On the initial phone call they were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. When they came out to verify what I had and needed, they were again helpful and professional. There was NO high pressure or even medium pressure sales pitch...just information. They did a great job on the installation at a fair price. I will be recommending friends.

We recently contacted Polar Air after another company that came out on a Saturday had originally said that they could install a new HVAC system the following Tuesday after our 21 year old system decided to quit. On Monday (the day before they were going to install) they called and said they could not come out until Thursday. This was unacceptable as 110 degree weather was forecasted, and the house was already at 91 degrees. I then called Polar Air that same morning and they actually came out that day at 12:30 in the afternoon and stayed until 9:30 at night to complete the job. They were amazing, highly professional, and installed a higher level product for a reasonable price. I would defiantly use Polar Air again and would recommend them to anyone.

After receiving quotes from 4 different Polar was the winning bid. There was 1 company that was close and 2 that were completely out of the ball park, including the one that Costco recommends that sells the exact same product as polar. Very disappointing considering I do everything through Costco including purchasing my vehicle because the deals normally cant be beat. Anyway I called Polar to set it up and they said they were a little booked out how is Saturday at 8 AM. At about 2 minutes before 8 here comes a Polar army. Every person had their own job and it was impressive at how well they operated. The job took most of the day and when finished Guillermo explained everything about how the system works. Very professional and just ecstatic with our new split level energy efficient Lennox system. Absolutely recommend this company!!!

This is likely the most honest HVAC company you will find.The original air conditioner in our 23 year old house went out at 10pm recently and I contacted Polar Air knowing the unit needed to be replaced. Don from Polar Air showed up first thing in the morning and immediately got the old unit running while we discussed replacement options. This is where Polar truly shines. Don (and the entire company) operates a truly honest business. Don went over all my options (from most affordable to most efficient), didn’t not push any unnecessary add-ons and sent me a written estimate while we were standing in my garage talking. I had a second quote from another company in town (who had more than 650 positive google reviews) that was more than DOUBLE Polar’s quote for the same system.Needless to say, I was impressed with Polar and went ahead with a new system. The very next morning, Polar arrived at 7:30am and began the removal of my old unit. All technicians were highly professional and courteous. Polar replaced my AC unit, evaporator coil, and furnace and had completed the job by 3:30pm. Polar had to cut a hole in my drywall to run an additional wire and promptly sent out a drywall company to repair it (who did an absolutely amazing job).Polar was not pushy, was honest and did an incredible job with our new AC system.I also referred Polar to a colleague of mine who had been told she needed to replace her entire system. Polar went to her home and inspected the entire system and advised her that, while the system is old, it is working perfectly and did not need to be replaced. In the summer months in Las Vegas any other company would have seen an opportunity for a desperate customer to pay whatever the company wanted. Not polar. This is the best company in town without a question.

I had my AC units Tuned up and I was very pleased with the Tech and the service provided. My unit was not blowing as cool as last season but he did the check up and helped get my system cooling again very quickly. Called for a quote on Tuesday and had an appointment for Thursday morning between 8-10am. Received a quote that was hard to believe. I was expecting that when they arrived i would find that there would be additional charges.! I received a call at 8:05 am telling me that the technician should arrive within 20 minutes and 15 minutes later they pulled up to my house. The technician and his coworker were very professional and friendly and did an awesome job. They provided me with a full report of the condition of the unit and suggested annual maintenance but made no attempt to have me commit to any other service. Our furnace was working intermittently and I called Polar at 9am. By 1030am the same day, they had a tech on the way to the house. It was 59 degrees inside. By 11am, it was up to 68 and working correctly. Just needed the flame resin cleaned off. They didnt charge for anything other than the service call, which was $30. I highly recommend. Finally a service company in Las Vegas thats prompt and most importantly HONEST. Thank you Polar!!!

We had Polar Air come out and they did a great job in getting are heat fixed. They where professional, put on booties and made sure they cleaned up everything after they where done. We had another company out 3 times before we called polar air and they would fix it and it would work for a day or two and then die. Polar came out and fixed the furnace and its been a month now and we have had no issues!

I Love Polar Air! Memo looked to see if he could repair ourA/C, before telling me its better if I bought a new one. My A/C was16 yrs old, and the compressor was shot. Memo helped me to getlow-payment financing, with no interest if I paid it back on time. And the new A/C unit is excellent. We dont have to run a fan. They evenloaned me their professional ladder, so it would be easier for the cityinspector to get up on the roof. The employees at Polar Air are wonderful.

I had to replace 4 HVAC units this spring. The Polar Air professionals were excellent from the estimate to the installation. The project was started within a few days, even though they were really busy during this time. They even checked out and serviced three of my other units as part of the install job. They found out that one of the three was not working properly and I decided to also replace it. The overall experience was great and I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC repair or replacement.

Will never use anyone else for our heating/cooling needs. A popular AC company that rhymes with whettle, quoted us 12k for a brand new ac unit when ours quit. We figured we needed a new unit. A friend recommended Polar Air and boy, are we glad we called them out. Their technician, Memo, was at our house the next day and diagnosed our problem. It was a $600 fix. AC unit works like new. If you like parting with your money, go elsewhere. But if you like someone who is honest and cares, this is the company for you.
