Pulte homes did a big disservice to their customers in this particular house when they built the HVAC system they put a 2 x 4 directly through the duct system a 16 inch vent the 2 x 4 cut 50% of the airflow Creating a back pressure on the HVAC system that burned out to condensers in less been 16 years calling them and complaining about that they just blew me off so in less than 16 years close to $10,000 was spent to maintain or replace the two condensers I wanted to explain that so that I might follow this up withBuenas Aries air conditioningAnd how they handled my situation while it was 115° or thereabouts when my AC went out!!!!First let me say that all of the technicians of which there were three or four that attended To the installation were respectful always covered their shoes and were very friendly and knowledgeable and I might add very humble. The problems we ran into and didn’t realize at firstWas the construction in the attic of which Pulte created The problem to begin with the air wasn’t working properly for two or three days the technicians did everything they could. I was very surprised when the owner Carlos called me and told me and my wife not to worry he sending over a temporary air conditioner and he’ll get down to the problem and assured us that he would do it ASAP. I can’t say enough about Carlos Not only did they fix the problem and replace the vent that Pulte put in there and it’s been now several weeks and our AC is running perfectly no thanks to Pulte homes. I felt I needed to explain everything in order to let folks know That there are people out there like Carlos who actually do care about what they do my recommendation to anybody that would read this and if you have a problem with your HVAC system I would suggest strongly that Carlos and Buenas Aries is about the only place to go thanks for listening God bless and Carlos thank you so much my wife and I are very happy with the services you haveRendered

I recently had to use them I changed the batteries in my thermostats and the heater would not kick on. So I called Buenos Aires in which the owner answered and got someone oit within 30 minutes from the time I hung up with him.A tech named John Porter showed up found that the issue was the thermostat and he installed and new one at a reasonable price and had my system back up and running in no time. My air conditioner went out on a day temps were 107. Three other companies said they could not get to me for days. Buenos Air said they would make it happen it would just be at the end of the day. They went above helpful, by telling me if they could not get it repaired that day the would set up and leave me with a portably air conditioner. Which was a BIG relief. They explained everything and showed up on time. I was thrilled. Very Very Satisfied.

If you need your AC fixed or preventative maintenance, this company should be your first choice. I had to get a repair done on a Sunday and they came out when others said they could not due to covid. The tech was the fastest and most thorough I have ever seen. Even had the repair part on thier van. Overall if I could rate 10 stars they deserve it. The best service without doubt. Buenos Aires is EXCELLENT with both their workmanship and customer relations. I have a home warranty and had to use the company they work with. This company dropped the ball several times. Thats when I contacted Buenos Aires AC and they were fantastic from the get go! I purchased two air conditioning units that were delivered and installed AS PROMISED! Not only that they did a beautiful job on the installation and they look good (Roof Units). I used them to clean my dryer and they were excellent. I highly recommend them.

Our heater went out, we have 2 units, I thought it would be a while to replace everything and they were here he next day and got the upstairs done and on the 2nd day got the downstairs done! They were here when they said they would be and got the job done promptly so that my kids wouldn’t be without heat!

Carlos took an extraordinary amount of time investigating our problems, explaining them in detail to us, giving us options to fix the troubles, and providing estimates in a timely fashion!Time for a confession, I shopped around with other A/C guys for another few days before hiring Carlos & his team, hoping for a better price.After a shopping around, we still went with Buenos Aires Air Conditioning & Heating because of their reasonable prices (for 2 pretty big jobs) and because of their awesome customer service attitude. Carlos answered all of our questions, kept us updated on all repairs, and cordially followed up a few days after the jobs to see how everything was working and to make sure were satisfied with the repairs.You will definitely receive a fair price, excellent work, and awesome customer service from this company!Update: We had some major cooling issues in our own house on an almost record-breaking heat day. I would give 10 stars if I could! But what I can do is say how impressed I was by this company. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, affordable and most important, the best 24hr service ever. My AC unit completely broke down at 1am on Fourth of July. I called at least 10 companies before finding Buenos Aires Air and all said it was a holiday and the soonest they could fit me in would be on Saturday. WE would have burst into flames by then!!!.. None of them cared. Until, I spoke to a friendly voice at this company. It was 3am and the owner answered my call. I explained my situation and within 30 minutes of our conversation, he was a my house. I was so comfortable with his professionalism and his demeanor. Not to mention how well equipped he was. His vehicle is like a mini home depot. He truly comes prepared. When he told me the unit had to be replaced, I thought, great! where are we going to get that right now?!! But he had it! He had my size motor in his mini home depot truck!!! It took him an hour and we were so completely satisfied with the entire transaction. I am bragging about their services to everyone. Highly recommend them!!!

These guys are completely lacking in professionalism. They were supposed to be at my house yesterday anywhere from 10 to 2 for preventative maintenance. At 230 I called and asked why they had not been to my house yet. They told me someone should be on their way. At 3 I got a phone call to reschedule for a specific time tomorrow. I asked for them to be here at 10. Just before 10 I received a phone call saying that they were running behind and someone would be here by 11. By 1230 I was fairly angry and called and asked how they found it okay to have me sit at home for two days waiting on them to show up. Their response dumbfounded me. I didnt see it that way as it is just preventative maintenance. Im sorry, but how does the type of service required have anything to do with the fact that you have made me sit at home for two days waiting on you? No I didnt need to register my daughters for school, or have anything useful to do with my time. It is my pleasure to wait on you for days?!? They assured me that someone was on their way. 50 minutes later someone did show up, and he was kind and did his job, however two days of my time has been wasted.

I called Buenos Aires Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. at about 8pm to make an appointment for the next available day, I had notice my heat was not coming on the day before. I was told by Carlos the owner that he could be there in about 30 min, I told him that was not necessary that the next day would be fine, he explained how he was still in the office and he had no problem to stop by and diagnose the problem with my heat, he was there in 25 min. Not only did he tell me what my three options were in my situation but he also in detail explained what he suggested and why. I could either consider replacing the my entire 17 year old unit wish was way pass due with a new one, and make the investment instead of just patching it up or replace the parts wish would cost a ¼ of what a new system would cost and hope to have a better Christmas than the one I in vision when my heat was not coming on, I went for the ¼ option. I do plan on replacing my unit if not this spring hopefully before next winter and will use Buenos Aires Air Conditioning & Heating for that, the only thing I would suggest if you use them is to make sure to have decaffeinated tea for you might end up needing it. My third option was not do anything, but with this weather in December of 2013 I was very glad to have an option.

Had a terrible experience with this company. Like it would said previously lacking professionalism. I wouldnt recommend using them based on a very disturbing conversation I had with a man by the name of Carlos who was full of insults and negativity. Beware women he can very confrontational.

It is 117 degrees and our upstairs air conditioning unit is not working. My home warranty gave the job to Buenos Aires. They do not schedule a specific time. Instead, they give a four hour time period from 12-4pm. So they call at 4pm and tell us that apparently their tech is too incompetent at his job and will not be making it to our house and tells us that they can try to reschedule us for tomorrow. If you cannot hit a four hour period and are not even sure if you can hit a 24 hour time period, maybe you should realize that you are too incompetent for the job! Calling my Home Repair company to get a new company, I will not use someone who takes it lightly that people are without air conditioning when it is over 110 degrees! Worst company ever! If I wasnt going through the warranty I paid for I would just call one of the actual reputable HVAC companies in Las Vegas!

My mother & father recently purchased a ten year old home here in Las Vegas and, given the age of the home & the climate, decided it would be beneficial to have the two AC units in the home serviced, and the ducts cleaned. They delegated the selection of the company to me. I spent the afternoon researching HVAC companies in the area, and when I called Buenos Aires, I just knew this was going to be the company we used in my gut, but continued to shop around.Firstly, the professionalism, knowledge, & experience of Buenos Aires appeared to be unparalleled. The owner, Carlos, was insightful, attentive, and prepared to answer all of our questions about the service requested, unlike 90% of the competitors I called. I could tell just by speaking with him that this was not your standard HVAC company. These guys really know what they were talking about, and not surprisingly, when it was time to have our two units serviced, and the ducts cleaned out, the difference before & after was clear as night & day. The past owners clearly had dogs, and the house was filled with the allergens & some of the standard dirty dog smell. After the cleanout --- it was all gone. Virtually a brand new home that never had an animal live there.There are a few options in the Las Vegas Valley that do air duct clean-outs -- as with any market, there are competitors. Price-wise, Buenos Aires was near the median (middle) of the prices. That is where you will find the best bang for your buck, every time. I would be exceptionally surprised if there was a better TEAM of HVAC workers in the area. They worked together like a triple play to end the bottom of the 9th.When you set up your appointment, you are given a window in which to expect their arrival. This window was not tentative. He came at a reasonable time within the middle of the time-frame, and given the size of the home, we were given a projected finish time.Let me be clear, after purchasing the home, we set up a carpet cleaning service, Buenos Aires, a house cleaning service, and pest control. On this particular day, the AC duct clean-out & house cleaning were to be done back-to-back in a perfect world. The TEAM arrived at around 9:30 and we were told they would finish anywhere from 4-6 hours from then. Our house cleaner was set to arrive at 12:30. We told Carlos of this predicament, and he brought in another worker. They finished right at 12:35, atleast an hour ahead of schedule.When the cleanout was finished, there was a bit of dust & particulates gathered around the house. So be sure to have a cleaning service ready if your are unable to vacuum and dust.Buenos Airess employees are extremely respectful, well-mannered, and insightful. They really know what they are doing. They answered any questions & concerns we had and worked in a very thorough manner. When they finished, my mother & I could not believe the amount of dust, dirt, & debris that came out of the ducts. You wont either -- if you choose Buenos Aires. I sincerely doubt, and given that I did the research, any other company will be as thorough. Period. But hey, go ahead and call around. The other companies couldnt give me over the phone estimates. They told me it could range, were not sure, What does that even mean? Its an AC duct, not a car. Carlos & Buenos Aires have a flat rate for AC duct cleanouts & servicing the AC units. A flat rate. That means no fine print extra bills at the end. Youre not going to get held up for your money. They do not take advantage of the fact that youve got to get your air back on.Look. These people are compassionate, courteous, respectful, insightful, knowledgeable, thorough, and fast. If Buenos Aires was a professional soccer team, I would be a fan. We are 100% going to get their maintenance plan which is more than reasonable -- and best of all, we asked him about it. He didnt shove it down our throats like most businesses.The name says it all.If you choose Buenos Aires, youre going to have good air.These guys were overall just plain perfect.

I give them a star but I would like to give them ZERO !!!!This company tried to scam me.They come to my house, inspect my unit and tell me that it has countless problems, that it would be more expensive to repair than to buy a new unit.They do a detailed explanation of the problems and then they take out a folder with the units they offer.They sat at my table and lied to my face, there is no shame anymore.Something told me that it was not true and I called another company, where they replaced 1 piece of my Unit from the outside, and they only charged me 100 dollars. When Buenos Aires had told me that I had to pay $ 11,500.00 for the new unit.They lie without thinking twice. Do not fall for their scams.
