To be honest I dont think I went here before, but Ill just give you five stars so your business does good. Lol.

The Establishment was immaculate and the atmosphere was very professional I would recommend Lolitas shop to anybody and I love my hair the highlights turned out beautiful and anybody and everybody should go there for a highlight color and a cut and you can do it on Groupon

Would not recommend, they leave your hair dry and dont add serum before blow dry.

The WORST haircut I have ever had!!! She SHAVED my head!! NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. LOLITA was horrible!! Said I didn’t deserve quality service because I purchased through Groupon!! WHY WOULD SHE POST HER SERVICES ON GROUPON?! I show everyone the pictures and it’s a JOKE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Lolita was running late. Then after she dyed and cut my hair, she did not style it because she said she did not have time to! Very expensive as well at +$200!

I purchased a Groupon 2 wks ahí and called to make an appt today. Lady insisted that I had to call Groupon & get my money back. First she said that she couldn’t accept it, then she said that she’d honor it and then she changed her mind and told me that she was not accepting it and now I’m going through the headache of trying to get my money back. Suggestion: If you have a problem with Groupon, it’s with Groupon... honor those who are now customers or wanting to be customers. If I paid Groupon, that means they paid you! Absolutely unprofessional!

The salon was very inviting and comfy. Mark is exceptional. Many people I know love Marks talents. Would recommend to everyone!

I was given a Groupon gift to this place for a cut and color 2 years ago, and Ive been going to Lolita every 8 weeks ever since. Ive had my color and trim done mostly by Lolita herself, but once by Dawn, and Ive never been disappointed. Theyre both wonderful!

I had to ask for conditioner which is unusual. I said that I wanted to wear my hair behind my ears. She asked several times about the length of my hair in back. She never asked about the front so I thought she understood what I wanted. She cut it short like a mans sideburns. She said that behind meant above my ear. Then she puffed up my remaining hair. Looked ridiculous. She said it would look better in a week.

I like Lolita a lot. She does a great job on my hair and always fits me in even last minute. The place is cute and clean and prices are very reasonable.

With having very thin and not alot of hair its hard for me to complain about a haircut. I cant expect miracles! Yet, I received the best haircut,color, and highlights I have ever had in my 38 years of life. Owner was very nice and even gave me tips on hiding the spots where my hair is missing. Definitely going to keep going back! Left there feeling great!

At first the salon looked really chic and I was excited to get my hair done by Lolita. Normally I go to Bella Capellini in Westlake but I had a Groupon and figured I would give this place a try. The cut felt rushed and I barely got to look at it at the salon. I went in for an undercut, a way to dodge this awful heat. I showed the stylist multiple pictures and she informed me she had just done one recently.THIS IS THE MOST BS haircut I have ever experienced. It’s patchy and not even straight!!I’ll let the pictures do the work for the rest of my review. The last photo is the reference photo.Horrible. Getting it fixed somewhere else ASAP. Wish I could get a refund not only on the cut but my generous tip. Thank goodness my next appointment is back at my favorite salon.

My hair was hacked!!! W Titian even admitted that she never had have a bad haircut before mine. And she actually charged me for it!!!!!!!I think the play should disappear into a sinkhole.

Not the cleanest, no massage chair working. Went with mani - pedi $40 Groupon $17 extra for gel on nails. Not sure I saved much money. The lady providing the service was nice and did a good job.

Walked in and told the owner I wanted to go blonde and wanted layers. Got neither and then she argued with me that I was wrong. Will never go back l.

Wanted to get a perm done so I called the place and the lady that owned the place said $70. I called back another day to ask the same question but to another employee and she said $50-70. So I make an appointment. I showed the lady that owned the place the kind of style I wanted/perm. Kinda like a beach, wave look. She did the complete opposite. My hair came out looking like wet poodle and when I dried, it still looked like the same. So as I leave Im forced to pay $125 for something I didnt even enjoy. But, she told me that it was going to dry more and to give it a couple days so thats what I did. I go in about 4-5 days later saying that I dont like it, the ends arent curly, it looks like I have dreads, I keep putting product in it and its not working and all she says she can do for me is cut the ends. Which I dont want to cut my hair what so ever. Then when I notified her about the price change she said because my hair was longer that it cost it more. Dont you think thats something you should tell a client before getting their hair done? I dont recommend this place at all. It was a huge mistake of going there and now my hair is ruined and all she can do for me is make my hair even shorter.

Had a mani/pedi done on a Saturday and Tuesday the nail polish on my French nails already peeling off. Not worth the money even with a Groupon.

My mother and I recently purchased Groupons for this salon for a Spa Mani/Pedi. The salon seemed clean and well kept, but other than that, they were unprofessional and took a very long time. My mom and I got called back to the massage chairs to receive our pedicures within 10 minutes of arriving. While Lolita started on my moms feet, I had to wait for another woman to be finished to start mine, which I was fine with, but then my massage chair wasnt working and wouldnt come on. I said something multiple times to Lolita asking for help, but she was acting like she didnt really have time to help. Thankfully, I ended up getting it to work by myself. While she was doing my moms pedicure, she kept stopping to answer her phone and telling my mom to hold on. After cutting and filing my moms toenails, she had a different woman paint my moms toes. She told the girl that she would then do both of our manicures since she was painting my moms toenails. So meanwhile, Im sitting in this massage chair waiting. Lolita starts doing my moms spa manicure while she is still sitting in the pedicure chair. Yes, no table, no hand soak, no hand massage; just a cut, file, and then a paint. They then moved me into a different chair that was actually a manicure table, where I sat for literally 30-45 minutes waiting for someone to do my manicure. My moms nails were already drying. Lolita just kept walking by on her Ipad and phone, completely ignoring me. Finally, one of the other workers asked me what I was waiting for and felt bad for me waiting, so they started doing my nails. The woman that did my nails took her time and actually did it correctly.After I was finished, one of the women came up (not Lolita; at this point she was nowhere to be found), and wanted us to redeem our Groupons. Then, we were informed that apparently there is a $5 tax for manicures that we were supposed to pay as well and that it was supposedly in the fine print of the Groupon. I always read the fine print before I purchase anything. I even reread it twice after this, and there is nothing about taxes being applied or any kind of extra $5 for manicures. Anyway, since we received such poor service, the woman said not to worry about the extra money.After being there for 2 hours for a simple mani/pedi, our services were finally finished, and we were frustrated and ready to get out of there, as we had already wasted half of our day there. We got in the car and I looked at my moms nails. The nail polish was not even covering the whole nail and it was very sloppy. My mom went back in and got them fixed, but Lolita acted like it was a huge task and was being quite rude to my mom. This then took another half hour there.To sum things up, I would NOT go back, and I would encourage people not to buy the Groupon either, since they try to say that things are in the fine print when they are not. Lolita, the owner, was very rude and acted as though it was quantity over quality. If you didnt have enough people working, you shouldnt have given us the appointment. Also, even if you are trying to get through people quickly, they should still be receiving the service that they spent their hard earned money on.There were two workers that were very nice, but Lolita should probably try to clean her act up, for she gave me a bad experience because of her rudeness and how she just tried to rush and rip people off for what they paid for.My pedicure and manicure are not bad, but my mothers are not that good looking.

Unpersonable staff, little concern for the customer, hair cut and color was fine- not blown away, will not be returning or recommending.
