Seeking extra storage during a critical life change can be very difficult. The treatment I got during the rental process with A-American Storage was very kind and professional.The information was clear and relayed in courteous language. Any snags (are there ever none?) were dealt with simply and straight-forwardly.I can highly recommend this business for anyone needing this service. It is a safe haven.

Chill and easy going staff and location is actually nice and easy to enter the facility. The front desk gentleman made my experience easygoing and and stress free on Friday beings I have never purchased a storage unit before and I recommend this place now to my friends beings customer service is friendly and professional.

I found this place online as they had very affordable rates. On my way to the place, I checked out two other facilities nearby (Including another location of A-American). This place had very competitive pricing. I was pleasantly surprised that it was also a very clean and well-run facility. The front desk staff helped me through the sign-up process and gave me additional discounts for signing up 12 months in advance. I even got some free bubble wrap! I would highly recommend this facility.

This facility is clean and even have temperature controlled units. All units are friendly accessible. I recommend this place!

I have had a storage here for maybe 6 years. I have to say, I am very impressed with this facility. I am that person that will search for the best price, but is very picky about cleanliness and security. Not only is this place reasonable and clean. Ive been a customer of A-American Storage for a couple years now and I must say I am pleased with their excellent customer service. I have been ill and off work and called them up because I didnt want to lose my belongings but my account had some accrued late fees. Well I called them up explained my situation to Paola and she was so kind and understanding and she went the extra mile and actually waived my late fees. I never expected such genuine kindness from a business. Thank you so much for being human first and a business second. I definitely recommend this business to everyone as all storage businesses are not alike!

Really nice people to deal with Tulio and Paula and the place was clean and super. I spend 2 weeks looking for a good and safe place to store my personal items and this place was the the best. Price was great, location was easy to find and they made move in great. Thank you for all the staff at this location and I highly recommended.

Second time around, all good . They are what they say and the unit I took was clean and secure. One tip is buy the 13 dollar lock from them and it automatically gives you insurance on your unit. Staff is fast and friendly prices are average I would and have used them again

No respect for a company who charges 90 for a 10 by 10 for my mother in law. She tells them she will be gone for 3 years. Well she now pays 185 per month. I wish them the best. Not a good place for long term storage

This storage facility is the best one Ive been to in the AV. They have very affordable and reasonable prices. Their new lighting makes the place look safer and brighter. The staff is always friendly and always looks out for the well being of their customers. They have a move in special that comes with a free moving truck. If youre looking for an affordable,safe and friendly storage facility, this is the place to be. No questions asked.

This use to be a good place. Until someone did not put his cigarette out and half of the building burned. My half of the building did not burn (thank God), but everything is all black with soot. The manager did not call me when it happened. I found out 16 days afterwards. They had my daughters phone number & they could have called her, right? But they didnt. Now I have big Expense of hiring a company to help me get stuff out & to take pictures. Plus I will move my stuff to another place. Not A-American Self Storage in any town.

This place is horrible!!! Do not waste your money here. After their fire they claimed I could get my stuff cleaned. Its been three months and still havent heard anything. The fire was not my fault and now all my stuff has smoke damage and theres nothing I can do.

I like this storage facility for a multitude of reasons:1. Climate controlled building for those fragile music instrum...ents...2. Security3. Friendly staff4. Reasonable prices5. Easy to get to6. Large access, so I can go there with my RV without any problem7. Long hours (for comparison my Ventura storage closed at 6PM, while A-American closes at 8PM).Its a no brainer, this is the place to be.Note: Add more electrical outlets in the hallways and you will get a 5 star rating from me.

Always raising their price, what seems like every other month!

Had a space left it.watched as a group from management played their drums in a unit and tried to get into other units . They left trash and watched every move I made with my belongings, didnt feel safe at all. No real adults in charge at anytime .
