They did so good, the best nail I had ever 💕💕

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this salon. I had a manicure (just painting my natural nails) and a pedicure. When asked if I wanted my nails cut by the manicurist, I said I wanted them to be kept long (it had taken me a while to finally grow them out), but she insisted on cutting them at least a little. I agreed, and instead of a slight trim, she ended up butchering them. Then, she proceeded to use what was clearly a toenail file to file them and painted them quickly. When I looked down, I saw that every nail had rough edges (because she had used a rough file and then not smoothed them out before painting them - there were even pieces of nail shavings stuck to the polish) and the actual nails were completely and horribly uneven. It literally looked like a five year old had done my nails. I asked her nicely to fix them and she proceeded to cut my nails even shorter! I finally told her to stop when I realized what she was doing.Back at home I spent 20 minutes filing and smoothing out each nail, still sad that they had all been cut so short. Then I turned to my toenails and noticed the polish was sliding off the nail. It was clear she hadnt fully removed all the cream or oil from the nail during the pedicure treatment (and she hadnt put on a base nail polish coat) so the polish wasnt sticking at all. I tried to get my money back over the phone but they insisted I come back in. The lady re-painted my toenails but its still not a great paint job. She was very nice and apologetic, but I definitely wont be going back, worst service Ive ever had a nail salon. =/

Amy was my nail tech, and she was awesome!!! We had nice conversation, she showed me some suggestions instead of just my normal pink and white, which absolutely love!!!! And I look forward to my next trip!!

I got skipped and waited 50 mins to be assisted.. I hated it the nails salon as soon as I entered but I was desperate.. the lady rushed through the Job I hated how my nails turned out. Moreover, it’s obvious this salon only cares about the money and not about their clients.. I don’t recommend this nail salon and I won’t be returning either

They do a great job! I was referred by a friend to get shellac polish done. They are affordable and did not have to wait long at all without an appointment. Will continue to go there.

VERY friendly-KIND and professional!! They greet you when you walk in! The atmosphere is friendly and relaxing! There is no screaming loudly Chinese words! VERY classy and delicately behaved stuff! Gentle KIND! The nails are good- perfectionism to details! It was lovely! I did full set acrylic!

Lovely nails truly lives up to its name sake. Lovely clean interior, Socially distanced and still friendly service, efficient but attentive care. My experience was only briefly tarnish by a gremlin-faced-bridge troll who needed her hideous eyebrows groomed. When she was rude to one of the lovely ladies of lovely nails, there was a collective shaming of this bridge troll by the perfectly satisfied and happy patrons of Lovely nails. Truly a fantastic place. Would recommend

Awesome nails, awesome prices, low-key and generally quiet place to get your nails done. I was a chronic nail biter in the last decade and was on again off again with getting acrylics done. I get shellac done here and it lasts for over two weeks before I have to get a new refill and theres no chipping or color fading away.

Staff is friendly and quick to assist customers with their needs...whether its a mani-pedi day or just a change of color for your mood...the salon appears clean and the pricing for services are reasonable...

Love my nails

The tech used gel on top of my dip to fix a chip. It changed the color of my ring finger so it no longer matches and is now going to chip much faster than my dip nails. Using gel over dip defeats the purpose of dip.

Will never go there again! I asked for mani amd pedi. They barely scrubbed my feet. And when i asked to scrub them more they said that theyre supposed to look cracked. Um no theyre not!! My feet are still not soft. They didnt even massage my hands all they did was put lotion on them. i could of done myself.Polish didnt even stay on.Would not recommend them at all!! Dont waste your money!!

I have been coming here for years and I have never left unsatisfied! They are always so kind, gentle and hardworking. All the women do an incredible job, but my go to is Kim! She always goes above and beyond, so I highly recommend booking an appointment with her! That’s another thing that many don’t do, which is the reason for them having to wait so long.. Book an appointment!! I also highly highly recommend T for waxing eyebrows! I don’t trust anyone else to touch them since she has! I went to Hannah for the first time (Kim was on vacation) and she is also an incredible nail tech! Overall, whoever you get is wonderful! I love these lovely ladies~

Its ok nails seem to come out different sizes but really other then that sometimes the price seems to be different for the same thing people are very friendly and welcoming

Man I am sooo happy that I gave this place a try! I literally think this is the last nail salon that doesnt charge an arm and a leg for nails, and they do a great job! I paid $32 for a full set with 2 shellac colors! My daughter paid $54 for long long color tips and a pedicure! The place we used to go to would have charged me $48-50 & my daughter $95 easy!! I will definitely visit again!

Will never go back. Took over an hour for basic nail job. Had to ask the lady to fix them three times before I left. Waited over a half hour for them to dry lady checked them said they were fine. We to the mall and noticed that one of my nails was completely smeared. Went back and they wanted to charge me to get it fix. Because she wanted to do a color change.

I will be back for Loren only. My nails are great!! And she understood that my quicks were long under my natural nail so she fixed them.

I just moved into the neighborhood and decided to go to Lovely Nails last night for a re-base, rather than drive all the way to Thornton to where I normally get my nails and pedicure done. However I was greeted with silence, immediately I knew that they did not want to provide any service to me. I dont know what the deal was, however, I felt very awkward and they told me they do not do powder re-base… Which doesnt make any sense to me. I get both my nails rebase and pedicure done twice a month and always pay cash and generous tip. They have just lost a great customer. Anyways, I will never return there again.

They do an amazing job! The wait can be long but it’s for a good reason they take their time with you and always make sure you’re fully satisfied. They are always nice. I had a bad experience with signature nails off Sheridan and got my nails done day prior and had awful experience I came in asking if they can fix my nails for me. With no hesitation they said of course and got me in ASAP they are very friendly. I appreciate them my mom and sister always come here no matter what should’ve never went somewhere else! Best place to get your nails done.

What a wonderful place! I called in for a pedicure appointment over my lunch hour, she needed to make sure they had time so she asked to call me back. She called within 2 minutes and told me they had time.This is a husband and wife team and honestly I have never felt so comfortable in a nail salon. They were fun, courteous and professional.My nails are beautiful. You wont be disappointed.

Ive been going to this nail salon for years now and I appreciate the time they take on my nails and making me feel confortable.I usually always make a appointment and they take me right away once that time comes. If I dont make an appointment they have me wait about 5 to 10 mins which isnt bad at all.Theyre always up front with pricing. Cant wait to go back and see them.

They were nice but my rebase didnt last a week on vacation . Nails were not painted all the way and started lifting at cuticle. Also not much choices when it comes polish. But my eyebrows look great.

Overall, my nails are ok. However, two nails werent completely covered by polish.Tech was nice.

Only gave it 5 stars to have the attention. I have been going here for almost 2 years and adored everyone here until the past 3 times Ive made appointments, had to wait over an hour while all of the walk ins I watched come in after me get their set done and be out the door before me and my nails come out half-assed, rushed, and broken within a week. When I moved out here about 10 years ago I tried about every nail salon you could think of I finally found this salon and I dont care if I live or I will not let anyone else do my pedicure for my nails everyone I recommend to Lovely Nails the same way I have a sister that comes all the way from Trinidad to get her nails done now the picture Im posting Facebook I dont like really extravagant nails so I always just get the very basic but theyre still gorgeous but they can do your nails off the hook if you like extravagant they can do whatever you want and theyre good the only thing is I highly recommend that you make an appointment expecially if its a Friday Saturday or Saturday because they will start turning people away unless your regulars usually like around 4 theyre open Monday through Friday Im sorry Monday through Saturday from like 10 a.m. till 7 p.m. but they will start turning people away at 4 oclock if you dont make an appointment and they just kind of have to otherwise theyll be there till 10 oclock at night and I highly recommend this place and Ive known the ladies for years and I will not go anywhere else

Awful place to get your nails done even with am appt you have to wait a hour and then they were rude when we asked to put extra coats of polish and try charging for everything I usually to elagent nails on 52nd and Wads best priced nail place and they do a wonderful job only charge 22$ for gel nails and free design highly recommended only came to lovely nails for a gift card I got for Christmas
