Excellent team of professionals! The crew sent out to replace my HVAC system was awesome. They were friendly, professional, and did an amazing job installing the new system. It looks great in my garage and I couldn’t be happier with the team sent out to my house to install the system. The team arrived at 7:30 am and worked until 8:30 pm installing two new AC/Heating systems. They were efficient, pleasant, and made sure everything was cleaned and swept when they were done. It was 106 outside, and must have been unbearable in the attic but you would never been able to tell. I would recommend them to anyone.

Jeremy came out to find out why our a/c was running so much; sometimes over 2 hours. He said a valve was stuck and only cooling at 50%. He ordered a new part. When the new part was installed along with a new control board which I didn’t know about, it was fixed. However, the unit still runs a long time!! I don’t notice much difference. Plus my bill was $894!! I think Sahara Air should have called and given me the repair cost as a heads up!! I thought I was only getting a new valve. The control panel was expensive!!

Great company. Our A/C suddenly went out in 100+ degree weather. Called and they said they could come between 2 and 6. We were ok with that but then got a call that they were on their way and they were here at noon, only three hours after my initial call. The service tech, Chad, was very professional, diagnosed the problem in about 20 minutes, replaced a capacitor and we were up and running. You could not ask for better service. We signed up for their club service which is a good deal. Don’t hesitate to use them.

Chad came out and performed a miracle in fixing my AC. He was also very patient in explaining what he was doing. Even though it was after hours, he stayed until my unit was fixed - even when for a while it looked hopeless. I was referred to Sahara Air by 4 people. They were quick, responsive, and had the air up and working on the same day - on a Friday Night. Jeremy was able to complete a job that 3 companies could not even diagnose and were even no shows after payment. I have had over 20 companies over the years and they all lied or just put a “band-Aid” on the system. It is a newer system yet we were having small issues that these Las Vegas companies turn into complex issues stating that you must replace the whole system again (even when it’s only 2 years old) Sahara Air does NOT lie and was upfront about the cost and time. courteous, explained thoroughly, and documented correctly so that we could get our money back from those that never showed. I’m very happy with their service and losing air in the summer time for that long can be dangerous. I have learned you get what you pay for. Thank you.

Our technician Robert Hampton was exceptional! He was professional and quick to respond to our situation and a very hard worker. He went above and beyond to try and get our old A/C up and running so we could avoid buying a new unit. In the end it couldn’t be fixed but he spent all day working on it. There were very fair with what they charged for the effort and gave us a and competitive price on a new unit and installed it immediately. We are extremely satisfied with this company and Robert.

I have used Sahara Air Conditioning & Heating for air conditioning and furnace inspections through their Club Membership. The office staff is friendly and efficient and notified me when it was time for the inspections. Robert recently conducted the furnace inspection of four units, six thermostats and replaced all 11 furnace filters which are located in ceiling vents. He answered all of my questions and is very knowledgeable about HVAC operation. I highly recommend Sahara.

Ive used Sahara AC for a couple of years now. I highly recommend this company. When my home warranty company informed me that it would be a week to 10 days before a service tech could be available to service my broken AC at the hottest time of the year, I called Sahara AC. I was informed that a technician was available and he amazingly arrived within 45 minutes of my call, quickly made the necessary repairs and the bill was absolutely reasonable. Since then, I am on their maintenance membership package and will be as long as I have an HVAC system to maintain!! Superb service, honest, and skilled techs, swift availability. Definite recommend! Wish I could say the same for the home warranty company!

Best Service by far!!I was traveling and my wife was home alone when the AC went out we called those guys with the difficult to spell name and they came out got the AC working and three hours later it went out again. Then tried to sell her the $12,000 system to replace it. She called Matt at Sahara, he came out and looked at the unit, showed where the first company did not install the part correctly, got my wife back her AC, and charged her $0, yes that is correct, no charge! He just asked that we remember him when it was time to replace. We remembered him today! I needed to have routine maintenance done as I recently purchased a home and was recommended by a friend of mine who knows the owner and recently had work done. The technician I had was Robert and I was extremely happy with the service, especially in COVID times. He took every precaution to make sure I felt safe first off with mask, new gloves often, and boot covers when around my property or in. He went in extreme detail with aspects of my AC and furnace that I didn’t have knowledge of before at all and made it very simple to understand, for which I’m very grateful. I would highly recommend their services and if you have the opportunity to request anybody I would request Robert, however I’m sure all of their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Sahara Air saved us thousands of dollars.Our air stopped working and we had our regular service company come out. Long story short they said we needed at minimum a $1,100 repair and a new condenser. I called Sahara Air to compair the est, and Matt was so friendly and helpful I decided to have them come out and give us a second opinion. The tech was super professional and knew what he was doing, within moments he asked my husband a few questions and determined our unit had simply overheated. He gave it a once over, fired it back up and its working perfectly.Thankful is an understatement. 100% recommend!!!

About a month ago, I bought a smart thermostat but fell short on being able to finish the installation as my unit is on my roof and Im afraid of heights. I called Sahara and they sent a tech out (I think his name was Alex?) And he had me up and running in less than an hour.This last Saturday afternoon, I noticed that my unit was squeaking and by the evening, it had stopped blowing cold. I called at 10 am Sunday and by 11, Matt was at my door. By 11:20, he had the issue figured out and was able to get me a temporary solution until he could come back the next day with the proper part for a permanent fix.Both of the techs were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was offered a price break on my second call, despite it being an emergency after-hours call just for being a repeat customer. On top of that, they offered a bi-yearly service package that comes with a deep discount on parts and service calls. By the time THAT discount was applied, I ended up paying less than $20 for two future maintenance appointments that wouldve usually run $170 by itself.Great service, great techs, great experience!

Before Sahara, I had never had any warranty that was as good as the paper it was written on. Sahara responds quickly when I have issues, does the job right, goes the extra mile to make sure I dont have problems down the line, and most importantly to me--honors their warranties. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

They came and not only diagnosed what was wrong but took care of it 100%. My air conditioner was working again! I am so happy I called Sahara air conditioning and heating! I will always use them in the future!Again a satisfied customer! The part I need to change before, I finally had replaced. We were all treated with respect and kindness and the job got done.

I wish we didn’t have to go through what we did and spend the amount we had to However, We had a complete nightmare with our heating and cooling ducts since buying a home that the builder did a terrible job installing our duct work. Sahara didn’t charge for the estimate where another company did. The team of installers were so respectful and clean. I’m very glad we were referred to them by a neighbor.

These guys came out and fixed my A/C problem in less than one hour between diagnosing and doing the work.Jeremy was amazing. Professional and well-spoken. He explained exactly what the problem was and what was needed to be done to restore cold air.I regretfully tried another company first and on their 4th visit afrer 3 tries to make it right they informed me that the compressors on both of my units needed to be replaced and they needed to come back a 5th time for that as they had to acquire the parts. As it turned out my compressors were running flawlessly.Only Sahara Air for our family from now on.

We decided to replace our air conditioning units because of age and efficiency. Sahara gave us the best price and the installation was done professionally and timely. Great follow up as well.

I am not one to write too many reviews and only do when I feel truly compelled and that is the case here. It was 112 degrees out when I was at home with three kids and three dogs when our AC went out. I called and spoke to the office dispatcher (April was her name I think?) She was so polite, understanding and promised me I’d be receiving a call back shortly. Well she kept her promise and I received a call back in a short while later from Brad (in under 30min). Brad was great. He was extremely helpful, nice, asked some questions about our system and what was going on and took time to explain things to me in regards to common AC unit issues. I can only imagine every single AC company city wide had to be slammed on this excessively hot July day. I called a handful of other companies prior who were all booked several days out. Sahara Air was probably the sixth company I called and in it was in the early evening. Not only did I promptly get a call back from Brad as promised by the dispatcher, but they also were able to get a tech out here the next morning. Paying overtime to employees is costly for a company but I bet they did it to make sure their customers were being taken care of. Other companies I had called were telling me it would be at least 2 to 3 DAYS before a tech could even look at it. Well Sahara Air pulled through for us and the very next morning not even 12 hours later Jeremey R. our service tech was at our house. Jermey was our hero!!! He was honest, quick and respectful in explaining things thoroughly and in detail to me at a safe social distance (due to Covid-19). He explained the issue, asked how I wanted to proceed and then had to leave to go get some parts and larger fuses that were needed. He quickly came back with the parts and promptly got the job done. Honest, efficient, prompt and friendly. That was 100% my experience with Sahara Air, from start to finish. I was so impressed I signed up for their club membership where our unit will be serviced twice a year so we never have to be uncomfortable as we were without AC that day. This is a rating long late. A month back, I had a warming issue that ought to have been settled rapidly. I called Sahara Air Conditioning and Heating and had someone come and survey the radiator. I met Eddie, an intriguing and capable tech who explored my warmer and found a hurt warmth exchanger. I understood that the time had come to buy another radiator, as it was 21 years old.One of their specialists was extraordinarily amicable and I regarded his cleaned expertise. He offered me the best choices to supersede the warmer. Never in the midst of the methodology did I feel constrained into acquiring an organization. He cleared up what the method would have been like, who was coming to override the warmer, and around to what degree it would take.The next day, I had another experts begun things out thing toward the start of the day to start displacing the radiator. They were agreeable and obliging. Inside a few hours, they were done. They worked magnificently, and turned out poorly a disaster area.Id like to see Sahara Air Conditioning and Heating for their awesome customer and foundation advantage. They made me careful that someone is there to answer any request I may have later on. This is an association one can truly rely upon. Much gratitude to you for your business!

I returned to Las Vegas from visiting my mother who recently had a stroke to discover my air conditioner at 91 degrees at 11pm. After staying up all night lowering it a degree at a time and allowing it to catch up I only got it down to 85. The next morning it started to climb again. Frankly, I just couldnt deal with it and bailed to a friends house. That night I played the same game with it.The next morning I faced the problem and called the company that had been caring for these problems the last few years. Their response was they were too busy and not available at this time.I got extremely lucky and got in touch with Jamie at Sahara Air! She helped me work through the confusion with my warranty, and then sent Chris (within the hour!) who promptly diagnosed the problem, got the part I needed and was back within an hour with a helper (sorry I didnt catch his name) and fixed it!Thank you all at Sahara Air for a much needed good night sleep before having to return to work today! I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and helpful, caring attitude. GREAT JOB!

They service my air conditioner/heating unit twice a year. I rely on them to give me heat in winter and especially air conditioning in the summer. They do a great job.

For years I had problems with my AC Unit after purchasing a 1999 house in 2009. Seemed every year in July I was spending lots of money to band-aid the problem, and I was worried that I would have to buy a new unit and was not able to afford it. Several Las Vegas AC companies came out and never did more that fix a fuse or clean some coils, but not one of them wanted to repair it and just wanted to sell me a new unit.With that said, a friend of mine from California who was in the commercial AC business for over 40 years recommended Sahara Air. Its been about 6 years now that they have not only repaired it, (new motor, etc.) but I have maintained a service contract with them ever since for routine summer/winter. The first tech Brian, was so smart, and figured out what I needed immediately. His knowledge of the unit was excellent, and everything has been running smoothly. When Brian left, they sent me another tech Chris and he is also excellent and has been maintaining the unit for about 3 years now. I like to have the same tech if possible because they know the unit, and Ive been very happy with the new service tech and their service contract as well!I cant Thank Sahara Air enough for having good quality service techs. It really does pay to have a service contract so things keep running smoothly year after year. Im still hanging in there, and hopefully the unit will make it through another summer in Las Vegas! :-)

Pretty awesome service. They initially helped me with my nest thermostat that wasnt turning the air on correctly. Turned out I just need an extra wire installed. Then I called them again for a different issue, unrelated, that fixed itself before they got out. My tech, David(who came out early unexpectedly and prevent me from oversleeping for work!), was nice enough to offer to come out for no charge if the same thing happened again. You cant beat service like that! Its the small things that make painfully issues bearable.

This is our first time with Sahara, which we found on the Better Business page in the LVRJ. The initial telephone call was most professionally handled & I was not hurried along. Their contract (if you choose to have one) was explained & no surprises. In fact, $167/yr. for 2 full maintenance calls & 20% off on parts, plus preferred service calls sounded fair enough to us. Chris arrived on time, has 17 yrs. there, is most personable, & spent a goodly amount of time on furnace/A.C. check. We are already happy with Sahara (in business 37 yrs.) & as seniors feel confident well be taken care of.

Very nice guy showed up to take a look at our ac unit. $79 later I have a piece of paper that tells me to buy a new AC. No detailed explanation of the problem or what it might cost to repair. Save yourself the money and call one of the many reputable places that will come out and give you a proper written estimate for free.

Sahara Air has been visiting me every spring and fall now for years. My 16 year old unit is still going strong. They do good work and the guys really know their stuff. Always a pleasure to deal with.

First time I called they said they told me they can do the diagnostics on my HVAC unit, they even offered a maintenance plan I could enroll in. The next time I called they told me they wouldnt be able to service my property because its a multi-unit, and the maintenance plan was off the table. Im sure they have done multi-units in the past.They cant get their story straight.
