My AC unit went out in the middle of the hot summer in Las Vegas and Action Air was able to get me a new unit installed and cool my house down within less than 24 hours! My experience from start to finish was incredible. From my first call to the office, it was obvious that customer service is a priority! They were very professional and provided excellent communication and even provided me with updates along the way about my new AC unit installation which was very much appreciated during such a stressful time. Action has been our company for 40+ years. They have replaced our units twice and always worked with us to make sure our needs are met. Recently we purchased a new unit that had a coil failure. They made a temporary fix that kept us cool while waiting for the new part. A great company!

Do not use this company. They are scam artists. My AC would not turn on so I called a few places and they each came out and gave me estimates. One estimate was for $600 and the other for $650. I then called them and their tech gave me an estimate of $950 and then they want to charge me $105 for the diagnostic visit. I called their office and asked why I was not told beforehand that there would be a charge. The lady said I should have expected a charge and that it was up to me to ask if there would be a charge. Her exact words were: “if I go to a restaurant I expect to get charged for what I order”. What she fails to understand is that restaurants have menus that provide pricing so you know what to expect whereas these people are arbitrarily charging a fee without prior notice.
