We had a great experience getting 2 new a/c units installed. Stephen was the tech assigned to our job and he answered all questions and was very available the whole time. They were able to come out the same day (Friday) to give the estimate and make the plan, then install on Monday- when another company wasnt available for 3-4 days. In fact, we have already called them back to service another older unit. This is our new a/c company.

Needed two units replaced in my home before summer got here. They were able to get my units installed two days later at a price that was far less than what Ive heard friends pay. Friendly, courteous and they sent a drywall guy out a couple of days later to patch up the necessary holes needed to get the job done. Would recommend to anyone who asks.

Very nice workers . AC unit and condenser was broken had to replace condenser and AC unit. They are very professional and friendly. Wore masks and put carpet runners on tile floor and carpet and plastic coverings on stairs. They done great job. Fast removal and fast reinstall. Full disclosure - I have not received my technician visit and bid yet. But WOW! This company has already won me over because they have the absolute best preliminary info finder/assessor/educator named Henry. When I called Pioneer, the receptionist gathered some information (shes amazing too) and transferred me to Henry. Henry walked me through a little fact-finding exercise on my system to prep for the technician visit. I learned SO MUCH about my system and about the options I have. And he was delighted to teach me, which was the cherry on top. He explained everything in laymans terms and made it entertaining, to boot. I learned that I have a split system with a pancake unit. Before I talked to Henry I could not articulate much other than my condenser is outside and my furnace thing is inside. Now I know I have a 2 ton unit, 10 seer rating that takes R22 (old type of freon) not supported by new units...and more! Please give Henry a large promotion. I have been confused over and over by other companies and technicians throwing jargon at me. I have spoken to over 10 companies and not one was able to explain my system and options like Henry. Pioneer Air for the win!

Saul was on time and very close to the time frame they mentioned! They said 8-11 but Saul was at the door tools ready and very profesional. What really caught my attention is before he went into my house to ask me questions, he had his show covers on hand and ready. Saul performed the maintenance and once he finished he broke everything down and took the time to explain everything. I highly recommend this company, very professional and on time!

I highly recommend Pioneer Air Services 100%!!!My a/c went out on the worse night ever when I was feeling miserable after my 2nd Covid vaccination. I have 2 special needs dogs and went into a panic.I called one of my friends who recommended Pioneer Air and he called them for me. I got a call back immediately.A technician came out the next day to evaluate my unit. Because my unit was over 22 years old, I decided instead of repairing it, that I would replace it. I didnt want to take a chance that my unit would go out again while I was at work and my babies were home.Pioneer Air is so amazing that they were able to install the very next day.My prayers were answered!!!🙏Pioneer Air has the BEST financing in town!!!Their technicians worked their tail off too!!!When they said that they would be at my house at 8am, they were here at 8am on the nose!!!One week later and I still dont regret my decision!!!My only regret is that I didnt replace my unit sooner.

Last week my AC would not turn off, and it went into heating mode. It was night time so it wasnt too warm, had to turn off the breaker for the AC. Next day first thing in the morning I called PIONEER AIR, had a representative come over, checked it and fixed it all within a couple of hours, by noon I had a working AC. Great customer service, great service, fast and affordable. I AM A HIGHLY SATISFIED CUSTOMER AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PIONEER AIR

I found this company because of wonderful comments on the next door app. I decided to call them. They were so friendly, helpful, professional and immediately came out to fix our problem. Since then, we have used only them for our air conditioning and heating service. Every technician has been top notch. I am from a very small town where people treat you like family, and that is how this company has treated us. They truly care and it shows. I highly recommend them! Thank you so much Pioneer Air!!!

This is 2 months after I purchased a brand new AC unit from this company. They are very professional and fast. The crew is nice and quick.This is my problem though. I have had them out now twice in 2 months because this new AC stops blowing cold air if its used too much???? It just stopped working for a third time now. They havent really done anything and dont know what to do. So as much as i love the service, i think they might has sold me faulty equipment. So i cant give them a good rating because the product has been very subpar. Will update if the company does right by me soon.Update: They came back at the beginning of this week and replaced the whole AC with a brand new one again. Crew is super polite and respectful as always. Everything is working great now and we are extremely happy. I want to say they fixed my problem in a timely manner once they knew what they had to do. Would HIGHLY recommend these guys.

BOYCOTT this company they run a TV ad about how they took a PPP loan That saved them during closing of businesses due to covid. AN HVAC repair company of many years in LAS VEGAS NV (the hottest place on earth) taking a loan from people and businesses that really needed a loan. this company saw NO LOSS of business since service companies were NOT CLOSED during covid and people still repaired AC units thru our hot summer. this owners license should be removed and closed them. also they should have to REPAY the PPP loan they stole out of the hands of business owners who REALLY need help. A HVAC business with 7 trucks in LAS VEGAS NV has capital and never closed. SHAME!!! boycott them

On time and thorough

Saul was awesome. I would recommend them to anyone for anything that has to do with heating or cooling. Great response on a Saturday and quick turnaround. Friendly and professional the entire time and the pricing was the best I found.

Sebastian was very professional in his service call. My AC went out overnight and they were able to come out and fix it the same day. I will definitely recommend their service.The only downside was they were a couple of hours late, but the scheduling giving me an ETA every hour

I called Pioneer Air early in the morning and they had a tech out to my house quickly. The tech, Saul, was friendly and professional. He was able to access the problem with my unit quickly. The estimate for repairs was reasonable and the work was completed in a timely manner. I would suggest signing up for the VIP program. It’s worth the little extra. I will be using Pioneer Air for all my future needs!

What l like the most about this company is the service they provide wich is available any day and any time and their response in quick, my ac broke during the weekend and saddly the company from the warranty on the house would not send anybody during the weekend I heard from a friend about this company so I called them and I was happy that they were able to fix the issue which turned out to be the cooling fan.

Very professional. I asked them to come out to give me a second opinion. First company told me that tI needed a new AC unit (it is only 5 years old). Pioneer did a thorough inspection and told me there was nothing wrong with it. They saved me big bucks. They are now my AC guys.

Pioneer Air came to our rescue when the AC unit went out, they sent a technition out immediately and he went right to work. Pioneer Air went out of their way to help us in our time of need, they worked with us on financing the unit, The crew that installed the unit was extremely kind and knowledge. I could write a book with all the great things I can say about Pioneer Air, I WILL recommend them to everyone I know. We gave Pioneer Air a try and had their guys come out for a furnace checkup. The Techs did EVERYTHING that was promised and confirmed that our furnace was still in good shape. My Wife was very pleased that all their guys used CLEAN Boot Covers inside our Home!!! The Service Manager L.J. even came out to our home to check on his guys. There seems to be real team work with these guys. I will call them again for the AC tune up in the Spring before the Summer Hits!!! 😊

We just moved from Cali to Vegas to our new home. Found a Pioneer Air! To check out our existing heating and air system. They’re awesome and I would definitely recommend!

Great service!! The tech. Said my AC was fine everything checked out. The company I had check it out last year ( year i bought the house) tried to Sell me everything. Pioneer Air will service my air from now on.

These guys were awesome! Leo and Saul showed up to my house after Vegas Strong HVAC told me there was nothing wrong with my furnace even though we got sick anytime it was ran. We called Pioneer for a 2nd opinion, they had an infrared camera, took video and pictures and showed me exactly what was wrong with my furnace. They deemed it highly unsafe due to a few issues and leaks with it. They shut off the power and gas to the unit. The other company didnt offer to show me anything, nor take pictures. Pioneer showed up the next day, replaced the furnace quickly and even cleaned up my closet where the attic is cleaner than I left it! I was super happy with them from service to install. If I ever need anything in the future they are getting a call first!

Amazing workers !! My ac gave out and my maintenance wouldn’t come out for 2 days !! I live in Las Vegas and it gets super hot!!! So I couldn’t believe they wouldn’t do anything for us .. so we called here and they gave us a potable ac ! Thank you guys so much !!! You guys are amazing and really do care about your customers

Pioneer Air was very professional in theyre service. I had a problem with my furnace that was making my home unbearably cold!
