I love Bella Nails! It’s a wonderful place, so relaxing! The staff is very professional and friendly.
Very good nails. Amazing staff who make good conversation with you. I’m love with the way my nails turned out. Exactly how I wanted them. Very clean and a lot of polish color options. Very convenient because they allow walk ins. Very professional and care about your nails. Would 100% go again. 10/10 recommend. 😊 5 stars very satisfied.
Bella nails has been doing my nails on and off for ten years. They also do my grandmothers when she is in town. Not only do they remember she and I but make sure that she is always well taken care of, she is 94 and looks forward to every visit with them. They make you feel like family and to top it off they also always do a great job and want to make sure you are satisfied.
So many wonderful colors and options to choose from. Love how they do my nails.
Only two stars because, although my nails were done well, the cost is 30% more than any other salon in the area. I get a gel fill in with no embellishments - nothing exceptional. I paid $45 for this service that is typically $35 at 99% of other salons. Only go to this salon as a last resort. You will get an acceptable manicure but, expect to pay an exclusive price for it.
Ive gone to this place before but its been about 2 years since my last visit. Well yesterday I decided to get a shellac manicure because I was going out but with the snow I didnt want to travel across town to my usual spot so I came back here. BIG MISTAKE! My $30 shellac manicure consisted of removing my old shellac, a brief file to some of my nails and then reapplying new shellac! The guy who did them barely gave any of it time to dry so less than 24 hours later I now have 3 nails that have completely peeled off. I will be calling Monday morning and demanding some sort of resolution for this .
Ive been getting my nails done here for almost 3 years. I get new sets of pink and whites taken off and put on regularly which are hard to get right for a lot of places and they do great job. They are welcoming, friendly and considerate to you.
Took a client there. She was treated very good. She is elderly and the gentleman went out of his way to make her feel safe and comfortable.
I have to wonder if the negative ratings are done by competition. Bella is AWESOME. I can go in and get a full set of nails on my lunch hour, and they look fantastic. I have been a customer since they opened, and they will only go away if they get tired of being packed all the time!!
I went in today for a pedicure with my daughter. I had had a really rough week and needed a relaxing pedi, which I dont often do. They rushed through the whole process. The gentleman that did my nails didnt clip my cuticles, only partially removed the pink polish, trimmed my toenails without asking and when he was finished the toe nails were cut crooked. Did not file the ends so they were rough. My daughter could have done a better polish job. After he was done with me I had to ask the lady to recut my toenails even but since he cut one side way too short they had to be cut down to far. He put on 4 coats of polish right on top of another without letting them dry a little in between. By time I got to my car all the polish was smudged and wiped right off. As you can see in the picture the new blue polish is still along the edges of my toenails and there is still some pink from before the pedicure.
Always friendly. Family owned and I always get a good pedicure.
I always love Bella Nail! Staff is friendly and Shellac always holds up a long time! (Opi brand). My favorite nail place!
Great service!
Just called to make an appointment for 6:15pm for a fill and pedicure. The lady on the phone responded can you come in right now(it was 2:15pm when I called). I responded no I work until 6pm. She started talking in a foreign language to someone else in the background and came back and said we want to leave early because we arent busy. Poor business aspect. They will never receive my business, with that and their attitude that I hear from other people they will be out of business soon.
Great service
Recently moved to Lansing and need a nail place so I decided to try out Bella’s nails. I can honestly say this was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Not only was the water freezing, there were only two workers and 6 people recieving a service at the same time. I didn’t even get a “pedicure” all they did was put my feet in cold water and then paint them for 30 bucks. Not worth it. Take your money else where.
Nice place, I went here over the weekend and got a full set and a gel polish. They shaped my nails perfectly and the polish looks great!
Horrible customer service! I was treated so rude when i came in to have shellac redone on 3 nails that i had done less than a week ago! I passed 3 salons to go here and they charge more than the other places. The nail tech was verbally rude and was slamming her tools down on the table. She did a horrible job hiding the fact she didnt want to serve me. I wouldnt spend a DIME in this salon!!!!
Ive been getting my nails done here regularly for a few years and Im always happy with their service!
My nails look horrible! I have never had such terrible service. They never asked me what I wanted. They wouldnt shorten them how I wanted ( but still charged me $3 to shorten them). And now a couple days later my nails are all breaking at the cuticles. I will NEVER spend my money there again.
I have been going to this salon for over 2 years and I could not tell you how many times they would start my nails and then stop and start working on someone elses nails while I sat there waiting. VERY VERY VERY RUDE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!! Never will I go back or recommend this salon.
Ive been coming to Bella Nails for 4 years and they always do a fantastic job, and the staff are friendly.
After coming here with my mom and daughter for about a year I had a pretty decent experience, however as of just recently I went in and received very poor service for the second time. I was charged $25 for a pedicure, $10 manicure and $5 for shellac removal. I basically received a polish change for both and when I asked why I did not get a leg massage, hot towel on my legs, hand massage or cuticle and skin removal the owner told me I did. I showed her my nails and simply stated this is not a manicure. She did not acknowledge my non-manicured nails or my complaint and only reimbursed me $2 for the polish change because I demanded it. The girl who did my nails repeated that she did in fact do a manicure when clearly she did not. I told them we would NOT be back. Sorry, but if Im paying $40.00 Id like more then just a rushed polish change and nail filing, I recommend taking your business somewhere else.
Prompt clean super friendly will become a regular ther
Super friendly, in and out in no time, nails look great!
Great service.
I went there for a fill and the guy was working on both my nails and my friends at the same time with no sanitation in between. My nails have bumps all in them and my friends acrylic just fell off 2 days after the service. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
Ok worst pedicure Ive ever had! For $25 you basically get a polish! If you want cuticles, heels, etc., $45! So irritated! Will NEVER go back!!!!
I felt very rushed. Not a very clean salon at all. Very pricey $28 for a 15 minute shellac manicure. I have yet to find a salon in Lansing that I like.
I didnt like how when I walked in no one wanted to help and when she fixed my nail she had an attitude and the other one made a rude comment.
Great hospitality
