I have been using SmartStop Self storage for a while and have always been pleased with their services. This one time I brought my truck to drop off some more of my things and my truck ran out of gas! Ive been storing here for so many years and always being taken care of by Angela and Mike theyre a amazing! Theyre always willing to work with you so I definitely recommend renting here if youre looking for excellent customer service. Other than that the facility is always kept clean and my stuff feels secure here being stored.

Great place affordable prices

I love renting through SmartStop! Ive been dealing with a lot but Gail made getting a storage unit so easy which was a BIG relief. Her customer service skills are exceptional and she thoroughly explained the details of the lease agreement as she showed me the unit prior to signing the contract. She also notified me that there will be changes to the insurance policy which was very thoughtful. Id like to see more people employed with her work ethic and who shows common courtesy to customers.

Due to a phone # change was unable to contact them on time. I had reserved a unit online. Lady calls me to schedule a time to meet up so I can check the place out. I arrive and meet Rene. Rene was very nice, very professional, and outgoing as as a human being. He quickly showed me the unit and how everything works. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. I brought my dog and Rene welcomed him too. I wish I knew people to refer here.
