I like this storage company alot of places I looked at in av was a rip off nova is reasonable and its always clean. The employee that helped me with the short hair cut was super nice over the phone helpful and when I got there. I would recommend this place to anyone

Last minute storage needed due to relocating from Kansas. My apartment wasnt ready when I arrived and I started my first day at my new job on the following day. Found Nova Storage was nearby, had a special and the right sized unit to fit my needs. I was in and out in less than 10. No rushing, just expeditious in her flow. I appreciate that help.

Went there yesterday to see how the storage units look like. And Christopher showed me around he was very helpful answered all my questions great customer service. Show me 3 units and out of those 3 Im getting 1. Thanks Christopher keep up the good work Bud.

Rates too high for what they offering. Place is in need of serious upgrading,old bldg with many water leaks. They do not clean the storage places. I went to see to rent and it was DIRT inside. There was a customer complaining about the rent when I was there.

The facility is well maintained with structural locking systems. Overall it is a peacefull clean environment which I find peacefull.Ms. Jimenez in the office is very kind & compassionate of my needs in space. Her knowledge of the billing process and procedure was very helpfull to me keeping track of my budget.Truly delighted to be part of the Nova storage community....

This used to be The Space Place. May it REST IN PEACE.Now its NOVA STORAGE. Hmm, lets see. They raised prices, add on $10 for rental insurance, they didnt pro rate my paid month when they moved all payments to the 1st of the month, so I lost 2 weeks of paid storage. And be prepared FOR A $25 PRE LIEN FEE on top of late fees if youre more than 10 days late.Theres no more 24 hour access, with some workexceptions, and Im not even sure how that works.Good luck trying to talk to Corporate, or the Lancaster rep.Yolanda in the office is nice, and she doesnt make the rules she just follows them, but I miss Cheri and Dave, and The Space Place.
