I’ve recently moved to the area and have been looking for a nail salon, and I found the perfect one! I came for a pedicure on a Thursday afternoon and was instantly helped. I have been putting off getting my toes done because I fell down the stairs a few weeks ago and broke my big toenail, however my amazing tech fixed it with acrylic (which I didn’t even know was possible), now my toes look amazing, and I can’t wait to come back to get my nails done! I found my place!

There were 3 employees in the building. No customers but they said they were too busy and to come back in a 1/2 an hour. They were all sitting around reading magazines!

They always do all 4 of us together and we love it. They are nice and patient. We always love our nails. ❤❤❤❤

RUDE THREW MONEY ON THE TABLE. I GUESS BECAUSE I DIDNT GET THE FULL SERVICE. CHANGE AMOUNT EVERY TIME I GO TO GET PEDICURE OR Manicure. NOT TOO FRIENDLY . I AM LOOKING FOR LITTLE MORE RESPECT. Seeing that Im paying. All I needed was a chip nail fixed.

Best place even for a guy to get a pedi. Ive been going here for 8yrs.

Hands down, the best place in Lansing. I wont go anywhere else. Clean, great prices, excellent job done. Definitely make an appointment though, as they take their time to make sure and do a good job.

The lady at the second table was very nice and professional. The owner however did NOT have any patience and was VERY rude, rushed & rough.

They were very rough and they had cut my cuticles and all they said was oops, they were very unprofessional, they weren’t listening to me when is said i want just white, they over charged me they said it was 45 and then said 55, they rolled there eyes because i said i didn’t want my eyebrows done, i don’t recommend this nail salon!!!

I received an excellent acrylic fill here yesterday. They were extremely accommodating to my walk in appointment, and I waited less than five minutes and the fill itself only took about 45 which is great since I was going on my lunch break! The tech was extremely detailed in giving my manicure, and he was able to get very even and not overly thick acrylics. The fill itself was only $15, and I paid $3 extra for a nail repair and $3 extra for an upgraded polish. I will definitely return here!

This was my first time at Nancy nails, I had the male owner & my experience was fantastic. All of the technicians in there were SO friendly and my technician was AWESOME. He took his time on my nails & made sure they were perfect. I appreciate technicians such as him.

First time being there and as soon as I walked in I was greeted and only had a couple minute wait. Once started very friendly and end result I loved, definitely will be going back in the future

Fantastic! They are kind, VERY good at what they do and the salon is clean & relaxing. I went in for a walk in pedi and was treated like a queen! The spa chairs are luxurious & they have an endless amount of polishes to choose from. Great place to visit on the south side☺️

The people who run this shop are wonderful! Friendly.....everything is clean and the manicures last a long time. I get the Shellac and I can go 3 weeks minimum without having to worry. Definitely the best around! Highly recommended.

The prices are very low but they do an excellent job with nails and they are very courteous to their customers

New business in my town. It looks very nice inside and they have great deals all the time, BUT...The first time I went there I got shellack on my nails. They advertised all these colors and the first 3, yes, THREE, that I picked they did not have in stock. I chalked it up to them being a new business.The second time I went there was a few months later. I wanted to get a full set of acrylic nails and to get my daughter a manicure for her birthday. We both signed in and there were two people working. Another lady walked in to work and she started my daughters manicure. When the owner freed up, instead of doing my nails he took a lady that had walked in and signed in 15-20 minutes after me and told me that the other lady would be free in 5-7 minutes. Well, 20 minutes later when my daughters nails were being finished up, she was free. I told them it was too late and I might come back another time. AND, when I first walked in he asked what kind of a design I might want on my nails; he tried to talk me out of it and told me he would do it when I came to get a fill 2 weeks later. Who does that?I wont go back and to anybody who asks me about this place I will tell them to steer clear.

Great service. Everyone was friendly and the pedicure is gorgeous. My manicure didnt last as long as I wouldve liked, but I think it was because I do so many dishes (no dishwasher) without gloves.

Clean and pleasant environment with a nice staff. My pedicure today was unrushed and included a massage followed by warm towels. Nancys Nails is a new favorite business for me.

Very good! This is where I go whenever I want my nails done. Theyre great and affordable. The employees are frendly and dont spend the whole time talking to each other in another language. Its relaxing and comfortable.

They are the best friendly, fast no matter how busy they can always work you in love the girls who work there they do a fantastic job

If there was negative stars I would do that. Basic design just so they would be able to do it and they didnt do that right. It took an hour and a half to do wisps and white tips. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

The woman who did my nails did a great job. I am very satisfied with my beautiful gel nails and nail polish.

I scheduled an appointment and when I came in they said I never set an appointment being very rude I waiting the whole day when I could of went else where ....so rude !

If I could do more stars I would they did a really good job on our nails I will be getting my nails done here every time. We where running a little late for our appointment so I called and told them they said it was ok, so friendly and nice I dont know a place as nice as this one.

I have been there many times over the last year and love that its so nice and clean. They do get busy quick, but enjoy know that the new decor. They even remember my daughters and friends when I bring in new people.

They always do a great job on my nails. Its always better if you make an appointment.

Sometimes its a little hard to get in, but the quality of the work is amazing. I mistreat my hands and Ive never had a nail break. Shellac easily lasts three weeks.

We have gone here numerous times for pedicures and they are awesome. My daughter gets shellac on her nails and has gone at least 6 weeks without it chipping or her nails breaking or anything. Love this place.

The first time I went in, they pressured me to make an appointment for next time. So I did. I called on Wednesday morning and asked for a Friday appointment at noon. The man on the phone agreed and said Okay see you on Friday. I go in today, Friday May 20th and give my name. The man looks at me and LAUGHS and says Unfortunately your appointment was yesterday, sorry. So I guess when you make an appointment they wont keep it for you, and make you look like a fool in front of their other customers.

Went in for a shellac manicure and within one week the shellac was peeling off like old paint and my cuticles looked awful! Never again will I return to this establishment. Im hoping I didnt pick up some type of nail fungus from this place 🤢

I normally go get my nails done every 2 weeks, lately I get some guy (not owner) and hes nice but I always seem to have nail polish on my skin, and he dont do as good as job as others,but Yesterday was a nightmare he cut under my thumb I was bleeding,stung like a mutha,from now on Im only dealing with cercern ones or Ill go without Im not impressed with how hes always in hurry thats how Im sure he cut me smh wasnt happy but I been going here awhile sorta just disappointed
