben is a very nice person as well. I highly recommend this company.

When my AC unit went down, Ben diagnosed the problem promptly and went to work with my home appliance coverage making sure I got a new unit rather than a temporary fix. Had my AC broke down on me yesterday evening. Ben the AC tech came out within 30min. He inspected the unit which looks to be from the original one when the home was built. He was quick to determine the issue was a bad fan motor. I opt to get a new unit instead. Ben was able to get the new unit this morning and had it completed in around 2.5hrs. Great customer service! Friday I noticed how warm it was inside my house, checked the thermostat, it’s 93 degrees! I started calling AC repair companies. Only message machinesanswering. Checked YELP and I find out about Epic Heating and air conditioning, they had a 5 star rating. So I called, it’s already the afternoon. Ben answers my call, hears my problem and tells me that it will be after 5 pm before he can come to my house. I accept because I was happy to know he is trying to help me. Well he did showed up just the way he told me. Inspected my old unit and explained the problems with it. He let me choose what to do. Either fix this 30 year unit or purchase a new one. Ben offered me a reasonable price I accepted. Next day by 12:30 had my unit installed and working . They are very professional and honest. I highly recommend this ac company. Ben is a very nice honest guy with a big heart. He rushed so I would not have another hot day inside my house. I’m very grateful.

I recently had my HVAC system fail dead in the winter. With no heat we were freezing. I was out of home and my wife had to deal with this.She called a random HVAC company and were quoted over $500 for a repair. She almost approved the repair but my gut feeling was there was something not right. My wife googled another HVAC company and Epic Heating came to diagnose the problem.Two hours and $150 later our heating was working again!Need I say more. Epic is not only reasonably priced but very female friendly! You won’t be ripped off!!

Epic handled my Home Warranty claim for a broken A/C unit. Technician knew exactly what was wrong by my description of what was happening over the phone and was out the next morning to confirm. Technician arrived to confirm and promptly recommended a new unit to the warranty company due to the cost of repair and age of unit, which was approved. The unit broke on Monday afternoon (8/5) and I had a brand new A/C unit installed on Friday (8/9). I believe Epic would have had it installed sooner, if they didnt have to wait for approval from the warranty company (totally put of their control).Would recommend to anyone.
