Went there on Sunday with my mother for the first time and the service was excellent. The lady who did our pedicures was very accommodating and professional. Thank you for staying open longer for us, we appreciate it! We had a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

I have been visiting this salon sporadically for years and have been dissatisfied more times than satisfied, but, frustratingly, I always tip anyway. Today, I decided I wasn’t going to tip because it’s the second visit in a row I’ve left dissatisfied. The usually friendly woman cashier was overly aggressive and judgmental. I told her it’s at my discretion to tip based on my satisfaction. Unfortunately, I will have to go somewhere else and use my time and money to have someone redo my pedicure.

Messed up my one nail. She changed the shape without even asking me, so that one nail looks different from the rest. Drilled way too much to where it hurt. And the one lady gave me an attitude for not leaving a tip

Hello! I’ve been going to this nail salon for a minute now and every time u go there is something that they always do wrong, mainly the shape but this time i went in to get just a simple set for my vacation and they did a decent job with my nail shape. The paint job is not the best there is dents in me nails and air bubbles in it. The main reason i will not be returning there is because of how rough the guy worker was. He made me thumb bleed and he lefts my fingers and my cuticles very dry and disgusting looking. There is acrylic all over my nails and lots nail polish on my skin. This is not the first time they keep doing this and not the first time that they made me bleed. It hurts!!! The lang who came to paint my nails was very rough and pulling my hands.

This was my first time at Unique and my experience was awesome! They were really nice, I asked for fine line detailing and they did an amazing job, I love my nails! They have cute little accessories too look at too once your done, I got an anklet.

I went there to get a regular manicure fixed because the polish came off after being home for only an hour and I decided to switch to a dip powder manicure instead of staying with regular polish and I explained that I wanted them thin and natural looking two women argued that they can’t make them thin because they’ll break which is not true because I have always had very thin natural looking dip nails done from other places that didn’t break and lasted weeks. So she finally made them slightly thinner but honestly they don’t look good. They are very thick and bulky looking not natural looking at all. Maybe the girl who did them didn’t know what she was doing, I don’t know. I was trying to find a closer place since I moved but this headache just isn’t even worth it. I’ll drive the 30 mins to my other place that does beautiful flawless nails every time. Super disappointed. All in all I spent way more money than I normally would have and left with chiclet looking nails. No good.

Love this place like family

I went there for my birthday on Friday, today on Tuesday one of them popped off. While I was getting my nails done after they put on the acrylic, they filed my skin. The tips that they put on didn’t fit and weren’t straight not coming back

Very busy place, but they get your nails done quickly. They do a pretty good job, too at a decent price. I would recommend if you dont want to risk a long wait time at your usual nail salon.

Love my nails every time I come here, they offer really awesome nail products including nail dip, magnetic polishes excellent designs and even wine! Have been coming here for months and have never left dissatisfied.

I must say... Very nice clean nail salon. Excellent massage for the Spa pedi. They stand behind their dip nails also. The owner reassured me if they chip to come back and see her and she will fix them. Excellent service and pleasant knowledgeable people.

One we showed up s little bit before closing and they still gave us a gel manicure. Two the staff is super nice and the salon is super clean. Third they had a huge varied of colors, I had a hard time choosing. Fourth it was super affordable. If you need a clean, affordable, great service, and great nail choices you should go to this salon. I will be going back there soon.

I have been going here off an on for the past 5 years. They do a great job when they arent busy and rushed. But if there are a lot of people there, they rush through and dont do a good job. My friends and I are going to a different place next time because we are done with the sloppy, rushed job. They need to slow down. My gel manicure that I got less then a week ago is already chipping.

I will not be going back to this place for several reasons. First, when I got my toes done she didn’t file or trim them! So my toenails we not even. Second, I got gel on my toes and they chipped the very next day, and they charged me to get my one toe fixed from THEIR mistake. Not to mention they RIPPED OFF MY MOM when she went in by herself! Overall very disappointed; I’m looking for a new salon ASAP

I have a cut on my toe and it is soar and bleeding. My toes do not match my gel manicure. I noticed after I left. I will never return.
