We have found Swan Nails to be the Cadillac of nail spas. Their service far out does most any spa we have been to. Now that they are back past the covid closure they have an all new shop. Its worth the price because you get what you pay for here. Best in LB and Lakewood we have found.

The young lady that worked on my nails did a great job and very thorough. The reason I gave 4 stars because the hostess was pretty rude to me. Her tone towards me was agitated but she was very friendly with the other customers. Im iffy about going back just cause of her unnecessary attitude. But I really liked the young lady who did my nails.

Love this nail shop! They take good care of their customers. They know a lot of people by name. Their prices are reasonable. They sometimes have a wait but always work as quickly as possible to take care of everyone.

Horrible experience with an eyebrow waxing. Cut and ripped skin from her tweezing. I have open wounds on my eyelids and am still in pain. I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed for over 15 years and have never experienced anything like this. Scary!!

I have gone here several times and I still go. The staff is nice but I always go home with cuts on my fingers when they do my nails. They ignore my ingrown toenails too.

Ive been going to this nail salon since it opened 13 or 14 years ago. If I stray and try another salon, I always regret it. My nails are important to me. They need to last 3 weeks. This is the only salon able to get my picky approval. Kevin is the best. He will do your nails exactly the way you ask him too. Even if you decide to change the shape. His nails are perfect and I look forward to my pampering time because I know Ill always walk away very pleased with my hands, feet and eyebrows.

For French tips here that look nice. Service was fast and professional. I would come back.

Ive gone here for years. They are raising the prices for silly little things. I had gel, went in for a fill, they charged me 5.00 dollars just to remove it. I think it depends on the person who does it. They raised pedicures 5 dollars because they said they use the salt cleaner. . I dont want the salt cleaner. I miss Joseph! Need a new place.

Its okay if youre getting your nails AND feet done. But my wife says they are really rude because she only gets he feet done there because she goes somewhere else to get her nails done...

Tony is soooooooo rude.I went here because I had a gift cert. Got a fill set and pedi with gel $75. Kim did my nail she did a okay job. I went back for a fill, the guy Tony set next to the girl doing my nails and every time I asked a question he answered for her, she did speak English because I ask her. The next day 2 nails broke because she drilled to thin, I went back and Tony said they were busy come back tomorrow, I said can I wait, he said no come back tomorrow, I said can I make an appt. He said not come back tomorrow. I asked for manager he said she not here. Tony is so rude, u will never go back.

Sometimes they do a decent job and sometimes theyre very put out to do their job. The prices are really good though.

I usually dont rate businesses, this is my first time ever and Im not a complainer regardless of the service I received, but this institution deserve a rating. First time I visited this place and will be my last time. When I enter the I was picking a nail polish a lady approached me and I thought Id ask if they have the color I was looking for, I showed her the picture and she just dismissed me and said oh whatever we have there only and then walked away. Then another lady rushed me into sitting down and I said Im still picking up color. The lady who did my pedicure was nice enough but she did cut too much on my skin that I was literally hurting the entire time. The lady who did my manicure seems like she was pissed for doing it. Tge pedicure lady wanted to put a flower design but i said now and the maninuce lady screamed what?? Why not?? It looks good on you! After my nail polished was done, it was very thin and you can still see my nails underneath the polished. Also it was waaaayyy too crooked and I started to get really irritated at this point because she sent me to dry my nails and not even realized how crooked my nail polished! I usually just let things go but she acted really weird and so decided to speak up and told her my polish is crooked even my cuticles were cut crooked and she insisted that its good. Then I asked her if I can talk to somebody. The. She sat me down again and removed my nail polished so I didnt get a chance to show it to someone. After she removed my polish she stood up (angrily) and walked towards couple of staff who were talking, when the lady approached them she said something and they all started laughing then the lady said something again and they were all just cracking up. Then A different girl went me to and repainted my nails and fixed my cuticles. Then at the cashier, the lady was just rude and acted mad for some reason. She was macking and saying something in Vietnamese and the other girl finished helping me cause the other girl walked away from me. Although I did not understand what she was saying before she walked away, her body language I can tell she was pissed about something. My experience was overall a living hell while I was inside this place. NEVER WILL I EVER COME BACK HERE! EVEN THOUGH THIS PLACE IS LITERALLY A WALKING DISTANCE FROM MY HOUSE! THATS HOW BAD THEIR SERVICE ARE AND THE STAFF ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND WILL TALK ABOUT YOU IN FRONT OF YOUR FACE AND THEY WILL ALL LAUGH!
