They were able to assist me as soon as I arrived, and the gentleman was very polite. The set was $28, which is reasonable. Very grateful for the barriers for safety during the Pandemic. He may have told me my nails were done a bit too soon, as one was dinged as I was leaving and the nail is damaged. Overall, it was clean and the tech was very thorough.

Love my dip nails!!!! I have never had them done this way before, although I used to get acrylics or silk wraps. These are super strong, pretty, and shiny! I know a few people who have had their nails done here and I always admired them. I am so glad I finally came down.

We went here to get mine and my daughters pedicures done for a trip we were going on out of town. We paid extra to have the shellac done, which should have lasted longer. After only 3 days the polish completely came off the nails (not even peeling, just one solid piece). It was really unfortunate that we had to take time out of our vacation to pay AGAIN to have our nails done AGAIN. Ive had shellac pedicures done before at other places and theyve lasted up to 3-4 weeks!

I do not recommend. Badly shaped, badly polished. Uneven nails. Do not go 👎👎

This was my first time visiting this salon. I just moved into a house right down the street, so I figured Id give it a shot with the hopes that Id find my new regular spot.... and LUCKY ME!! I loved it! Prices were reasonable, salon was clean and comfortable. And the ladies working were so warm and welcoming. And my nails look great! She listened to my requests and didnt just do whatever she felt like...which I appreciated very much! I will definitely be back regularly from now on!

My mom scheduled an appointment for my bridal party and family to get our nails done before the wedding and they were absolutely incredible. They closed off the salon and made it a private event, they provided Champaign and snacks. Everyones nails looked amazing. I got a pedicure and a full set french tip and they lasted for a month. I have been to a couple of nails and this is the only nail salon that I have come back to multiple times. I love it here and I always know that they will do great!

Ive gotten pedicures here, with large Harris of time in between and they always seem to remember me. Maybe they dont have a lot of men come in, Im not sure, but Ive always had a good experience here. Theyre all friendly and helpful, and they are very professional with their work. Id recommend this place over some of the others in the area

I love this place! They do an excellent job and give exemplary customer service. Many of the girls have a conversation with you while doing your nails, which eliminates awkward silence Ive experienced elsewhere. The atmosphere is cool and the price is right. They dont treat you differently based on how much you spend; they are always courteous and grateful for the business. Im so impressed that Ive started budgeting in weekly visits. Im typically a 1-2 times a year kind of girl. But the friendly atmosphere and fun clientele make me want to go often!

Probably one of the worst nail sets I have ever gotten. None of them match and when I told her one was crooked instead of actually fixing it she filed it and made it smaller then the others. The shape on each one is just a little different. And she rushed through as well. Then gave me a dirty look when I only tipped 3 dollars. I’m sorry but for what you did I shouldn’t have paid to begin with.

Went for mani/pedi. A group came in during my pedicure which caused the owner(?) to step in and do my manicure while the first woman finished my pedicure and moved on to help the group. The pedicure was fine but the rush polish job the second woman did on my fingernails was horrible. The polish was lumpy, uneven and tacky. I noticed on the drive home and removed the polish as soon as I got home. So much for looking good for my important event. I wont go there again.

The ladies here (and man) are phenomenal. A great visit. A like my nails almond/oval in shape and she had attention to detail and took the time to shape them properly unlike every other salon where I usually end up with half crooked nails. Going back for a rebase this week!

The first time I went here was to test them out and see if they would be a good place to get my wedding-day manicure. They were amazing! My nails stay beautiful for weeks and every employee Ive met there is so nice and speaks english.

They do a great job on both my nails and my toes! Very friendly staff who really listen to what you want. Chris is amazing.

I LOVE these women. They do such an amazing job and really pay attention to detail. Within 2 visits they knew what colors I preferred and make suggestions based on that. I leave really happy everytime!

Enjoyed sitting around in the massage chairs and the massages from the employees were great too. Unfortunately the shellac manicure was very very sloppy, results had bubbles and excess gel around sides of the nails. The manicure before color was sloppy as well, they didnt remove all of the old shellac and the shaping was uneven. It just looks bad. I enjoyed my time there, the service was very friendly but Ill need to get another manicure right away.

Its my favorite place and now that I have a job in Aurora, I really miss my ladies. no one else compares to Eliza and her talented crew. miss them so much and the atmosphere is so perfect too.

I went there on my birthday to get a full set, the guy that did them really messed them up. The owner had to fix them. I figured I’d give them another shot today. I got the same guy and asked the owner “ is he going to mess up my nails again?” She said “no.” Needless to say my nails are horrible. I now will have to pay someone else to fix my nails. I don’t recommend here AT ALL!

So clean and relaxing. Love the decor and the ambiance. My pedicure massage was by far the best Ive ever had.

I visited Pure Nails three times. The first two visits were great, but I will not return after my last visit (about a week ago). I always get the mani/pedi and I had the same lady working on my nails for all three visits. During the last visit, they continued accepting walk-in clients while all the employees were busy with other customers. They rushed through the services with no attention to detail. My gal was distracted by the TV, distracted by the new customers arriving. She didnt trim my nails until she attempted to paint them and then I mentioned it...wondering when she was going to do this. After she cut the nails, then she told me they were too short. And she did not buff or file them, even when I asked her to please do so. The polish looked terrible, nails were jagged, polish left around the nail. It was very disappointing and a waste of money.

Great service and accommodating to walk ins!

Well everything went well, but one of the nails techs was rude to me about using the arisol spray around a child sitting by me. Why have it than? Or as if the fumes in the nail salon and chemicals you put on her nails were okay.Her rude comment made me feel really uncomfortable.Not very welcoming or friendly, and I tipped $10 dollars, on a $16 dollar check and did not even get a hand massage or lotion. My nail polish is slightly sloppy, and un-even.Unfortunately, I will not be returning my business after being treated like a unsafe person.

Absolutely awful. Got French tip shellac done and it was the worst most uneven nail service Ive ever gotten. She didnt get in the edges so in one day it peeled. Went back today to get it fixed and instead of removing the nail age just added layers on top. All the nails have bumps and look like poop. Dont go here you will be disappointed

1st I called pure nails and made an appointment for my friend and I to both have pedicures and a full set done. After we got done picking out colors and designs we sat down to have our pedicures done which started with them taking off this alac that we already had on our toes which was excrutiatingly painful as the woman was very heavy handed with the drill both of us cried out in pain several times during this process. After our pedicures were done the lady started on my nails but my friend who just so happens to be black was told that she would not be able to get her nails done as they did not have the staff for it everybody was going home. The woman doing my nails seemed to be in a rush and doing my acrylic work very sloppily..In the end I walked out with what looked like a six-year-old acrylic in shellac job. Literally some of the slack on my nails was not even fully cured . Together we paid a $100 even after we complained ... I doubt very much any of the people working here are licensed.

Pure is an excellent representative of the cute strip mall nail salon. Its a quick drive from my office, so when I decided at the beginning of my lunch hour yesterday that I was in need of a gel mani I gave them a call. They were able to accommodate me toothy away.I was a little worried when I walked in and the place was empty other than the three staff members. However, I received a friendly welcome and was impressed by their nice selection of CND gel polish (a brand that I have personally found to be among the best gel polish available.My nail technician was a quiet older Asian woman who took her time prepping and painting my nails while General Hospital played in the background, and finished off the experienced with a short hand and arm massage.I was impressed by my nearly flawless mani, reasonably priced at $30, completed so efficiently that I was able to get back to my office by the end of my lunch hour!

I take my girls here every other week, great service, they always take care of them, great with young girls

I feel so bad giving this cute place a bad rating. But let me make it clear, I am only giving it a bad rating on acrylic nails. The great reviews seem to be for manis and pedis. Ive had acrylic nails since I was a teenager (Im 33 now) and Ive never had such horrible nails. I dont know what happened. The nail tech was so sweet and nice and she didnt rush but they werent just bad, they were awful. I would take a picture but I had them taken off and redone the next day. There we gaps between my real nail and the acrylic (that could cause fungus), they were so thick that I couldnt open the cover to my cell charger, there were so many bubbles and because of they were so thick, the bubbles had shadows under the nail...nothing I have ever seen. Again, I feel bad because this place is cute and everyone is so nice. I just cant believe she thought the nails were acceptable. It looks like they do great Shellac and manis and pedis. Needless to say, I wont be going back. :-(

So I went here for the first time with a friend and the girl I had didn’t let the nail polish dry. Put the matte coat on. Rubbed my nail smudged it really bad and said “oh your nail is dry” I go home bc both hands were super smudged and one of my nails snapped on half. Horrible horrible.

Im super picky how i want my nails to look. And of course u want dem to last longer. This place has it all. Clean, professional, friendly n knw exactly wat u want. Its not lyke other places wher (no offence) dey talk der language n dnt talk to u. Feels akward N its uncomfortable.Pure Nails is wher i bring my mom n daughter so if i feel great here i want erryone wit tha same experience. Go here..great deals n prices n awsome, funny ladies :D
