Customer service was good but both times my nails were painted to look like as if a five year old had done my nails

First time going per recommendation. They got me right in and out, and I loved my nails!!

Good work on my girls nails, but you are SO SLOW! OMG! If youre a perfectionist, thats fine, PRACTICE MORE! It shouldnt take 90 mins to repair 1 broken nail!

They specialize in walk ins, they will refill othe peoples work, and they give wonderful hand massages!

If I could do no stars I would. I told them several times I was in a slight rush and they continued to be EXTREMELY slow!! Took about 2 hours to fix one nail and have a filling. She messed up both my pinky nails. And I explained to her the shape I wanted for my nails and she did a whole different one.

Ann did a great job! I have long nails and always have a hard time finding a good nail tech! She shaped them perfectly and took her time. She also gave me an AMAZING pedicure! I will definitely be going back!!

I ve never done a review before but I felt that people need to know about Tommy.Tommy did the best pedicure Ive ever had! He took his time, it wasnt rushed at all like some places do. It was so relaxing. I will be going back to see him. Glad I found this place. Very happy!!

This place uses cheap product Ive went there twice n both times my nails didnt last paid over a hundred dollars for to full set n pedi. Polish changed colors rhinestones came off same day.. Not satifsatied at all.

Rude ppl. Waited 2 hours to start my nanai then he stopped n started a new person. I only could get my hands done cause the guys was rushing. The lady cant paint good or shape the nails right. Then want to charge crazy prices for having to fix their only work. Dont go here!

*Pictures are 2 weeks after appointment**disclaimer: I have OCD about my nails lol*I’ve only gotten my nails done by Ethan. Often leave in pain because he is not very sensitive to how hard he’s using his hands to push back cuticles and he uses the nail file machine to clean dead skin from cuticles versus the cuticle clippers (which is also very rough on the nails at least in my experiences) and can be uncomfortable. Angles and lines for a few nails are normally off a tad but he always coats the nail very nice and very even with the nail polish, painting the WHOLE nail, which is my favorite thing about his service. They are also very nice in general. I would put 3.5 stars if I could as they are decent but not really above average.
