This was a terrific encounter with a terrific company (Elite heating and Air).The technician arrived on time and explained in full what was scheduled and immediately went to work. He was a very pleasant young man and answered all my questions and concerns. He went about his work in a professional manner and completed the entire operation in a decent time. He also volunteered to change my A/C filter which sits about 18 feet above the floor and is a total nightmare every six months when the filter needs to be changed. When you get to be over 70, climbing a ladder and balancing on a ledge is not your idea of fun. We have had our Elite system for about 5-6 years and it has been a wonderful investment. I recommend Elite to everybody looking to install a new A/C system here in the Las Vegas area.

Once again called on Elite, this time for a plumbing problem. No hot water. Elite was here in less than 24 hours, arrived in the 2 hour window they gave me and finished the repair before the 2 hours were over. My pilot light would not stay lit in my 12 year old water heater. Jesus replaced the thermocouples and had everything working in under 45 minutes. 90 percent of the plumbing companies in town would have tried to convince me To replace the water heater. Jesus did exactly as I asked and gave me a bit of good advice. Next time something goes wrong replace the heater. They don’t usually last this long but this one is going strong. Thank you Elite for never doing me wrong.

I called today for an appointment, received one for the same day and within 2 hours. Anthony showed up on time and was very professional. Answered all questions and made this experience a very easy and understanding one. The service was completed within an hour. I have dealt with many companies and this is the first one that I will recommend to others.

I sent a message to set up an appointment around 6:30 Thursday, they sent me a text back within 2 minutes. The call in within 5 minutes, the asked me what was wrong. Been using Elite since 2008. Had them Install a new dual pack in another house last year. Today they repaired my a.c. It was around 106 today. Service was fine but pricey.

I’ve been Elite’s customer since 2006. When it was time to replace my 2 units I purchased them from Elite. Both units have been maintained by Elite. The maintenance check now costs more money and they do less work. The debris is no longer removed from my units and washing/hosing the dirt is no longer included in their maintenance but the cost has gone up. I don’t feel like an appreciated long time customer.

Elite Plumbing Heating & A/C provides 5-star service. Our 18-year old furnace and air conditioning system gave out at midnight of June 17. Armondo & Nick ensured that a technician would be sent to address the problem on June 18. Tech, Anthony arrived and determined the need for a entire new system (for the lifespan of such systems are15-20 years at best per DOE). The installation crew arrived early and worked non-stop, tirelessly in the extreme heat for 8+ hours. We are very pleased with our new system and the continued efforts the Elite Plumbing Heating & A/C provides... for Tech, Matthew returned June 20 @ 8:00 a.m. to perform an entire system check and replaced a new but defective Honeywell thermostat. Armondo and his entire staff have been most pleasant, efficient, professional, knowledgeable and industrious. We greatly appreciate the superior service provided and are very happy with the newly installed system.

Elite did our main AC unit last year and did a great job at a good price, so they were my first call when our water heater started puking rusty water. Jesus was very polite and professional, and showed me where the anode was on my old heater (was completely gone). Did a super good job fitting our circulation pump into the circuit beside the new tank, and even coached me on maintenance tips to keep this one lasting longer than the old one he pulled. Very happy with Jesus and Elite’s service.

Richard was able to show up early and gave me plenty of notice to wrangle all my dogs. Although he had his vaccinations, he wore a mask in deference to the customer. He evaluated the effectiveness and condition of my AC and explained what I could do to increase the efficacy of the system. Pleased with the service and will recommend both Elite and Richard to my friends!

Matthew with Elite Heating and Air came out today for our annual A/C check up and to check on the noise we heard coming from the outside unit. Matthew did a complete check of all units and advised us of his findings. Matthew was on time, knowledgeable, professional, and took time to explain everything and answer questions. He also made sure to email a copy of his visit / findings to us. We used Elite for 2 new unit installs a couple of years ago and highly recommend them.

I always love working with Elite. I have never had any issues. They are always on time or even early. Always calling first to make sure its not inconvenient to come early. The techs and office personnel are always friendly, efficient, and respectful.Todays tech rubbed me the wrong way a little today though. Suggesting that my thermostat was too low at 73 degrees. Instead of NV Energy s recommended 78 degrees. I have multiple medical conditions that make it that I have to keep my home at 73-75 degrees at most. He was like well youre going to have a large power bill. To which I stated well isnt that my business and well my decision... My doctor can write you a note, if you need it. Im sorry but I didnt know I had to discuss my medical well-being with him in order to maintain my A/C and/or HVAC system. Maybe I am being too judgemental, but when it comes to my health I am very direct and dont take any guff... from anyone.

I had a problem with my air conditioner tripping the breakers which actually ended up being my breakers and not my air conditioner. Alan was my service technician. He was so kind and knowledgeable and once he figured out the problem was electrical, he referred me to an electrician. He really went above and beyond for me. I will refer and use them from here on. Havent had customer service treatment like this in a long time....if you get Alan assigned to you you will not have to worry if things are done right...complete trust.

We always use Elite for our air conditioning, heating, and plumbing needs. I manage 64 rental units and I depend on them for all of it. They are fast and their pricing is excellent. Great value and service.

Update: since my compressor was under warranty, Elite would not do the installation. Im not sure why because two other companies quoted me and I went with one of them. I dont know if Ill use Elite again and I definitely will not recommend them.I called Elite because my AC was not working right and in Las Vegas thats a huge problem. Richard came out, inspected everything and told me what the problems were, yes, there were multiple. The thing I liked most is that he showed me the problem and explained it to me. My products might still be under warranty, so Ill check on that but if they are not, Ill definitely call Elite to repair the issues and will call on them in the future, if needed. Ill also be recommending them to others.

Sent someone out the same day after my kid threw a Boulder down the sewer pipe in the front yard. It caused a back up in the whole house. Shann was great and very patient, he spent an hour and successfully removed it without having to dig! Highly recommend.

Had AC routine service today -- had great service by Matthew. In and out quickly, gave us some other service options on our silver plan. We didnt know about the combined HVAC and plumbing service plans.As a company so far Ive been pretty happy with Elite since they have helped my parents in Summerlin. I havent heard one complaint about Elite from them. I really do like the service plans they offer, fixed (reasonable IMO) price to maintain and make sure stuff is working yearly.
