After getting quotes from four different companies to replace my condenser and furnace, I decided on Super Service Cooling and Heating, and so far I am happy with that decision. Tricia supplied me with multiple quotes for different models and was pleasant to work with. Service techs were on time and super professional and courteous. They put on their booties each time they entered the house and cleaned up after themselves. After they finished the job and left, Alex came to clean up the trim on the attic access and repainted everything. It looks better than it did before.This company left no trace they were here, except for a brand new AC unit.

I contacted Super Service Heating and Cooling because my regular company which serviced me twice a year did not inform me that my evaporator coil needed replacement when it was still in guarantee. They waited until it was three months over the guarantee then wanted $3,600.00 to replace it. I called Super Service which had a 5 star reputation and they gave me a much lower estimate. I contacted Super Service Cooling & Heating for their special of $65 per tuneup. It was a great experience. They responded super quick on yelp with available times and came out really quick. My service tech Wendell was a great listener to my concerns with my current AC and was really informative on the dos and dont of heating and cooling. He gave me some great advice on how to keep the ac running smoothly. Called them at 9am on a Sunday morning and the tech was there by 2pm. They gave me a 2 hour window but showed up right at the scheduled time, quickly diagnosed our A/C issue (burnt out fan motor) and had the parts to replace it. It was fixed within 2 hours. Excellent service from the initial trying to fix it to replacing my AC on a very timely manner. They were the only company that could come out the same dsy and my new AC was in place two days later. They temporary installed a portable AC on my bedroom which saved me going to a hotel. I am extremely happy with this company and will be recommending. them to family and friends. Don was very quick and thoroughly explained to us how to maintain our AC unit. He recommended which filters to use and educated us on how closing some of the vents to try to push more air into one room is what caused our AC line to freeze. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and his recommendation to DIY our issue of not getting enough air in our master room is indicative of a person operating his business with integrity. He wasn’t trying to upsell a potentially expensive service. We signed up for their annual maintenance and are excited to know that we’ll be able to get ahead of any heating and cooling system issues and that we are properly maintaining these systems that can be such a big deal if they break down due to poor maintenance!!!

Awesome peeps. I called in the morning for an AC Issue, they sent someone at 2pm, the guy worked tirelessly to find the problem, set up my new wifi thermostat. Explain almost everything I could ask a question about... I mean I dont even have the superlatives to explain how awesome those guys were. I cant recommend high enough this company. My electric furnace blew cold air twice while we were sleeping. I found Super Service Cooling & Heating on Yelp and gave them a call at 8am. Fortunately Don was available at 10am. He showed up on time and did a complete diagnosis right away. It turned out that our condo used electric heat strip, a simple type of heater. It was too old to handle heavy load under severe cold weather. So there was nothing to fix. We just needed to lower the temperature on the thermostat. The fee for the diagnosis was very modest. Don was simply remarkable! This A/C service is highly recommended!

Came same day and were very nice, the technician was great and super polite and respectful of covid/social distancing. Fixed the problem and I had ac back which is good because it’s 108° and my hospice pugs weren’t liking the alternative.

Super Service is really superb. I changed to smart thermostat a while back and when the technician Jerome was here to service my HVAC, the smart thermostat cannot connect to the HVAC. Jerome was so patient as I have to have him make a trip back again while I handle the issue with the thermostat service provider. Next trip here, Jerome was so detailed and thorough, I have never seen a technician cleaned and maintained my compressor with so much care. He has so much pride in his work. For a couple of summers now we have had to replace our Freon supply in our air conditioning unit. Obviously, we have a leak, but it was not evident where it was. We decided to have Super Service Cooling and Heating come out specifically to hunt the leak down. The technician was able to locate and repair the leak successfully. Nice fellow, focused, and did a good job addressing this problem. We look forward to cool summers with our functioning unit.

Well...What can I say about this company...it was the morning of New Years Eve, and we awakened to a 54 degree temperature in the master suite in our home.The yelp and google reviews Id read, said Super Service Cooling and Heating was a 24/7 option, so at 5:30am, I phoned. I could tell that the woman who answered the phone had been awakened by my call, and I apologized for the early call, and explained that google and yelp had listed them as a 24/7 availability. Despite the fact that this was incorrect, she was gracious and accommodating. She told me it was okay, and that she could have someone out to my home by 11:00am that morning.Sure enough, a very nice man named Don arrived, and figured out that the ignition connection was faulty. Once it replaced it, all was well. Warm air finally blowing throughout the room!! Seriously....What company do you know that would come out on a holiday, even though they didnt have to? This company went above and beyond, especially since their hours of operation were wrongly posted. They could have told us to find someone else!! I cannot say enough good things about Super Service Cooling and Heating. The starter on our 21 year old air conditioner went out on one of the hottest days in Las Vegas. At that time, I had a home warranty and they wanted to send out a company that had one star reviews, and couldnt respond to our problem for 4 days! Being seniors, we couldnt possibly wait 4 days in 118 degree heat. I cancelled our home warranty, and was lucky enough to find Super Service Cooling and Heating. Their customer service is the best! We thought our AC unit blew out right after dinner, after normal working hours, and they were able to get someone out even that late. The tech. came out and figured out nothing was wrong except that we needed to replace the filter. Since it wasn’t major then even lowered the cost of the visit.

Another HVAC company told me I needed a new gas valve for my furnace. I wanted a second opinion so I called Super Service Cooling and Heating. Don came over and I told him what I needed done. Let me check the system to make sure it is a bad gas valve. Don said. Don did a thorough check of the system and tried to get the gas valve to work but it still did not work. Ya, it is a bad gas valve. Don said. They did not have the gas valve in stock so they ordered for the next day. The next day Don comes over and installs the gas valve and everything is working fine. Don at Super Service knows his stuff. You want someone dependable and someone who won’t try to charge you for things you don’t need for your AC, especially if anything ever happens during the summer. I’ve tried a few AC service companies and now don’t have to look any further. A yearly AC checkup/service is inexpensive compared to an unexpected outage so my advice would be to get preventative maintenance. Don verified a problem with one of my units ahead of time and helped avoid an unexpected AC outage during last summer.

Called Randy this morning when I noticed my climate control wasn’t working properly and my AC wasn’t cooling due to the fan in my attic not working (thermostat was working properly). And Randy told me that he could come later on in the evening around 9pm when I get off work which worked out PERFECTLY for my schedule and he didn’t even charge anything extra for the visit due to the late hours!! Within 45 minutes they were done as they replaced my indoor capacitor (starter) in the attic (which was baking but they still got the job done quickly) and didn’t charge me “arm & a leg” for the grand total either.
