Hal mechanical inc saved my day not only with my ac with my stress level as well ! They were extremely accommodating, knowledgeable, fast, punctual and efficient! And I feel the price was completely reasonable especially for the service ! Thank you again Hal mechanical inc !

I am a contracted Preferred customer. I was told that they provide 24 hour service. In addition, I paid to have my system checked by them six weeks ago and they claimed everything was working fine. My heating went out on a Wednesday and their switchboard has been closed for four days. There is no way to reach them. Since I was without heat for four days, I was forced to call another company. This company responded within one hour and my system was repaired. I was told that the malfunctioning part should have been routinely checked by Gal Mechanical and its deterioration would have been shown on the heating control board.As a result, I had to pay a premium because I was not under this company’s contract but it was better than living with a broken heating system.Hal Mechanical does not have 24 hour emergency repair nor do they even respond to any emergency phone messages, emails or texting.This is false advertising!! I paid for a service that they do not even provide.

I’ve always had a good experience with Southwest A/C (now HAL Mechanical) especially with the representative (Chad ) who calls on us for our seasonal contracted check-ups. Great guy.

I decided to replace my 2 HVAC units in December 2018. I called several local companies for estimates. The first one that I called was Southwest Air and was told they had been folded into HAL Mechanical. Chad, my service technician for several years, came out. We thoroughly discussed several brands, sizes, SEER ratings, and prices. I felt he gave me very honest straightforward opinions. I also had 2 other local A/C companies come out. Each company sent only a salesman who pushed their top of the line units and lots of upgrades and add-ons. I went with HAL Mechanical because I felt that Chad gave me very honest and knowledgeable information without trying to upsell me on anything. Julio and Jerry from HAL Mechanical came out to install my 2 new HVAC units. I was told it would take 2 days to install the 2 new units. I was with Julio and Jerry the entire time. They explained and showed me everything they were doing as well as answering all my questions. They not only install new units they also service existing units. They were very thorough and knowledgeable about the installation. When they finished everything was cleaned up and you would never know anyone was here except for the 2 new compressor units outside. Based on my dealings with Chad, Julio and Jerry if you are thinking about replacing your HVAC or servicing existing units I would definitely contact HAL Mechanical. I feel their personnel are very knowledge and honest and a good company to deal with.R N
