Was on time with good communication setting up the appointment, on their way, and at the appointment. We got a follow up call to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. The tech found 2 issues. He documented them with pictures and an estimate. We hired them to take care of both items. We were made aware of a maintenance plan we could purchase that included a discount on the service. The tech got approval for the discount to be applied to the service done that day. We appreciated the good communication and the willingness to work to get us their best price. We will continue to use them as the years go on in the home.

Frost is amazing! My air went out during the hottest days in Las Vegas, not to include a heat advisory. I was stressed and since this was my first time dealing with HVAC, I was a little nervous. Frost came immediately to the rescue. Although it wasn’t fixed the same evening, we were able to get it fixed the next day and I was back at ease. Frost is professional, reliable and hard working. I called the Cooling Company because my AC was making weird noises and it was getting hotter. I was given the Cooling Companys number along with one of their technicians name Frost. They were able to get Frost out to my house in 2 hours. Once he arrived he was very professional and informative about what was going on about. Our rooftop A/C unit died, and we had 2 companies come out to diagnose the problem and give us quotes for replacing the unit. The Cooling Company (Nelo and George) impressed us the most. They were honest and professional, explained all of our options, and worked with us to save money when possible. They seemed to want to get us the right system, working properly--not just trying to sell us the most expensive option.Our new A/C and thermostat are installed and working perfectly. We have a Manufactured Home that needed a new Heating and AC System. It was difficult to find a company that understood the unique HUD requirements for manufactured homes when changing out a furnace. We would strongly recommend The Cooling Company and specifically Lucas and Wellington who were extremely knowledgeable about what is required to have a safe and to-code system installed. The technicians that installed the systems were very professional, courteous, and knew exactly what they were doing. We now have a brand new excellent Heating and Cooling system that has a warranty of 10 years!! We would recommend them to anyone needing and new system our repairs on their current system.

The customer service people were great, very friendly, scheduled me right away, made sure I got a call the day before to remind me of my visit and even sent me an ETA with the techs picture. My AC went down last night. All these 24/7 AC repairs are fake. Called like 10 companies only 2 answered, and one called back the next day. The cooling company answered when I called and she was honest, told me her techs were done for the night but would be contacting me 8am when they start. They called me around 7:20 am and would have a tech available between 9 and 10 am. Jorge showed up 10 on the dot. That man worked so hard to get my old unit running. Went back up on my roof 3 times to do what it takes to get it running. God bless him and this company. Highly recommend

Weve been dedicated to the Cooling Company ever since we had to replace our old AC unit some 7 years ago. Ever since they have provided routine/regular maintenance. We had them clean our vents just this month. We are dedicated because the quality of service, attention to detail, service providers knowledge and advice have always been a 10 for us. Ive used this company since 2016 with my A/C issues. Why? Because they offered to repair my unit and would always give me options. Ive had them repair my moms house multiple times also. So why the 3 star review? Since I never left a 5 star for my good experiences this should be fair. Ill give it to them, they were responsive and got to my house the same day. When the tech got there, he checked a few things and called me to tell me that my compressor was shot. I needed a new compressor and since my unit was an R-22 they could no longer service it. So, NOT even a word from me.. the tech goes straight into how would you like to pay for this? Credit card or finance? I mean what could I say..after dealing with the same BS trying to get my water heater fixed from multiple companies in Las Vegas trying to rip me off for 5-6000, I was frustrated. Is every company in Las Vegas just a money grab company? Nobody is actually trying to be honest and give options anymore? You know what frustrates me the most? Im a business owner. I own 2 repair companies myself. One automotive and the other electronics. No we dont just say, well you need an engine to every customer. We solve that issue and give options.Now to end my rant. I called someone else. And the actual issue was a small leak in the condenser. He gave me options and explained the situation. The compressor was fine.

Ive been with the cooling company for 5 years, and have never had a bad experience. This company is very trustworthy, honest and will treat you right. The technician Carlos who came to my house today is one of the best. Not only did he do a wonderful job at tuning up my A/C, he cleaned my vents and also took my Christmas lights down. Tech arrived within 30 minutes of my call on a weekend of record-breaking temperatures! That was the 1st thing that impressed me. (I had used The Cooling Company before but couldnt remember their name, so I made the mistake of calling a competitor & being told they were too busy to help me, before I remembered.) After the tech arrived so quickly, he had my AC unit back up and running quickly, and it didnt cost me an arm and a leg! This is the 2nd time Ive used this company and theyve been great both times. Ray and his team were very professional and did a great job installing my new HVAC system. Mine went out as temps were rising and The Cooling Company was quick to respond and luckily they had a new Lennox AC on hand and it was installed promptly the next day. The guys cleaned up everything and were respectful of my home. The Cooling Company is hands down the best heating/cooling company in Vegas. Every service theyve done for us has been great since they installed our unit . All of the technicians theyve sent to my house were knowledgeable and courteous, but we especially liked Ryan. He went above and beyond service, cleaning/vacuuming after he changed our filters. He even educated us on Merv ratings (8 and above), and how often we should be changing our filters, cleaning ducts etc. It was refreshing to hear someone commend their boss/owner on how they treat their customers and employees! Rare these days =). This company will always have my business.

A/C quit working late. The Cooling Company got my info off HomeAdvisor and called me next morning. They put me on schedule and a repair tech was at my home within 3 hours. He found problem (blown fuse) and fixed same. Repairs took less than 1/2 hour; tech Nelo was very knowledgeable and professional. I signed up for their semi-annual HVAC inspection/tune up at time of service. Very pleased with the level of service provided; highly recommended!

This morning I had issues with my AC last night it was extremely hot in my house so there was three different companies that came out to my house in the morning and the cooling company was one of them ...So the other companies left and Ryan from the cooling company stood and he fixed my AC for me and my family just a very nice person even when I called the front office and they called me back to let me know he was on the way to my house very nice the receptionist was extremely nice Ryan was really a nice amazing guy helpful friendly knowledgeable he made sure he got everything done correctly he even walked me through the process of what he was doing he didn’t even have to but he let me know every step he was going to do he was very respectful of my home I would recommend them to anyone and Ryan is a must I would tell anyone I know ask for him he goes way above and beyond for his customer and that makes you feel good especially with everything going on right now. I am so impressed with Ryan, my technician. We had to get some new parts installed in both of my a/c units. One of the parts was defective and we realized at 8pm at night that our Upstairs unit wasnt blowing cold anymore. I called the answering service a bit frantic because my daughter was sick with a fever. Within 30 minutes Ryan called me and 45 minutes later he was at my house. It was fixed and they gained a customer for life. I really do rarely take time to give reviews but this experience should be published to give you all an idea of the service you will get from Ryan and this company. Now if only I could get my plumber to follow suit!

Nelo was great and made it so easy to get my A/C replaced. The 2 technician spent all day installing it and how polite they were. Nelo came back at the finish of the installation and took pictures and ask if everything was good. No complaints with this company. The Cooling Company sent Lucas to my home to check my AC units prior to the summer heat and he was great. He did a thorough check and cleaning of each unit, and then did some work on the older unit. The tech was on time and very polite and really seemed to care about doing a good job!

Purchased a new LENNOX Top of the line 28 SEER unit for my 3 zone home. First all the thermostats were not ready on date of installation, after the thermostats arrived the zonning doesnt work, They told me i didnt have 3 dampers and that was the problem, even though my previous system worked fine with 3 zones. And then surprise it did have 3 dampers. Now one of the zone doesnt work and the first response from them is its the location of the thermostat, but then i can prove to them that if i turn off another zone the system goes at of wack and its not that the thermostat is in a bad location.Find the technical support far from professional and its more like speaking to a used car salesman....

Our company needed the mobile office unit inspection for functionality. The technicians Jhonnatan and Carlos arrived on time and explained what they would do. After their inspection they went through the items that would need addressing and provided pictures for explanation. They drew up a maintenance plan for review. Upon leaving we had a little hiccup but they happily returned later in the day and reattached a wire that had come loose during inspection so that the cold air would flow again. We appreciated the professionalism The Cooling Company showed.

We had scheduled AC maintenance followed by leak detection and repair. We had two techs, Jhonnatan and Carlos so I am not certain how to apply my comments to an individual. Certainly Jhonnatan needs more experience. The things he did were done properly but he mistook our security panel for the thermostat. When the leak detection work was completed I found the thermostat set so the fan was in the continuous run mode rather than in auto. This uses electricity unnecessarily and circulates warm air into the house. Just a nit but detail in service is important.

Nelo came to maintain our A/C unit. He was on-time, professional, and used covid safety protocol. He did a thorough job of cleaning unit, and was friendly. I have no complaints about his service. The Cooling Company has always done a great job for my family.

I needed to have an old air filter grill/vent, removed and replaced with a new one so I called The Cooling Company. They sent Carlo to my residence same day. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable. He looked at what was needed, quoted a good price, ordered it and two days later Carlos and Lucas removed the old vent and installed the new vent YAY! Because the vent was caulked into the ceiling they had to carefully cut around the old vent to ensure the plaster around the vent remained undisturbed, then installed and recaulked around the new vent. Excellent Job! It looks great 👍🏽 You cannot tell that there had been any disturbance at all. Thank you Carlos and Lucas!I love The Cooling Company! Overall it has been a good company to do business with. The service techs have always taken their time to explain what was needed and have kept the units I have functional. The latest tech Ryan is knowledgeable and caring and hopefully my 16 year old unit will appreciate his work as much as I do. So far they are running smoothly this season again! We are looking into getting more energy efficient and new models. Ryan was good enough to write up a couple of proposals and send them to me so I can try to get a grip on which units are going to be best for my needs.

Excellent service on 11/22/19 Wellington came out to give me an estimate to replace all the duct work in the attic. The estimate he gave me was $1600.00 below what other estimates were. On 11/26/19 at 8.15 Marco showed up with his assistant, and started work right away. They completed the job around 4 pm. The work they did was excellent and they cleaned up and vacuumed the area after the work was completed. Marco and his assistant were very pleasant, and courteous. Great service. Made an appointment for a biannual service. Five minutes earlier than promised. Very polite and considerate. Always wear booties when coming in to my home, so diligent even when they have to take off many times to go in and out! I NEVER write a review or rate any company unless Ive had an extra ordinary experience. Well I had one this past 2 weeks which was resolved by The Cooling Company. 2 AC companies which included 4 service techs could not figure out why our AC unit was freezing up. Finally Wellington, the owner of The Cooling Company himself came out at 8:00pm after 3 hours of attempting to detect the problem and resolved our issue. With the temperatures reaching 102 degrees that day, his willingness to come to our rescue and his display of compassion for our predicament was remarkable. He was relentless in solving the problem and I would hope that his work ethic was a great lesson for the young man who was working along side of him. They both worked tirelessly and late into the night to help us. Oh yeah, and then threw in 2 new filters to help the system work efficiently. We finally got a good night sleep after 2 weeks of hot air and a lot of headaches (literally and figuratively. I would recommend you call this company before dialing any other number in the Las Vegas valley!!!!

Even though it was 6:30PM on a Monday, I called up The Cooling Company and Joann (the scheduling coordinated/dispatcher) was SO SWEET. She was incredibly understanding and managed to reach a technician to come out that night.Jay showed up within an hour and then half an hour after that he got my unit back up and running. The diagnosis was cheap and I felt informed through the whole process.10/10 would use this company again. Way better and more honest and transparent than major corporations.

The Cooling Company installed a brand new Lennox unit at my residence 3 years ago, in addition to removing the inefficient water cooled system installed by the builder. They let me borrow a portable AC system to keep cool while I was waiting for the service to be complete which was unexpected and super nice. They were very clear with pricing and expectations, everything always felt fair with no pressure. Recently, Ken came by to do a scheduled tune up and everything is still functioning great. Ken was awesome and super friendly. Definitely take them up on their maintenance packages because it will keep you comfortable and save you money and prevent aggravation down the road. I was advised there was a problem with the ductwork by another company. I called and they came out a day or so later. They showed me a picture of what had developed, fixed it, and checked every other connection and basically went above and beyond. Since it was 5 days over the 1 year warranty, I wasn’t sure if they would even take care of the matter. They absolutely did. Once again I’m very happy with their timeliness, professionalism, and cleanliness in doing a messy job. This company absolutely stands behind its work.

I own a few commercial buildings in Vegas and usually it is such a pain to get someone to come out and work on it. When I called the cooling company, they helped me fix my leaking unit that same day.
