Moove In Self Storage Stone Mill is a gem! I looked at a lot of Moove In Self Storage places in the area and Stone Mill had exactly what I was looking for - personal service. The manager at Stone Mill, Danielle, is helpful and pleasant and goes out of her way to accommodate. Anything that arises Danielle takes care of in a personalized way - no feeling like youre doing business with a large corporation. Highly recommend.

Reserved the space and signed the lease online. The employee who signed me in and provided the entry code at the Stone Mill Road location was extremely friendly and helpful. The storage space was clean and ready to go. Great experience so far.

Danielle was absolutely awesome!!Professional and willing to go the extra mile for me. There were some problems with the computer and I was prepared to go somewhere else... until Danielle the was able to find a creative way to ensure success!

Very professional and easy to work with storage facility. They have an excellent security camera system and check locks regularly to ensure they are secure.

I have used Moove In Self Storage in Lancaster (Stone Mill location) for over a year, renting a single storage space for all of my belongings. Peggy Bisbey, the location manager, has been wonderful for the entire duration. From the very start, she was compassionate, professional, helpful and extremely understanding. She helped set me up, arranged for me to use their moving truck (free of charge!), and has responded quickly to every request or question Ive made. The unit was spotless, easily accessible, and completely secure. I highly recommend Moove In Self Storage to anyone who is looking to store their belongings. Moove in self storage, located on Stone Mill Rd, is the cream of the crop. Butter than any other self storage around. They help you milk the experience for all its worth. Theres a gallon the office who is utterly divine. Her name is Peggy. Give em a try theres not a beef to be had. Bur seriously folks, my experience storing our household goods while we were waiting to close on our new home couldnt have been any better.

Unprofession establishment, has no respect for the deceaced and their property. The facility was paid up so there shouldnt have been a problem with getting her property but apparently it was for them to double lock her storage. The unit will be sold today according to New Jersey Law I guess the storage is in need of money go figure. But a dead woman property is not going to get you what you want. So for moove in storage public I am telling you enter at your own risk because it is not Pa way it is NJ way peace and blessing.

She was very friendly and prompt in answering any questions I had. She also helped me by finding a different unit when the 1st one wasnt working out for me. As long as I live in Lancaster, I will use Moove In, and Peggy, for all my storage needs!

I would like to thank Peggy Bisbey the manager of the Stone Mill Location.We were moving to Pa and needed to store my classic Corvette for a few months before we move up.I needed a 10X 20 building that had a low entrance lip so the car would be clear to drive in.Peggy went out and measured the lip for me and took a photo of the lip and the unit.I was just what I needed. I was able to do all my transactions on line and when I arrived to put the car in the unit it was exactly as advertised by her.I kept the vehicle there for over two months and when I picked it up the car was just as when I put it in for storage.No problem at all with the unit no leaks etc. and the security apparently is great.THANK YOU AGAIN PEGGY FOR A PROMICE KEPT AND THE EXTRA EFFORT YOU PUT IN TO ACHIEVE A SATISFIED CUSTOMER.YOU ARE CERTAINLY A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY

Every year phenomenal price increases. What you pay now, expect to pay 10 more next year per month, and 20 the next year and 30 more the following year. Every year they send the same form letter about increasing the rental rates. I have units with other places, and, no price increases, ever.

This place of business is a rip off and they increase the rent without your knowledge..late fees are added too frequently when you are late...they charge for every little thing....I am very disappointed in the service and how they handle things...find another storage ...I am reporting them to the BBB.....I fell behind on payments yes Peggy tried to work with me and I appreciate her...but it will never be a place I tell people to put their belongings..... poor quality in every area ...this is not how you run a business...there is no need for a response as from the owner ....legal proceedings will be considered. ...

I wish I could give Moove In a ZERO. They have by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Venice and Patrick are the two customer service people at this location I spoke with who are down right RUDE. After simply trying to confirm my reservation with them through phone on multiple occasions, they say their database wont work and I was told a manager will call and then the call never came. I just called again requesting to speak with the manager to try to confirm my reservation but in reality, Im canceling. The customer should not be the one having to reach out to the employer for a mistake on their end that they are supposed to make right. This is BS. Dont waste your money. Give it to a business who will actually appreciate it. I think it is clear that this place must have been good in the past since I saw a lot of good reviews but in recent months it has gone downhill. I also agree with the other one star review on here, the people on the phones are CLUELESS. Every time I called for information and pricing I got different answers every time. What a joke.

I am so tired of being hit with a late fee even though I was one day late due to issues I was having the day before trying to make my payment over the phone....so they are quick to hit you with that 10 dollar late fee. not like I dont already pay enough for my tiny little 8 by 10 unit.

They have a spider infestation, messed up my couches, the code dont always work, they keep changing the lock on my unit, then say sorry now there going to sell my unit cause it was in my mothers name and she just died in Jan19. They had no problem taking my money for it, then told me I have to get a short certification, nobody in pa. Know what that is, cause it is a Jersey law only if the person have a will you need it. The are shady and racists, dont use it they rules change as the days go by. IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME, SEE FOR YOURSELF

They are closed on Thursdays which affects how I run my business. Staff is nice and units are clean.

Hi...Im Pam and Ive been a Moove In customer for about 18 months. The unit I rent is at a very convenient location, less than a mile from my home. Manager Peggy and her staff have always been nothing less than courteous and professional with me. Peggy treats you like a friend, not like an account number and more than just a customer. The security at their facility is excellent; I never feel unsafe when Im there by myself. The facility has always been clean & free of trash and stuff people improperly dumped. Ive dealt with another storage facility in Manheim Township twice; my experience with them was less than great. If youre looking for a place to store your extra belongings, I highly recommend Moove In. You definitely wont be sorry that you mooved in!

I have attempted numerous times to reserve a unit and truck. The people answering the phones have no idea what they are talking about. I have yet to receive any call back from the manager that I was supposed to receive. I was also supposed to be emailed quotes that I requested twice and never received. Terrible customer service. I had an OK experience at the Centerville location in the past, but will no longer recommend Moove in storage based on my horrible experience with the stonemill location.
