I just had my AC install yesterday, And what a great experience it was. Verdant the owner was amazing. He was so honest, reliable, He answered all my questions and explain to me whatever I didn’t understand. His Price for my AC was The lowest price from four other companies. All his workers that came were very nice and friendly I felt very comfortable with them. They all wore their face masks and foot covering.After they were done they did a great job cleaning up. I definitely will be using this company again. If you ever need to replace your AC, Pro Zone is the best place to go.

These gentlemen focused on the issues I mentioned right away. Serviced my AC unit and got everything up and running the ways its suppose to be. I thought it was really cool that the inspection fee would be waved or put towards the work being done (if I choose to get work done by them).

I had these guys come out for an issue with my heating system. Selling my house so I had to get everything in working order. The issue turned out to be minor. The technicians did a great job!. They replaced the broken part in my AC unit and now its working great! Paid a fair price and they were able to get it done before any other company could. I am so grateful that ProZone was able to service our ac unit. After our home warranty service wasn’t able to get anyone out to our house for two weeks (in the middle of July in Las Vegas) I called ProZone and they provided me with a same day appointment. Two hours later I got a text that Narek was en route and about 15 minutes later he was here. He quickly diagnosed that our capacitor went out and provided me with info on how much it would be to replace it. Which I was pleasantly surprised at the cost. All in all it took less than hour to fix and we once again are cool! . Narek also checked my filters and sent me all of the photos of everything that was done. I am so thankful for ProZone!

He gave me several options based on price, but he allowed for more customization of the option we chose. After 8 years in Las Vegas and trying multiple AC/HVAC companies, Im so happy to have found Vardan at ProZone.Was having some issues with my AC, I contacted him, set a time, he showed up as agreed, quickly diagnosed the problem, had the parts needed in his truck, and repaired the issue. Cost was less than expected.All I can say is I was very pleased. Im now using ProZone for maintenance service as well. I have three units for about 3600 sq ft. ProZone pricing was better than other quotes I received and again done professionally and at the time we agreed to.

ProZone installed a new AC unit in our house. We were so happy with the price and service that we ased them to install a second unit in the mater bedroom. There was a miscommunication with the second install and we were not happy with it. We asked ProZone to come back out and fix it and they did. I think that says a lot about how professional they are. For the past three summers, I have been using home warranty to patch-up & band-aid an old and inefficient HVAC system. Our AC unit was the loudest on the block and our power bill was extremely high during the record heat of 2020.It was time for the dreaded HVAC replacement. I have three units so I knew this was not going to be cheap.There are many places to choose from; I got quotes from three places and I went with ProZone because of the prior 5-star reviews. Vardan, the owner, met with me to discuss the project and we agreed on a very competitive price/scheduling date.His team arrived promptly- they were extremely polite and did a great job through the whole install. They made sure to keep me informed on the progress and showed me how to use the new thermostats. Their professionalism was the most impressive part; the area was thoroughly cleaned after install & they wore masks/shoe booties the whole time. Sometimes its these little things that matter.I will be cancelling home warranty moving forward. The service was quick, professional and relatively inexpensive. I have two AC units and had problems with one a few years ago. I contacted multiple companies and was charged a service call for them to assess the problem. Two different companies immediately told me I would need to replace the compressor and couldn’t use Freon any longer. They told me I needed to plan to replace the units. This company did not try to sell me a new compressor but fixed the problem immediately. I really am happ with the company and will use them again.

The service was great. Vardan, showed up wearing his mask. He wore booties in my house. Checked the temperature of multiple rooms. Asked when the AC has its last service. He had his repair bag with him. After assessing the situation he provided several options. Additionally, he had the parts in his vehicle. The York A/C had been in our house for almost 25 years. So when it broken, we compared a lot of brands and prices around for two days, and finally decided to pick the same brand as before. I needed a 20 year old unit replaced. I called ProZone and a couple other air conditioning companies. ProZone was by far the best price (1/3 the cost of the exact same unit from Goettl). Vardan was our technician and he was outstanding! On time, professional, extremely knowledgeable. This is a smaller “family” company and they do an amazing job and take pride in their work. I had received this referral from a work associate of mine a few years ago. It is always good to get referrals from someone you trust. I had no need for A/C work at the time, but put the contact in my phone just in case. Vegas seems to have more than its fair share of flakes, so if I hear of a good A/C tech referral, Im storing it.Well, my HOA guard shack had need for a replacement mini-split unit. The management group dragged their feet for a few weeks, getting overpriced repair estimates (for repair of a very old unit) and also new MS installs. I had heard enough after hearing the high prices, so I reached out directly to Vardin (owner of Pro-Zone).He quickly responded to an on-site survey and gave us what I thought was a very fair price for a 1 ton mini-split (Daikin) that included a 2 year labor and 10 year parts warranty. He and his assistant showed up a few days later with the product for install, and had it up and running in a couple hours (obviously the lines/power was already run).So, I can most strongly recommend Pro-Zone. I am already looking for an install of a mini-split at my house (they are so efficient and quiet!).
