I just received the most horrible, torturous manicure of my life from this place. This guy didn’t learn anything from his first mistake, he just kept digging at my cuticles & made 5 of my fingers bleed, one of which wouldn’t stop bleeding, but he just kept on like nothing was wrong. Ever have acetone wiped into a little cut? How about dozens of cuts? My fingers are still screaming in pain & the paint job is awful as well.

Had a pedicure here with my daughter for the upcoming Mothers Day. They were VERY fast! And, my toes look great! Not the relaxing spa type pedicure Ive had in the past but, still great! Thank you Venetian ladies!!

My cousin asked me to come with her as a walk in around 3pm. I arrive and look around to see if she’s there. A man asked if I had an appointment i said No and asked if they’re accepting walk-ins. He said “no we’re very busy I’m sorry”. I politely said okay that’s fine.. I really didn’t want my nails done anyway I was just there because my cousin asked me to get mine done with her.But the disappointing thing is after all that was said ...he said “ you waited too late” under his breath!! That was very unprofessional. I did not have a problem with the fact they weren’t able to squeeze me in within 3 hours so that comment was so unnecessary. That reason alone I won’t be returning.

Ive gone here several times and loved my nails. But today was a terrible experience. First of all they made me wait 30 minutes when I had an appointment for 2 other people. Then I had a guy do my nails who literally dropped everything he touched. Everything. It took an hour and half just to file my nails. Putting the dip powder on only took 15 minutes. All he did was continue to file my nails and shape them all differently and do exactly the opposite of what I wanted. I am not satisfied.

My friend and I went in for dip nails because our regular nail place was closed due to the pandemic. My nails turned out fine, but my friend had a terrible experience. The man doing her nails was clearly out of his league, not enough experience to do a French tip dip. It took them 2.5 hours to do her nails, they had to be redone by another person and still werent right. They charged her full price.

Ive been loyal to this shop for a couple of years. But my last few experiences have been terrible. My nails have also been terrible. I had a bad experience today and paid 65 dollars dollars a set of nails I could have done better myself. I have decided I will not be returning. The service has really gone down hill.

Just moved here second time going and was very disappointed this time around. I decided to get a manicure and pedicure honestly it was money wasted. My toes look like my 6 year old did them and my nails the paint is bubbles. You can tell where she just added polish to cover the spots she messed up. $95 wasted service was rushed and very unsatisfactory. Never again save your time and money.

My previous times coming here I can’t complain about. I’ve also bought gift certificates for my family members for gifts. However today I called to make sure they had time to do my pedicure. Got here and they told me they didn’t have time for my choice of pedicure. Only having time for a basic pedicure. Which isn’t what I wanted. From the second I walked in the door I felt rushed. So I decided to just have the lady Finnish taking my gel polish off and now I’m headed to another salon to get my toes actually done. The staff is usually very polite. However today I’m not happy about this experience. I feel like better communication would have been highly appreciated today. This was a total waste of time.

If you have an appt don’t bother!!! There is no point. Had one this morning and they still wanted me to wait for an hour. What’s the point of making an appointment??? They need to get it together... why would I go back if this is the second time it has happened!!!

I had a great experience at Venetian Nails! I was from up north and went to see my daughter and Le was doing a really good job and did my nails so nice it was amazing. I would recommend Le as a nail technician and is very clean, nice, and funny. I hope I can come back again soon!

This place double...maybe triple booked appointments, messed up my moms polish after the pedicure, redid it and messed it up again, and then wanted us to come back almost 2 hours later to do our manicures (even those we had booked them already a week ahead of time). Terrible service.

Called and made an appointment for 3. We had to wait when we got there and then they started two of us and the third had to wait. Very rough with the cuticle instruments.

I had an appointment for myself and two friends for three pedicures, one regular manicure, and two acrylic fills. The appointment was on 7/27/20. My fill was first and the pedicure second. BEFORE WE LEFT THE SALON MY THUMB NAIL COMPLETELY BROKE OFF. The following day (7/28/20) my middle finger on the same hand broke as well. I had to come all the way back (a 20 minute drive) to get it repaired and was charged for the repair. I’ve come here numerous times and have never spent less than $80 at a time. I will never return.

So this time i went back for a refill and change the gel color 😍 ask for Lee she’s really good and fast❤️

Good news first. Paul, station #1 did an awesome job on my nails. If I were reviewing just Paul, I would give this salon five stars. Ive been to the salon maybe five or six times because I keep looking for the best one. I really like how they do the nails, but I feel like they dont talk to their customer. It makes me a little uncomfortable sometimes. Thats why the 3 stars. I get great nails, but I dont feel great when Im leaving.

Took my grandma to get her first ever mani-pedi and had a great experience! They not only did an amazing job but were also patient with her going through the process. It was so great it inspired her to make it a monthly thing. Best manicure I’ve had in a while.I’ve gone here before and had a poor experience but everyone with me left so happy with the quality of service we had. The technicians did an amazing job and managed the larger then normal customer volume coming in well. Defiantly will be coming back happily.

Had a visit today with Sarah and she was amazing. Best pedicure Ive had. Will definitely ask for her again.

Chairs are not massage chairs, didnt feel very clean.

When I showed the nail tech the design I wanted...she was visibly angry. Arms crossed and shaking her head. Another tech came over to do the design and the two women spoke to each other in an aggressive tone. When I asked if everything was okay, I was told, if you dont like the way it turns out I will not redo it. I was stunned and disappointed as my mom frequents this place and gets little designs all the time. I was not asked if I wanted a deluxe manicure. In fact, it was incredibly rushed and i felt uncomfortable with the nasty vibe. My nails looked great! I wont be back. So sorry I asked a person who does nails to do nails....

Have utilized Venetian services many times over the years. Excellent customer service. Always quality, professional service. I highly recommend this royal treatment!!

Paid for a deluxe pedicure and nothing deluxe about it. I was in the chair maybe 30 minutes and Im fairly certain she skipped some services because I watched another person get lotions and massages that I didnt get. Anytime you say anything all they say is Well everyone here does them different. Not sure how hard it is for everyone to provide the same services especially if charging same price.

So impressed. I was a walk in and walked out 20 minutes late with beautiful nails.

Ive been here a couple times now and each time theyve done a great job! The staff is very friendly and always willing to help you chose a color or style. I usually do my nails at home, but they do such a wonderful job that Id rather have then do it. Would definitely recommend!

I used to come here all the time and was a loyal customer for 2 years and they were amazing. I stopped getting my nails done for work but i got a new job. I returned 3 weeks ago to get a fill. And the job was horrible. They were different lengths the edges were crooked and the way over charged for the service I got. I will never come back

Simply awful, they had terrible attitudes & rushed both mine & my moms nails. I wish I couldve given them a good review because the venue is gorgeous, but the people that work there are just rude, inconsiderate & unprofessional.

My best friend made appointments for the two of us to get full sets. I had never had them done before, and we werent allowed to sit together.p, which was nerve wracking since I didnt know what the process was and had nobody to talk to. The nail tech that I had cut my finger with the drill. They told me that they could do a design that I had picked out, but changed their mind halfway through painting them and charged us to change colors. My nails themselves were uneven and crooked, as well as very painful on a few fingers. My best friends fingers were cut multiple times, even drawing blood at times. Her technician said she could do her design as well, and it came out looking like a child had done them. The technicians were very rude and ignored us during our entire visit, only talking amongst themselves. We spent the rest of the day and night in pain, until we had time this morning to spend hours looking for a salon that was open on a Sunday, so we could get them fixed. We ended up in Bay City, where all was made better with our nails. My technician in Bay City kept telling me to relax, because I was so scared of being hurt by the drill. We will never return to this location. Im amazed that they manage to have return customers with the level of service that we received.

This is the best nail salon in the Lansing/Greater Lansing area! I have been getting pink and white acrylics for 11 years and I am very picky and know exactly what I want my nails to look like. I have gone to OP Nails in Grand Blanc for about 9 years and they do the best acrylics. But when I moved here just over a year ago I couldnt find a place that I liked. I tried almost every salon around me but wasnt happy with any of the results (one gave me a fungus and I had to remove my acrylics and treat my nails for 2 months,first time ever experiencing this). Today I went to Venetian and Leo made my day! He first asked me what I wanted and actually listened to me. I prefer a dark pink powder and he showed me 4 different color options until I found the one I liked. He also understood when I asked him not to use the drill too much and did most of the shaping with a file. My nails look fabulous!! Im so happy I found this nail salon!

I am sitting in the pedicure chair currently....we had a RESERVATION for 2....we are not walk ins...its now 2:15 and we are still waiting. The water in the tub is cold....not lukewarm....cold. When I asked someone why the water isnt warm she said deal with it.....I am sorry but this is absolutely unacceptable. This is my first time and last time here. BUYER BEWARE!!!

We were the first people in the salon. I got a “medium” pedicure with my best friend. The lady who did my service spent probably 20 mins on me all together. My toes were filed unevenly, she didn’t get the rough skin off my feet, and the polish was sloppy. My best friend who sat next to me was working on for twice as long and had a good experience. I won’t go back.

They fixed my nails that were messed up horribly by a different salon and made my nails beautiful again.

Got a pedicure and shellac polish change. During the pedicure the lady ripped something on my big toe to the point where it was bleeding. Very unsanitary and they offered no comfort or amenities they just talked and giggled amongst themselves. The nail job was OK which is why there is one star.

Made an appointment, arrived on time, no one greeted me, stood awkwardly by the front for a solid 5 minutes. As I was debating just leaving, one of the employees literally shouted at me from the back, “do you have an appointment?” I responded yes, and she continued to shout from the back as opposed to coming up front to the desk and having a normal conversation.I waited 20 minutes after my appointment time for them to get started. I got the no chip manicure and pedicure. One of my nails chipped not even 3 days later.I would not come back here again.

First time getting acrylics from here they were weird shaped but none of them broke now when i got my refill they didnt paint my nails fully along with seeing all of the lines going across them from the machine. Went last tues day to get it fixed they finally looked ok and i wake up take a shower and my whole tip of my acrylic nail came off and i didnt even feel it. It felt as if it was never there. Two days later 2 more of mine broke so lets just say they lost a customer 💯

I got my nails done for prom last year about a week before prom and they looked very nice and lasted about a month after prom

Worst salon I’ve ever been to. The lady ripped off all my SNS, my real nails came with them and were bleeding. She was very unprofessional and unsanitary, I told her I’m not comfortable receiving a service with open wounds and blood. She said she will apply fake nails over my sliced nails that were bleeding and I told her I’m not going to allow her to use her tools that she doesn’t sanitize on me, and that I wouldn’t want anyone else getting these tools used on them with my blood on them. I left and my nails are bleeding and all ripped to shreds. Never have ever had a problem with a nail place but this is my first and last time ever trying somewhere new.!Never again.

The worst dipping nails I have ever had. After the tech was rough and sloppy- my nails looked thick and then chipped after 3 days. My dipping nails from my usual salon last 3-4 weeks. Went back to Venetian with a friend even though I stopped going a year ago due to poor service. Nothing has changed. Dont waste your money!

0 stars would be my true review. I have never had such awful service when getting a full set. My nail technician cut my fingers multiple times and was in a huge rush even though I had an appointment. My tips were very uneven and I had to drive over an hour the next day to find a salon that would fix the damage that Venetian did. For the prices that they charge, I was expecting a lot more.

Hasnt got my nails done in awhile so they were rough. Venetian did an excellent job cleaning them up!

Only manicure Ive had thats worse is the one I gave myself at age 7 with my first nail polish kit. Manicurist didnt even use a nail file or get all of my old dark purple polish off. In fact, the purple polish ended up all over the tips of my fingers and could be even seen underneath the new pink polish. Took everything off myself when I got home.. waste of $$ and time (even though the whole ordeal took 11 minutes flat).

The worst experience I ever had, the only reason I went was because I didnt have time to go to Jenny say nails on West Saginaw hwy the ladie that did my manicure didnt give me the proper manicure procedure all the while I was in there not one African American showed this alarmed me at first so I gave them the benefit of the doubt well no benefit and plenty of doubt and to top it all this ladie had the nerve to want a tip 😈never ever again will I return 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎practice your manners people😈

I called to ask about pricing. The woman who answered act like she just wanted me off the phone. She spoke so fast I had to ask her to repeat slower. We didnt go there simply because of her rudeness.

Nothing like being told over the phone that the manicure you paid $43 for would be fixed as after 2 days a French tip turned brown just to show up at the business to find out differently. Bad customer service folks. Lost my business after that one.

Ive been looking for a local nail salon for months. Ive tried 4 other salons in the area and never made a 2nd appt at any until I find Venetian. They will get all my business and Im telling all of my friends.

They do a nice job but the service is horrible, they are rude and quick to judge.

Most mediocre manicure Ive ever had. Not friendly at all.

Rushed service, clipped my toe, spoke only to each other. Barely paid attention to me. I paid $50 for a service that lasted 15-20 min.

Nice, Clean Nd Great Staff

The staff isnt very friendly and my gel nails didnt even last a week. 3 days after the gel started to peel, 5 out 10 of nails just peeled right off.
