I’ve been coming to Anytime for over 3 yrs, to include the transition of the current location. As a first time Anytime Fitness patron, could not be more impressed or pleased. Rachel and Dameion were my first impressions and they could not be any friendlier or helpful. I really appreciate that if equipment is ever broken, it is for a very short time. The bathrooms with showers are an added bonus, the place is easy to navigate, always clean, and people mind their own business if that is your preference so you can get in and out. This is a long overdue review but love the place, thanks Team Anytime!

Huge gym, equipment is in great shape and everyone is pleasant to be around!

Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions I have made. Working with Dameon for 3 years now has completely transformed my life. He is encouraging and professional while providing a challenging workout. He is hands down the best! Rachel has always been helpful and professional with any questions I have had about my membership or the gym in general. I don’t work with Stefanie but she is always a friendly face in the gym. The members are great and the gym is always clean! Best fit fam around!

I really like this place. It has just enough of what my husband and I are looking for. I like the equipment they have and the staff is super nice and helpful. I recommend.

They don’t do anything for COVID and they don’t care about their senior members. Atleast other clubs have the reme halo air purifier to help stop the spread of COVID. The facility is absolutely filthy with dust and dirt everywhere. I strongly recommend avoiding Anytime Fitness!!! Watch out for hidden fees and rude staff members!!!

The gym was clean and the owner does a great job. I had issues canceling and wish the process was more clear and straightforward, but otherwise this is a great gym and I would use their services again.

It is super small and cramped, no rooms to go do yoga or anything in. Only one tanning bed and its an old model. And its 10 extra a month to use it. The showers are in the bathroom which is weird. It seems like there isnt enough showers and bathrooms for all the people. They dont even have lockers. They have cubbies.

This gym is always clean, well organized, and has the best selection of equipment and machines. You will never find yourself in the middle of a workout without what you need.

Cleanest Any Time gym. Friendly and professional staff. All equipment is in good condition. Facility is sized and equipped so that even at busy times you can still get your work out done.

Great staff and atmosphere. Not what I expected from a chain gym. A good mix of free weights, machine and functional fitness equipment.

I called to cancel my service months ago but was still charged. I requested cancellation paperwork be sent to me electronically due to limited Anytime Fitness office hours. A few months later after a few more engagements the paperwork was finally emailed to me. On the phone Ms. Rachel Darrow laughed when I voiced my concerns and requested my money back. The whole process of cancelling service was unprofessional.

MILITARY FAMILIES BEWARE!!!!!! All should be diligent with termination of contracts, as they “cannot locate” my paperwork. Over $600 charged wrongfully and was not offered a refund or even an apology, simply interrogated and sent more paperwork and pushed off onto “corporate”.I signed the contract with the understanding that I had an upcoming military move and would be released with a month’s notice. The time came and I completed termination and provided paperwork. I HAVE BEEN BILLED FOR OVER A YEAR!!For a “family owned business that cares about their reputation” they handled this very poorly. No, Rachel, I am not happy with my experience with the Anytime Fitness of Leavenworth, KS. Still, no apology.

I love Anytime Fitness in Lansing. Great equipment, plenty of space.Can get busy, but usually only after people get off work.

Rachel is the best! 🤩 moved to the area a few years ago and it’s always been seamless.

All the staff I’ve met so far have been super friendly and helpful. Even during busier times I never seem to have trouble using the equipment I’m wanting to use. Equipment is fixed promptly when out of service.

GREAT GYM! Went under new ownership 16 months ago and the gym really took off! New Remodel, new equipment! Only 24 hour gym in town and the best deal in town. New owners are taking over this month and are EXPANDING the gym! EXCITING stuff. Get on board if you need a gym. They really care and take time to make sure you are getting the best results possible.

Love the convenience of this place. It has all of the essentials and more. In addition the staff has been very accommodating and are quick to respond to any questions that I have had. If you’re looking for a gym check this one out.

This location must not have any staff members. Phone calls are never answered or returned, and emails are not returned. I also showed up to this location AFTER 11am and stood at three door feeling like an idiot, with no response.

Ever since this gym was taken over by new management its been better than ever! tons of improvements. new equipment added, friendly staff who is actually knowledgeable, 24/7 access, great trainers!!

Very clean and friendly gym. You are overcrowded and the best part is that they are always open so you can go whenever your schedule allows. The manager at this particular store is super great and willing to help in any way that she can!

Lansing Anytime Fitness is my favorite gym. Its close to home and the staff is friendly. The trainers for the evening HIIT classes are phenomenal and really know how to conduct professional, get us in shape classes. I couldnt imagine going anywhere else!

This place is horrible. Im assuming she was manager, but was only there for a brief time before leaving with two men. She also locked the door behind her so I couldnt get in. Unless this place changes employees, Im never returning. Waste of my time and gas. HORRIBLE!
