I am so happy with my experience. I received full highlights, wash, haircut and a blow dry. Elaine was so friendly and great to talk to. I love my highlights and my cut. I’m taking my daughter to her next week and will definitely go there again myself. Highly recommend!

I LOVE my new highlights and haircut!! Miss Elaine did an amazing job. Since I walked into her salon I was warmly welcomed and the whole time felt like I am chatting with a friend 😊 I HIGHLY recommend her, she is a PRO!

I had made an appointment based off a groupon thing. It was for a haircut, full foil and blow dry for $72. My appointment was for this past Friday at 3:30 PM. When we arrived there was only one woman working, and she was still with another client. We went back to let her know we were there and she rudely told us to go wait in the car and that she would get us when she was ready. almost 40 minutes later I called her and she seemed irritated that I had called to ask about my appointment. She didnt even know what services I had requested for that appointment. She told me she was still with her other client and asked if I wanted to reschedule. When I told her no, before I could say that I wouldve liked to still get my hair done that day she said have a good one and hung up on me. Completely unprofessional, and rude.

Elaine did an AMAZING JOB with my hair. she knows her stuff! We talked most of the time that i didnt realize that i was there for almost 2 hours. great and professional. Ill definitely be back when i need another haircut

The owner goes out of her way to make your experience the best. She had helped out with my hair . Elaine is very knowledgeable about how to help your hair be healthy. Yes she does mens perms.

The lady was nice but she completely butchered my hair. I am just devastated by the outcome. It is way way way shorter than I asked for. It will literally take years to grow my hair out long enough for the style I started out with plenty of hair for. I had been growing my hair put for 15 years. I am just so sad when I look at my hair. It is nothing like the photo I brought and doesnt even look like a hairstyle that suits me at all. Please do not go there.

WOW! WOW! WOW! This was the best experience I have ever had at a salon. It was quite (except the loud neighbors in the building), relaxing, clean, and very professional. Elaine, the owner, cut, highlighted, and deep conditioned my hair and let me tell you wasnt an easy task. My hair was passed my butt and I wanted about 9 inches cut off. I was so scared but she did exactly what I wanted and added her special touch. It turned out awesome! I would recommend A Touch of Beauty Hair & Nail Salon to anyone. Just make sure you make an appt. first.

Theyre quite friendly and did a great job, it was my first time in a salon getting my hair washed and sitting in the chair with a hair net on under the round hair dryer over my head but I will for sure be coming back and telling my friends. They do accomidaye Muslim women and close the doors and blinds and make sure they book you on a day with female only staff.

This place really is a hidden little gem! The owner did my hair and she was amazing! She was so nice, listened to what I wanted and nailed it! I recommend this salon to any and everyone!

Omg !!! Im so in love with my hair, they took good care of me for aunts wedding last weekend .I would definitely be going back to see Ms.Elaine

I got a groupon, to have full color, highlights foil, n hair cut n style. I called before buying to verify everything. I went out there n she cut a 8 ponytail off because I have mobility issues n was tired of a pony tail every day. I wanted my hair short on sides n back n long in the top so I could wear in curls. After picking the colors she told me what she thought would look good n I said no this is close to what i have. She cut sides wrong after cutting my ponytail then she colored it the color she choose, n again with out speaking to me she decided to paint on the color high lights she liked. So I was very upset. Then after all this she says she dont like the way it is laying on top. N I had just said the top length was good n I told her that. No it needed to be trimmed, she turned me away from the mirror n when she was done I had no hair on top. I figure it will take atleast a yr to grow my hair out. She said because she knew I was not happy, that I could come back for a free color or cut. Why! She didnt listen to anything I said. She colored it her color, highlights the way she wanted not that I pd for, then ruined my hair. I would never go there AGAIN! N FYI the pictures are not of the actual salon.I wish I would have never heard of Touch of Beauty.

Lots of great reviews about hair but I went there strictly for a mani/pedi. Got a groupon for $30 for a deluxe mani/pedi that normally cost $65. Elaine (owner) was very nice, and the salon was clean and well kept. However, I received an inadequate deluxe mani/pedi. Nail paint on fingers and toes was very poor. Gel manicure started coming off the next day. By day 5, the paint on all my fingernails was coming off. Pedicure was done in a large metal bowl vs. a regular jet-spa. No foot massage or hand massage. Glad I didnt pay $65 for the deluxe mani/pedi, but still feel like $30 was too high for what I got.

Had 2 great previous experiences with Elaine. Unfortunately will not be coming back anytime soon. Recommend my significant other to get his dreads retwisted because she told me she had experience . That was not true, all of the dreads were significantly different sizes some tripled the size of others, she ripped or cut off dreads that she thought were damaged but were not. And to make matters worse she even knew she wasn’t doing a great job, because she stated that she could tell my s.o was not impressed. Ended up going to braids and things to get them fixed. Also for my last appointment she told me the wrong day so I had to come back the following day. When my s.o. had his appointment scheduled her shop was locked up and closed so we had to come back later.
