My ac quit blowing cold air out of nowhere. I called Mastermind Mechanical and Haik came out Same Day.!! He found the leak on my outside ac unit. I must add that he found it a lot faster then I thought he would. He repaired the leak and put back the freon. My ac is now blowing cold 🥶 as ever.!! Very grateful for the same day service. My house was 89 degrees and miserable. You cant afford to wait days and days in this Vegas summer heat.! Great customer service and a fair price.! Thanks again Haik..!!

I was looking for a company to begin servicing my a/c and furnace and found Mastermind Mechanical online. I went with this company because of the excellent rating on google. I wasnt disappointed. Haik returned my call the same day and answered all my questions. I then scheduled a date for him to service my a/c and was able to be seen the following week. Turned out my A/C fan wasnt working and he was able to repair my unit within the hour so now Im good for the season. I highly recommend this company!

After scheduling we received an email confirmation of the appointment and the name of the person who would be arriving: it had a picture of the person as well. They arrived on time and gave notice when they were on their way. It was a wonderful relief to have a service company arrive on time.Upon arrival he diagnosed the issue and provided options and explained the recommended course of action in order to save us money. He took the time to show us everything, answer our questions and was patient throughout the process. His knowledge was top notch. A price was established which was very fair.Once the course of action was complete (which was done over the course of a few days - on time every time) the technician would not consider the job complete until he saw the results he felt were necessary. Anyone else would have done what was agreed upon and left the job sight without further concern. But, Mastermind Mechanical went above and beyond to ensure the a/c was producing cool air as efficiently as possible. And, he did not increase the price despite having to purchase additional items that were not part of the original quote. We had a great experience with Haik. He’s very professional but personable, and he provided excellent service when installing our water heater. He even checked out a minor problem we were having with a pipe in the wall. And he came back the day after installing our water heater to make sure everything was working ok. We’d definitely use Haik again.

Haik was very flexible during my appointment scheduling and was accommodating. He repaired my dryer and completed the task with no major issues. Definitely will work with him/Mastermind Mechanical down the road...but hopefully not too soon otherwise that means my appliances and/or HVAC is going bad. Thanks for the great service and price.
