I waited an hour and a half for aterrible expensive 7 day polish(20$!?!?) manicure that took 10 minutes to do! Plus many people cut the line because they had appointments since they are weekly customers, but if you call to make an appointment you are told you cant! And if you came for a waxing the same person who would do a manicure would first give whoever needed a waxing. So every person walking in after me would go before me either for a waxing or an appointment!

Excellent and courteous service. My manicure lasted beautifully and my feet still feel great over a week later! Thank you!

Disaster!! Dont go here even if you have no choice!! I paid more then 80$ for a regular waxing for my wife! definitely not going back here!!! My wife wasnt satisfied from the job they did at all!!! Unpleasant experience!

My fingers are sore and swollen from how aggressive the manicurist was. She cut my cuticle so fast and cut off half the skin as well. I asked her to be more gentle and she just gave me a look like im crazy. I Do not recommend this place.

Nice salon. The person that worked with me was helpful when it came to picking out a polish that best fit what I wanted. She however was very aggressive when it came to preparing my nails for the polish. She was shoving my cuticles back and it was very painful. When she saw my expression she said “I know it hurts but they need to be moved”. However I have gotten my nails done many times and never had I had someone do it that aggressively. She scraped/cut some skin by my thumb and index finger as well while prepping my nails by the cuticle area. My thumb hurt the entire time my nails were being done. The service was otherwise normal.

Like three ppl went before the person who was before me ( not appointments) when I complained the women said that if the person before me had a problem she should have said something.... aloha that means I’m waiting longer too!When I walked in I asked how long the wait was told me just the three ppl I’m front of me- then more ppl had Apointments, they probably should have said we’ll were booked with appointments plus the ppl ahead of u
