These nails were super expensive and after I said I’ve never paid that much for a fill she started to blame me for it being that much and after 5 days 3 of my nails are lifting/lifted. Go here if you want poor quality expensive nails and lifting

I called prior to going up to see if they could fit in a pedicure. I was on my lunch hour. She said yes. I showed up and waited 35 minutes and they never even filled my bowl with water. I was pretty disappointed. She should have just told me they didnt have time. I could have respected that answer.

I love this place. I’ve had 3 different nail techs do my nails. I usually get dip on my natural nails but I’ve also gotten gel nails and pedicures with shellac. Their work is always very neat they don’t rush. ❤️

First time here. Was a mediocre experience due to poor customer service. Came in for dip set. One manicurist started to remove my old polish. She had one hand wrapped when another customer came in and requested her services. Point blank the manicurist ditched me and had someone else do my nails. The second person tried to dip my fingers into heated up acetone and when I pulled my hand out because I was uncomfortable she tried to push my hand back in the solution. She also repeatedly yanked my hand in under the shield closer to which was very uncomfortable for me as I am 7 months pregnant and had my purse in my lap. Overall just disappointed because my nails is my monthly self care time and I ended up feeling unvalued as a customer.

Very bad service. Pls avoid. They say 15 mins but they take more than an hour. And they leave you in the middle and try to attend more than one person at a time. You try to relax and pamper yourself but you get stressed out. Not worth it and they are pricey too

Girl, don’t go here. I read the promising reviews & thought I’d try it out here so I made an appointment & showed up on time for it & still waited over 40 minutes before someone could start working on changing my nail color & filling them as well. Not only that but my tech stopped twice to fix the persons nails she helped before me because homegirl kept smudging them while she waited for them to dry. I used that time to file my nails how I wanted them to be because they didnt look how I wanted them to even after I asked her to file them a little more. My tech didnt take off the neon pink shellac all the way nor did she buff out my nails very well. I only noticed when I left because i could see them better outside where there was more lighting. Also, she rushed curing the new shellac when we were finishing up so now, not even a week later, they’re chipping pretty bad. My set looks like badly applied press on nails with air bubbles in them. Oh & someone who walked in 15m after me who didnt have an appointment somehow managed to be helped & out the door before I even got in a chair. I wish I hadn’t spent my money or time there, tbh.

Absolutely my favorite nail place! LoAnne (hope that’s spelled correctly ☺️) is the bomb! Great attitude and customer service. I also love the auntie of the shop. She is always so welcoming.

Appointment during the holidays. Pedicure was rushed but polish was nice. Warning: I would pay with cash. She walked off to a back room to charge my card and few days later found fraudulent charges on my card.

It was my first time going after a few years. I explained what I wanted and at first it was a bit off I had a conversation with my nail tech and together we came up with a perfect solution. I love my nails there I look at, Classy, and the shape flawless( coffin).

Well, starting off with bad. My aunt and I went to get our nails done and my aunts lady that was doing it started having an argument with one guy that was doing the womans Nails next to us right in front of us. So the woman that was doing my aunts nails started all shaking and started making my aunts Nails which no start started getting onto her skin and so it hurts a little bit also they didnt do the lotion for manicure experience that we were paid for as well as not pushing or cuticles back but I mean they turned out very nice. The good things it was not crowded and they had lots of colors to choose from me and my aunt both got manicure powder dips for nails and are both turned out very well so I do recommend this place if you dont mind being a little bit up close and personal in the employees conversations.

The owner was extremely rude and pushy on selling things that I didn’t want. She refused to make my nails as short as I wanted. And ask me to drive to an atm so I can pay in cash like???? And she was sitting walk ins before me (I had an appointment).

I asked for chrome gel pedicure and did not get what I asked for. I paid $57 and I could tell they where talking about it and seemed unsure about it and they just kept going.

Worst nail experience I have ever had. The lady I had was more concerned about answering phones and ordering everyone around than doing a good job on my nails. I needed decent nails for an interview and now I have to get them redone, somewhere else. There were so many mistakes. I bled on two fingers, which has never happened before. Some fingers still hurt and my pinky and thumb are messed up, rough and bumpy. Everything was very rushed, she didnt even have me wash my hands. Once I got home and washed them, I noticed that there was dip power all over my skin on the tips of my fingers and other parts were missing skin which explains the pain. Absolutely worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon.

I made an appt the day before for 2 pedicures and a fill and shellac, when I got there they didnt have nothing ready for us to be seen they had other people in our spots. If there gonna set an appointment then they should have the space available.

Never again. I am taking my business someplace else.

The place get very busy, but the quality is amazing . My first time at I spa and got a pedicure and eyebrow waxed for total $47 dollars . Their very nice and friendly there, will be coming back .

Very great place

I usually stop in to US nails or Nail Trix but there was a long wait so I went around the corner to find that I could get right in. I was greeted immediately and sat down. My nails were done beautifully and quickly. The tech shaped them so well, I have had a hard time finding anyone who can do almond shaped nails nicely and with nice curvature looking at them from the side. I was so pleased. Prices were about the same as anywhere else and there was a nice selection of shellac to choose from.

Great variety of colors, mood & cat eye, and colored acrylic. I took s star away because the tech tried to add an additional $5 for the magnet and thats a part of the cat eye design after I already paid highly for ALL extras. If I wouldnt have known better I wouldve paid.

The only reason why I am giving this place a 5 is because of Diann who sits on the last booth. She is by far the best one there. She is nice, courteous and she listens to what it is that you want. Which is what I appreciate. Kim is nice as well, but that woman that sits in the first booth who talks all the time and answers the phone by the cash register is a hot mess. She can never shut up. When customers tell her what they want she doesnt listen and cant hear them, and when they say that is not what they wanted, she replies thats not what you said, you didnt ask for that or she didnt hear them. And then a argument ensues.No place is perfect but I still go, thanks to Diann and some of the other women. They have reasonable prices as well.

I absolutely love Vi! She is always sweet and kind, and will go above and beyond to ensure youre happy. My nails last a month without breaking. By far the best nail tech Ive ever had.

At first impression I thought this was a great nail salon. Quick service, nail tech was polite. 1 day after getting my nails done my nail lifted. I went back to the nail shop they were rude about fixing it and painted the nail I got fixed the wrong color. Completely disgusted

I think I found the one salon that I can return to and know I’ll get good and quality nails. I got a pedi with a friend and we both were taken care of quickly and professionally, the nails looked great, and the shellac stayed on FOREVER. No chips or lumps at all. Highly recommend.

This is my regular place to go! Ive never had much of a wait, and always good service. DN is my favorite tech, I always try to schedule with her! However Ive never had a bad experience here, definitely recommend.

I have been a customer here since they first opened, under a different owner. Typically Im a walk in. However, the last three visits I have made appointments because they are always busy. All three times, I walked out after still waiting 15 to 20 minutes after my appointment time as they accommodated the walk ins prior to me. What was the point in making an appointment?A busy business is wonderful and a sign that they are good at what they do, however they have now lost a loyal customer.

Loan is fabulous at applying acrylic and gel. I dont have any problems with it lifting or breaking. All of the women here are kind and creative with nail art. The nail salon is always clean and inviting!

Today was my first time going to Spa Nails and my experience was great! Loan (pronounced LouAnn) did my gel fill and gel top coat. The price is the same as other places...affordable.

I called ahead to ask if they had availability, and made an appointment for 1:30. The women on the phone took my name down and I arrived on time. I was asked to take a seat and wait just a minute, which is fine. However, 3 people walked in after I did without appointments and they were all seated in chairs and helped before I was. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes before I got up and walked out. One of the employees chased me out and said they would get to me next, but I explained I didnt have any more time to wait and get my nails done. So unfortunately I cant attest to the quality of their work, but I can say they dont respect appointments and seem to favor certain clients over others.

This was my go-to nail salon while I lived in Lansing for 3 years! It took me a few bad salons to find them, but I never went anywhere else. I regularly got shellac manicures and often pedicures and a full-set. I was never displeased. All the nail techs do a great job and the prices are affordable. They even have a punch card/rewards. Did I mention they have the ULTIMATE gel color collection in the Lansing area... yeah. Please give this nail salon a try and you will not be disappointed!

Wow! This was the best pedicure I have ever had. The technician knew I was from out of town and not a regular, but did an outstanding job with so much attention to detail. She didnt rush through it like so many places. A plus!!!

I had a few issues at the salon that I just dismissed as “flukes” or a difference in preference. However, after having to completely removed my manicure within 48 hours due to chipping and the managers response, I feel I need to share my experience . **please note this experience was reported to management. Their response was they don’t guarantee regular manicures for ANY length of time. That next time I should get gel it will last longer. **I picked I Spa nails because it had positive reviews and I unexpectedly had some time to kill while in town for a conference. While getting my pedicure the tech started to used a razor on my feet (that was not legal in my old state) it hurt. I asked her not to use it and she switched no problem. During my manicure, she cut me and didn’t say anything. Again, not ideal but wasn’t going to say anything. The polish was also not smooth on one nail and rather than fixing it she just kept reapplying. She told me it would dry fine. It didn’t, but I was out of time and didn’t want the hassle of brining it up a third time.All of this I wasn’t thrilled about but just shrugged off assuming it was a one time fluke. There were a few regulars there at the same time and they seemed to love it.They next day, already on my way home, my manicure starts chipping bad on the nail she didn’t fix. Once again I shrugged it off, but the chipping continued. Within 48 hours all of my fingernails were chipped at least half off. I hadn’t been cleaning or doing dishes or anything else tough on your nails, so there is really NO EXCUSE for the chipping besides poor polish/workmanship. I called the salon, spoke the the manager to only be told they don’t guarantee any length of time on a regular manicure. I understand it’s not gel, but come on. Chipping within 24-48 hours?!? I find that silly. She also never even said sorry for your experience. She just kept suggesting gel.Like I said, there were a few regulars who seemed to really love it. I would not recommend or go back. If you do go make sure you are close so they can fix any mistakes.

The staff is nice and hard working, BUT they are way over priced. It was pretty busy but they managed to fit everyone in..My nails look amazing, and I love them but I left the salon paying $160 (without tip) for two manis and Pedis!!I brought a friend who had never gotten her nails done before and for some reason her nail stylist said her nails were $90 at the END of the appointment. How the heck!?You should have prices set around the store instead of just doing gel on everything and assuming that we want to pay the extra dollar.UPDATE*Went back another time and they redeemed themselves.Like I said, the employees are HARDWORKING and this place is always popping.Their prices are sometimes unreasonable.

I got a dip on my nails 12/27 a week from today. I had to go in one day after they were done because one had chipped, now I have a 3 more nails chipped and it hasnt even been a full week. The entire purpose of dip is that it last longer than regular polish. I have had my polish last a lot longer than this. I am super disappointed with my nails.

Don’t let the outside appearance fool you! If I hadn’t of seen their work before arrival, the buildings appearance would have scared me away... there was a bit of a wait, but it’s a Saturday and the assistant and technicians made it very comfortable... I got a fill and pedicure. Very please with both. She fixed my nails from where a previous salon had made them too thick and wide. Prices are average among competitors. You can tell they have regular costumers and I plan on becoming one, myself! 😊👍🏼
