Quick and easy fix, had a clogged line that the tech Javier fix quick and in no time, the AC was fixed. A bit pricey, I tell you what though. I could’ve done it, instead of paying $185.. And you better have cash 💵 on hand, this company needs to be updated on payments because the look on the techs face when I mentioned a electronic chip reader for payment sent him back to the Stone Age. When I handed the cash, I wanted a receipt 🧾 of the payment but surprise, surprise. Didn’t have that either, he said they’ll email it to me, lol 😂 Would’ve gave this company a 5 stars but, they need to make it convenient for the tech to accept payments with a card reader on a company phone, food for thought. Would’ve given em a 5 stars ⭐️ but the payment option and to obtain a receipt 🧾 was stopped me.

I can call or text him with an issue and he tells me via text or over the phone several things to try to resolve the problem myself or tell me honestly he needs to come by and repair it. This company has sent 4 different techs to fix a leaking AC. Nothing has been fixed and one of the techs spilled purple glue all over my floor which caused the tile to strip and pill. They also used my clothing to wipe up water from the leaking AC he also used my bathroom and left the toilet seat up. I wish I could rate them a zero honestly. There’s glue on my dryer and wall. He also left some type of substance on my front door. The worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!
