Salon Bliss saved my hair! I had a bad color experience and needed help. My hair was orange from a Malibu treatment. I called the salon and told them I had a hair crisis and they got me right in! Treated me so kind, kept reassuring me my hair would be fine. Kelsie was my stylist and she was AMAZING!!! I am so grateful for her help and making me feel like myself again!

Im new to bliss and it was really great! my pedicure was with sarah, she was super knowledgeable and took her time with the foot massage. They have a pedicure room thats in a private space which really set the mood to relax for my service.

I had an excellent experience at Bliss Salon. I got an amazing cut from Ashley, with an undercut that has a perfectly symmetrical honeycomb hair tattoo! I really love it. The staff is great and the boutique offers a great selection of products. I will definitely be going back.

I got a perm here by Alisha and I have to say: I’ve never been happier. I felt so comfortable and welcomed. Every time I get my hair done at other salons it doesnt turn out just right, but here it definitely has.The sides of my hair’s perm started to straighten out within the week, so I called and asked them about it and they made me another appointment with Alisha to fix it for free! Hair has a mind of its own sometimes, and she was very understanding about it, giving her time to touch it up. She repermed the sides and even trimmed it up a bit more and it is absolutely perfect. She was so sweet. The price was very affordable as well. I would highly recommend this. Walked out with a smile!

Bliss did a great job on my bridesmaid’s hair and my hair and makeup! Everyone had unique styles and we were even done early. They wore masks the entire time and were able to switch the location without a problem. I really appreciate our stylists even more during this time.

Amazing! I got a cut and balayage from Kelsey, and both were AMAZING! She was so nice and listened to what I wanted exactly! I am going out of the country for four months and so I needed it to blend and grow out well. The color looks so beautiful and natural. I am a dark brunette naturally and she got it so blonde without ruining my hair. The salon is fun, clean, and makes you feel like youre treating yourself. I would highly recommend.

Bliss is a wonderful salon and Dallas, the owner is a remarkable person and business owner. She cares deeply about her customers and her employees and you can feel it. This salon staff are always friendly, professional and the boutique connected to the salon has lovely attire, unique items like body care and jewelry; all reasonably priced too. I moved two years ago to GR and still drive back for me and my girls appointments.

Very fun, very professional. The haircut was very nice and the coloring did not damage my hair. However, for such a pricey salon, I still ended up with something not remotely like what I asked for. I soon after went back to get it fixed and was charged almost full price. Even though it STILL didn’t look like the picture. It doesn’t look bad but it is NOT what I paid for. Highly recommend the cut but god forbid they mess up your hair. It will be at YOUR expense.

My 8-year-old granddaughter wanted a day at spa for her Birthday. All good except hair done by Mattie. She was in her chair for 3 hours for 3 purple foils and a trim and charged $90. It washed out in 3 days. No call back when I called to let her know. Disappointed an 8-year-old girl and poor business practice not owning up to your mistake. Never go to this salon again and will pass on our experience there.

They do a great job on my hair, but its pretty pricey.

I want to start off by saying that the girl doing my pedicure was super nice and was great conversation. I just felt that if Im going to pay $70( that includes tip) for the ultimate pedicure, then it would be something special. The extensive massage that was listed in the description lasted 5 minutes or less for both feet combined. It just was over priced for a basic pedicure with the paraffin wax added to the package. I was trying to treat myself but regret that I went here and not somewhere else.

My girls and I were at the salon over the weekend for hair and makeup for my wedding. We all had an absolute blast! They had snacks and drinks set up for us in the back of the boutique, which was a great bonus. I worked with Lexan over email to get everything set up, and the process was simple and friendly. I’d had a trial a few weeks before the wedding, and April looked up techniques to make my hair style even better! It held up through all the dancing and even through the night into the next day. We made some changes from the trial for my makeup- Brenda definitely knew what she was doing and I ended up with makeup that was totally me, just a little dressed up. Overall, it was a great experience and I wish I lived closer so I could stop in for all of my salon services!

Such a beautiful salon and boutique! Loved getting my manicure and eyebrows waxed by April. Treated my mom to her very first pedicure and she was in heaven and is ready to go back.. Bought a few things from the boutique section as well that I LOVE, especially my necklace, I wear it all the time now😁Definitely will be a repeat customer to these ladies

My friend booked us pedicures for my birthday. It was AMAZING! The ladies were super friendly and it was the most relaxing time! There was soaking, a scrub, a mask, lotion, massage, painted toes...by far the best pedicure Ive ever had. I WILL be back to try other services as well as get another pedicure! Highly recommended.

I didnt even get a chance to go to the spa, as scheduling was a nightmare. I booked a package for a facial, pedicure, and massage a month prior to the date of service for 2 people. The day before the appointments I was notified that they made a scheduling error and there was no masseuse available. We would be able to do the two remaining services at full price and have an hour of waiting time between services (there was no attempt to offer a discount or anything for the inconvenience). Then, the day of, the spa called again to say there was no person available to do the facials. We were coming out of town, so rescheduling was not an option. The spa made no attempt to offer solutions to the problem. I would expect a higher level of customer service for the price of the services, especially when you have two new customers. It was a disappointing experience and unfortunately I will never be booking any appointments here in the future. I need an establishment that I can trust and count on to follow through with services.

I had my hair cut and colored and styled by the lovely Betty Ford. She’s been a great hairstylist for years and she always does such an amazing job making me feel special and well taken care of. My hair alway looks fabulous after I see her. Betty also makes my 12 year old daughter’s hair dreams come true, on the regular. Betty makes an enormous effort to constantly be doing continuing education to stay forward focus on all things beauty related. She moved to the salon last year and it has been a great change for her. The staff there was all friendly helpful and kind. Bliss is beautiful on the inside and feels so posh! The owner is very kind and doing a great job with the salon and spa. Definitely check this place out!

Every time I get my hair professionally done I am never satisfied. Today I went to Bliss for the first time and I loved my haircut and color done by Maddie. Shes awesome. Will def. Be coming here for all my cuts and color!!

I liked the experience. One of my former patients recommended me to check them out. They no longer do acrylic so I got my natural nails done. I like how they turned out, its just not what I had in mind. I was originally told that the cost was $27,but it ended up being $29. Maybe the extra $2 was for taxes. Overall I would recommend them for those who wants their natural nails done. 😊

And it’s a one stop beauty wonderland really, lash extensions, microblading and all the hair!!Betty Ford has been my hairdresser since 2009 here in Portland and when she moved back home I popped out that way to get my hair done by her because she’s that good. No matter what crazy hair I want she helps me achieve that look all while educating me on how to best take care of my particular hair...all with heart.

This place is great! Always friendly staff and cool little shop to look around in. Services are great (my girlfriend told me so) and that results in a pleasant experience. Sometimes there may be a wait if they are behind but trust me on one thing... it will be worth it. Charlee was great and personable and made the experience enjoyable. Worth trying this place and letting yourself be pampered. Why? Because you deserve it!

Betty does an amazing job on my hair! Not only does she offer a premium service (the head massage she gives is DIVINE), she’s so friendly, intelligent and truly wishes to give her clients the best experience for the service they visited her for. My daughter had her first hair cut this past weekend and Betty was so incredibly patient with her (it took like 15 minutes just to get the child to sit in the chair!) I have finally found my stylist for life and I am truly thankful. I’ve been searching for a steady stylist for a long time and she’s my girl! Bliss as an establishment is so stinking adorable too! I had scheduled pedicures for my daughter and I with the understanding you could take up to three at a time. When we arrived it was one after the other. While we were not under a time crunch, it was not ideal. In the past we have been able to have both done at the same time. The staff was wonderful and we both enjoyed our pedicures, but I was disappointed that while I had only requested a single time out pedicures were scheduled separately.

I had my first experience at bliss a couple days ago and i couldnt be happier. Betty performed an amazing job on my hair and gave me the low down on the place. I tell you what....i will be back and have already gave several recommendations to others

Fantastic salon! They just expanded and have this adorable boutique inside with one of a kind clothes and accessories. Everyone at the salon was lovely, and my nails look great. Only issue is that I had made an appointment specifically to get a manicure, they asked if I wanted gel or regular polish so I went with gel.. but there was no manicure to it at all, just got my nails painted

I just had a pedicure there yesterday and the room was clean, softly lit, and very inviting. My pedicure was amazing, I will definitely be back for another! Would recommend this salon to anyone!

I have been going here for cut and color a little over a year. Katie is fantastic. She really listens to what you want but isnt afraid to make suggestions to what would be most suitable for the person. I have never left less than thrilled with her work.

I had a great haircut and style, love it. Staff was very pleasant. The shampoo was amazing, couldve sat there all day. I will be back to try out the other services very soon!!! Love this place! Free drinks (coffee is most important), they reward you for return service and referrals, and they have an annual appreciation event where they give away tons of stuff and pamper you. Ashley does my short cuts and is edgy and unique. They are also really friendly to kids, even though it feels like an upscale spa/pampering experience.

This salon absolutely lives up to its high internet reviews. I called and was able to get an appointment within days with Katie. She was absolutely fantastic when I came in with my bleached hair and showed her a photo of a girl with gray hair and said “I want to look like this”. She talked me through the process and made sure she knew what I wanted before she started. My hair looks absolutely incredible, and I will be returning!! Katie was fantastic and I highly recommend her. The salon was clean and welcoming, everyone was very friendly. The only thing I noticed while there was a very young looking stylist coloring hair... she seemed nervous and didn’t look too experienced. When making your appointment is call and ask for a stylist that would do the best job for what you’re looking for (that’s what I did and it turned out fantastic). Cannot recommend Bliss highly enough!

Somewhat pricey for the services provided, and I’m never completely satisfied when I leave. I’ve tried manicures, pedicures and massage. The new massage therapist talked the entire massage and it wasn’t very relaxing. The staff is really sweet and kind, and the customer service is overall pretty great.

Been here several times and every single time that I go in, Im always greeted with a smile and all the help I need. Im not too savvy when it comes to hair products and styling and they always take their time with me and help me get the right products! Loveeee coming here!

Booking an appointment was super easy and I love the multiple confirmations, I usually dont forget but its nice to know that I can rely on being reminded. I went in for a shellac manicure, Shelby did a wonderful job and was pickier than I am (which says a lot). She was sweet and professional, as were the other employees I interacted with. Happy with my service and will definitely go back.

Ive been going to Bliss Salon & Spa for 6+ years now and Ive never been disappointed nor have I encountered a single bad experience! My very 1st visit was for a pedicure, with Trish, and Ive been getting them from her, almost monthly, since 2008! I love my pedicurist, Trish...she pampers me every time! The Bliss staff is wonderful and they all really care for & about every client! No matter the service, you will truly receive a lovely SPA experience!

The salon is beautiful! i had a facial with veronica and it was honestly the best facial i’ve ever had. plus the products were so great, they smell really good too! my skin felt so good, so satisfied !!!!

Last visit, the stylist was not very knowledgeable about matching my root touch up to my colour. I ended up with brassy yellow roots when my hair is platinum.She also overlapped colour and chemically burned my hair. I have chunks in the back missing and bangs that werent cut in, that is how short my hair was burned off.I posted a review online, emailed the salon, and continuously called to speak with a manager.At best I wanted my money back so I could get hair treatments to stop my hair from falling out and to get the fried ends cut because that stylist refused to trim my hair even before the colour damage.Do not spend the extra money to get your hair done at this salon!

Wonderful facilities and staff. I usually bring my mom along to my hair appointments for a mani/pedi and she loves it there as well. They have the most adorable little boutique that is always changing.

I had a spa pedicure exactly 24 hours ago (last night, after work). Upon arriving home this evening, after taking off my shoes, I have discovered that the shellac polish on my big toe has come clean off and has begun to chip off my pinky toe.Although I did have a lovely experience and enjoyed the nail tech, I do expect nail polish to last longer than 24 hours for that price tag ($53). I am almost 8 months pregnant and bending down to fix this mess is out of the question. When I spoke to the salon, they did offer to fix it at no cost. I dont feel good about going back at this time.

The atmosphere is awesome and relaxing. Ive never had to wait, my appointments are always on schedule. I can always get in the week I call and I have seen many different people there. They all do an amazing job. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. I recommend them to all my friends and family. I have been going there several years now.

I brought my granddaughter in for a highlight and haircut. She had a picture of what she wanted her hair to look like. They discussed it and 4 1/2 hours later I walked out of there $238.00 lighter! (plus tip)! I was very surprised needless to say. Guess it was mostly my fault, but from now on I will never have anything done without asking the price first! My granddaughter really liked her hair, but that was way more than I was expecting to pay.

Salon: pedicures & services are awesome. Boutique: is all “mom” stuff- almost literally, every printed shirt has to do with “mom” or “wife”. Not sure the owner realizes that an increasing majority of women don’t identify with these roles—or at least don’t feel need to announce it on their chest.

This salon is by far my favorite the Lansing area. Full service salon & spa. They recently added a full boutique complete w make-up & gorgeous clothes & accessories. You will not be disappointed.

I was not happy at all with the service I got my nails were horrible and I was very unhappy. The polish was super thick and it didn’t last not one day and it starters peeling 🤦🏾‍♀️ Not recommended at all.

This was my third visit to Bliss Salon, but my first visit for a pedicure. Cally, was my technician. She gave me the best pedicure I have ever had. Overall I think she spent over an hour. I especially liked the massage part of the procedure. My feet feel great, and they look beautiful!My first and second visits were for a haircut! Lexan, cuts my hair, and she does an excellent job. This salon is amazing. Clean, bright, friendly. It looks like they do everything here, from stocking local knits, clothes and accessories to nails and make up. I saw Ashley - check out her facebook! Shes crazy awesome and creative. Ive shopped around the Lansing area for a quality hair artist, and this chica delivers. They do an amazing job. I had a bleach and tone with a cut; I have full hair with some curl and she thinned it out and layered like a true boss. It still lays well after six weeks, although Im going in for a touch up tomorrow!

The people there a very caring people. They always want to make sure that everything is 100% okay. You walk away with a smile.
