Came in with an appointment for me and my daughter waited to be seated about 15 minutes then once we were seated they started working on our hands and two other clients came in and they got up and helped those clients and made us wait more totally not satisfied with the end result I asked her for oil for my finger cuticles she told me no oil takes away gloss, never told me it was going to be an additional $25 fee on top of the $30 fee for the gel full set and my daughter got a fill and was charged just as much as I was never coming here again wouldn’t suggest you to come here either! From a male perspective I found this salon to be both clean and friendly. Unlike most nail salons, the attendants were friendly and did not chit-chat amongst themselves in a foreign language, which I had never before experienced. They were attentive and did a good job on a mani-pedi. I got no bleeding nails like at other places either! As a 70+ male I am not the best of judges of nail work but have had mani-pedis on and off for the last 30 years so that accounts for something. I recommend them highly.

Very friendly staff. I like that the instruments are autoclaved. I have tried all the girls and they are all nice.

I really like this Nail Salon I usually go in and see Lin for my pedicure she does a very good job. I also get manicures and I always come out satisfied. Check them out 👍🏻

I went there to get a gel manicure and a regular pedicure and by the time I left I had a pedicure that I could do fairly easily probably better at home that wasn’t even lined up with my nails they didn’t take the time to clip my toenails however they did it charge me an offer at extra five dollar callus removal which to be honest was a joke. The gel manicure on one hand took over half an hour the woman who did my manicure put five separate layers of gel polish on to clear base coats and three top coats with theColor that I had chosen and when she was finished there was so much space in between my cuticle and my actual finger nail that it looks like my manicure had grown out a week so I had to remove it and when she did so instead of soaking my finger nails in acetone she just used a Dremel and nearly took off my finger nails from their nail beds I will post a picture on the following

Nice clean place 1st time visiting this nail salon, manicure nails were beautiful regular nail polish pedicure I guess is not a good idea I was not impressed ☹😤👎🏾overload on polish on big toe and pinkie toe nail polish overflow.. 1$ fee for debit card as well, so bring cash.

I have been here twice since they have been allowed to open. They are set up outside and have taken precautions to have their customers feel safe. Jackie and Mary are excellent, have alot of long time customers. My neighborhood nail shop!! Always pleased with their work

Only 3 days & my nails broke. No I wasn’t doing any hard labor, simply itched my head. They overcharge! Just got a full set & pedi & it totaled to 82$ ? Never returning & don’t recommend. Way better places & better prices.

I used to go here years (like over a decade) ago and quit going only because of a move. I went back today with my daughter and was surprised that some of the people still work there. Great people that do a great job.

I am very pleased with the work and the way they are following the covid19 stay safe procedures.

Pedicure was ok. I returned on another day for a manicure and it was terrible. She didn’t cut any dead skin off from around my nail, just went through the motions.My polish chipped off the next day.

They are operating outdoors right now in the parking lot. I showed up shortly after they opened at 9, there was no wait and they were able to take me right away. I got a gel mani and a regular pedi, and both turned out beautiful. Bring cash for a tip!

My nail broke a day later I got them done. Lady was rude, my nails were uneven some of my nails were longer than other. Its over priced

I will never come back to this place. It’s over priced I payed $95 for small ugly nails and ugly pedicure.. the gel polished peeled of the next day in the shower .. their products are cheap my nail broke putting on my shoes .. I’m very disappointed.. people please save ur money and go elsewhere🤦🏻‍♀️

Wonderful, fast service. Told the staff I had dinner with a friend planned, and they managed to do a mani, pedi, and eyebrow wax in under an hour! I felt like a celebrity having three people work on me at once so they could make sure I would be done in time. 🥰

I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure for noon and had to wait till 1. The woman charged me for calluse remover and did not do it and then sanded my nails with a drill saying I had powder on them. I have not had my nails done in 4 months due to Covid and only thing on my nails was Sally Hanson nail hardner. Now my nail is broken and bleeding. She also charged me an extra 5 dollars. A mani pedi was $46.00. I tipped her $10 before I realized what she was going to do to me.

Very clean, quiet and professional salon with reasonable prices. Kay is amazing. She is Friendly and knowledgeable. Her experience shows and Id recommend Kay and the Nail Studio to women and men alike.

We have been coming here for well over 20 years. They are always happy to see you and know you by name. We get pedicures and manicures. They always do a good job at a reasonable price. The remodeled shop looks great. Love the new massage chairs. They are so strong they push you up and out of the seat! Wow!

Love this place! They are so attentive and always deliver 5 star quality service. I come in the mornings /early afternoons on weekdays and theres minimal wait time. Ive come in with an ingrown twice and both people whove helped me have been so gentle.

I got an eyebrow wax & the lady removed half of one of my brows. It looks horrible.

I have been going here now for over a year and I refuse to go anywhere else. The place is clean, prices are amazing and the ladies in this shop are kind, courteous and elite in their field! I have pedicures monthly and have acrylics and am never disappointed. Now my whole house goes there too!

This place is always so clean and the staff is so friendly. Jackie does my pedicures and she is the best especially since i come in with iingrown every now and then. And my aunt did it with Lisa and she was so happy with her work. Definitely will recommend this place to my friends and family.

Will not be going there again for 1 both medi and pedi cost me $80 thats just ridiculous to me the most Ive ever paid for both is $55. They werent even that good to be charging that much anyways. Plus I literally had tell the lady step by step on how I wanted my nails when I should be able to say I want coffin and you know what to do . Then the lady who polished my feet did a horrible job the finishing coat looked like the first coat you can literally see my nails and I picked a dark pink color. So I ended up taking it off when I got home and painted them myself. I dont know my experience was just horrible I will never go there ever again and I wouldnt recommend nobody to go there either!!!!!!! 😠😠😠

Okay services all things considered

Don’t throw your money away at this place it’s over priced . In another places regular pedicure most of the time is 15 right here is 20 and a manicure 27 !!! Way to much ..... never again ! And on top of that they don’t do a gd job
