This is my local nail shop and I go here often, but they really blew me away with their services when I came in for my wedding nails with my fiance and parents! They took an appointment for 4 on the same day, and they made my fiance and dad (who have never gotten Mani Pedis before) feel super comfortable. I got french tips. My mom took forever trying to decide on colors, and they were super patient and helped her find exactly what she wanted. We were all so happy! I loved my nails, they were picture perfect for my wedding day. Thanks to all the ladies who took care of us at Bear Creek Nails!

Update: I tried to come back to this salon since it is a lot closer than my usual place. Terrible idea. The orange nails are the newest one which I’m writing about. They did not do the UV gel light on the top, because she said it was “shinier” without it. Their regular top coat that was used has little black spots and tiny hairs in it that I can now see on my nails. I had to ask to clean underneath my nails since it was so sloppy and this was after I asked her to clean them again.. There is also a tiny hole that goes through the dip color on my middle nail which I went back in to ask if that will crack and they just put more top coat over it and said to wait for it to dry… Long story short. I have embarrassing nails for the next few weeks and unfortunately will not be returning again.This place is better than most in the area, however prices are a little higher. It’s not as relaxing as some other salons and is always pretty busy. If you call ahead they will get you right in and do a good job though. This was the dip powder on my natural nails.

Holy cow guys!!! Talk about a hidden gem. I was a desperate quarantine bride in need of some serious last minute nails when I broke my nails while moving the week of my micro wedding. Well Nikki saved the day and went above and beyond! They took me in, pampered me, and even used a beautiful neutral pink dip powder color that Nikki herself makes. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Look no further guys and book here!

KimLan ill give 5 stars. Anyone else cant even do basic art and the nail shape is horrible. $105 before tip for toe paint and decent nails.

I had a appointment at 3::00pm came in at 2:45 to get a polish change and it took her 45 minutes… had to wait again and at 4:00pm she still had a client in her chair. I said my appointment was at3:00 I have to reschedule. No apology. She scheduled me for Saturday at 10:30. Arrived at 10:20 am and she didn’t get me in the chair till 11:00! Was very upset! I said why didn’t you schedule me for 11:00? All she said was sorry! Don’t double book then! We have busy lifes as well! Very frustrating!!

The experience depends on who you receive service from. Went with a friend and she received a great pedicure with massage and my massage consisted of the gal using the front/backs of her hands going up/down on my shins; it pretty much sucked. Then, not sure what happened with the shellac. She tried to redo the big toe nails, as they looked bubbled up, twice. When she brought out the dremmel-I inquired, what happened? They turned out uneven, not smooth. I wont be back.

I cannot rave more about this nail salon! I have been getting acrylic nails for years upon years, and therefore I have seen my fair share of bad nail jobs with uneven nails, poor nail polish quality, inadequate shaping & filing, etc, but I found that Bear Creek Nails is always consistent with their service.For the last two years, I have consistently made appointments at Bear Creek Nails because of this. The owner is incredibly sweet, plus Ivy and Nicky (the nail technicians that help me most often) have incredible service and skill in their field. I get at least one or two compliments on my nails a day because of their work!I couldn’t recommend Bear Creek Nails enough, definitely the best nail salon in the Lakewood/Littleton area.

Holly did a seriously awesome job on my shellac manicure today! I have always been happy with my experience here, but I was particularly impressed by how meticulously and skillfully Holly created exactly what I asked for. I will definitely be requesting her in the future!

I love this place, I will never go anywhere else. I’ve had a different person every time and every time the quality is top of the line. The attention that they pay specifically to shaping the nail is so appreciated and not easy to find at other nails salons. Highly recommend!

Kimlan, the owner, is the best of the best. I bring in pictures from Pinterest every two weeks when I go in iand she is always able to replicate it and make them look even better. I love her and she has an amazing staff.

My first time here was not too pleasant but I addressed the issues and management quickly fixed everything for free. My shellac manicure lasted a full two weeks without chipping, as it should. My nail tech was nice and chatted with me, which by the way I love because that’s a big part of girl time!

Super nice ladies! I love the decor. Usually, people only let you your feet soak for one or two minutes, but they let them soak for 20 minutes before treatment! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FROM ME AND MY FAMILY

I love this nail salon. It is clean, inviting, and affordable. I have an nail issue related to an accident 10 years ago and they help relieve the pain everytime. I love the jelly pedi. And I get my eyebrows done here too. I recommend this shop to anyone, including men. Get a service and find out for yourself.

A few weeks ago I had a bad experience here. After leaving a review they reached out to me. They offered to have the manager fix it for me. She took her time and was thorough. I really felt like she took her time, paid attention to detail and made it a relaxing experience for me. I will return again.

I tried this place for a shellac manicure and was not very impressed. The first issue I had was the lack of professionalism by staff. I was one of 2 customers in the salon but the place was so loud and chaotic the entire time I was there because the staff were being so loud. They were all socializing while they were lounging in the pedicure chairs. They were behaving as if they were in their break room on break and like we were not even there. I understand they were slow but they still need to be aware that they are running a business and be mindful of their clients experience. Second, the shellac polish all started lifting on day 7 and by day 9 I had to have it removed because they looked so bad. I usually get shellac manicures and have gotten shellac manicures at many different salons.. usually my shellac lasts around 2 weeks before it starts lifting. I only tried this place because I was in the area but will definitely not be going back.

Im so grateful that I found this place! Its only a few minutes from where I live and all of the employees have done an amazing job with my acrylics. I used to have issues with my nails popping off, but thats never happened with Bear Creek. The prices are very good and everyone is really nice. Its pretty fancy on the inside as well. Not as crammed as a lot of salons.

I was a regular customer along with my friend and her daughter here until today. We usually come in and get super plain nails and they turn out good. We are about to go on vacation so we decided to trying something different with some design. We asked our technicians before hand if they could do the designs we wanted and they said yes without hesitation. The whole time I was having issues and having to ask my tech to correct everything. Finally we get to the design and it honestly looks like a 5 year old did it. I was there for hours and as I’m getting ready to go out of town I had a lot to get done and couldn’t stay any longer to get it fixed. I called the salon to let them know about my experience and how unpleased I was. They told me the only thing they could do was have me come back to try and fix it but like I said, had no time. They would not comp me, not even a little bit. I told them that’s fine but we will not be coming back as my friend was unhappy too because they used her as a guinea pig and had never done the design she asked for before (mind you we spend a couple hundred per month here) and apparently they were completely fine with a bad review and losing three loyal customers and were pretty rude about the situation. We will definitely NEVER go back.

The staff is very friendly, and the unit kept clean. Kim La is very talented; I have a fingernail that grows at a fairly extreme slant, and she was able to use her acrylic powder to get it almost completely straight. Ive only ever had this done a couple of times before, but that slant has always been made to look worse. Quality work, a mile from home: I will definitely be going back for my nails from now on.

My friend was getting her nails done and the nail tech WAS NOT paying attention; she told her that she was using the wrong color and she gave are attitude and continued. After my friends mom told her she stop then complained about redoing the nail, she also talked sh*t about her. Then they said that her crom would be 20$ extra after she started the nail. Over all don’t come here it is a ripoff. It might look nice but don’t be fooled

I had a gel manicure done and a couple days later they were lifting within five days they were all lifting. I went back in 6 days after they were done and showed the lady there that they were lifting and said that I would like them fixed. They told me to come back at 4 and they would fix them and do all new nails. I came back and got a lady that spoke almost zero English. I told her I was there to get my gel manicure fixed. I left her a tip on her counter and went up to the counter where she was standing to pay and asked if I owed anything for her to fix my nails. She said no, but clearly didnt understand what I was asking or why I was there as she chased me out the door asking me for her $30 when I got to my car. I came back in and the manager told me that I needed to pay that they only fix one nail not all nails and made a big spectacle out of me in front of everyone at the salon including all customers who were all staring. I was horribly embarrassed they were extremely rude. I will never be back!

I wouldnt give this service any stars! Worst pedicure ever! The nail tech paid no attention to what she was doing. Looking away when she had nippers in her hand, talking and laughing with coworkers in another language per the norm. Absolutely horrible massage! All i wanted after a long week was a nice pedicure and that did not happen. Very frustrating!!

There is coffee water and other refreshments. They offer mood changing polish chrome polish and all the latest trends. Luxe pedicure chairs and The perfect place to get your pampering done.

The woman that did my daughters nails was GREAT! However, there was another nail tech that would pick her ear and touch other things then touch (without washing her hands) the girl she was working on. Watch and see.

I really enjoy this salon and drive from Aurora to come here some days. Today I received the worst service that I have received in almost any salon. I arrived at 11 and was seated fairly quickly. However once the nail tech placed the acetone on my fingers. She let me know about the typical 10 minute wait to soak the shellac off. I waited for nearly 30 mini with the acetone on my nails while the technician worked on another clients nails. By the time the technician was ready to actually work on my nails I was running out of time. I knew there would not be enough time to complete the full service and had to ask the technician simply to remove my polish. I will have to go else where another day to get polish on my nails. If youre not going to be able to focus on one client at a time after seating them I dont see the point on seating them. It would have been one thing had another technician came and completed the work. But I was left to wait while people who even arrived after me were getting work completed. This is not my first negative experience here. But technicians like Kim and Vi keep me coming back. Today unfortunately was a let down.

I have visited a lot of salons over the years and found that not only do they provide a wonderful service no matter my request, but it is a VERY clean shop and the technicians go the extra mile for each of their customers. The ladys we had were so nice and could actually hold a conversation with us. However as I was getting my nails done I noticed that the sanitation was so bad. They did not do Professional and or proper safety procedures for sanitation. Was sacred and am sacred I might get a toe fungus. I will not go back just because of that . But the ladys we had were so great wish it was cleaner. DORA needs to take a look at this nail salon and help them out. Ewww!

DO NOT bother to try here. Very disorganized and will tell you to come in just to have you sit without knowing when you’ll be taken care of. Called saying I could be there within half an hour to 15 mins and somehow that was understood that I could be there within 5 mins. I arrive and the techs are going back and forth loudly about who’s taking care of who. Great first impression. Take your money and your time elsewhere.

Not a friendly place. I was a new customer looking for a new nail salon but didnt get a great impression. They didnt interact or ask me what I wanted. Filed my nails down to stubs and never asked if I was satisfied. Wont go back!!

I have had good experience up until today. Me and my sister decided to go get our nails done and we had mentioned that we didnt want a specific tech to do our nails because she had messed mine up the last couple times. After that was said, everyone started treating us differently and had my sister waiting a half hour longer while they were taking other walk-ins when WE HAD APPOINTMENTS.. not only that but the manager was yelling at my sister not to mention in front of my 4yr old Niece! when she decided to leave because she was waiting so long....How Unprofessional! Horrible customer service!

They are sooo nice here and accommodating - worked quickly but nails looked amazing. Really clean!!! You can tell the owner takes pride in business. Will be back for sure.

I am 38 weeks pregnant and my mom wanted to treat me to a mani / pedi so we went here and I had two very different experiences.My pedicure was amazing I decided to go big and got the jelly pedicure and my technician was nice and friendly and did an awesome job.Then I went to get my manicure and for shellac they have a bucket full of colors, I picked what I thought was a gold sparkle and I even confirmed the number with the tech that did my pedicure. So I was passed to the manicure tech - her cards say that her name was Jenny and she rushed through my manicure because they were starting to get busy. she starts painting my nails and it grey, so I thought that’s not not right but maybe the sparkle comes after so I let her continue. She did not do lotion or a massage or anything. So at the end I said to her, “that’s it? This isn’t the color I picked. I picked a gold sparkle” so we go look at the plastic number thing and it turns out the gold sparkle was one number before. Jenny even said, “oh yeah g33 is broken you meant g32” so I looked at her and rather than offer to fix it she just walked away and sat down to help another client.Now now I am 38 weeks pregnant and at this point I’m upset because I don’t like it, so rather than cry in front of a packed nail salon. I left. But she knew I wasn’t satisfied when I did.So my mom (moms are great - like seriously) called them after I got in the car and told them that we would be back the next day to get it fixed.Of course it was Jenny who fixed my nails today. She was rude, rough, never made eye contact and quickly fixed my nails. Once again no lotion or hand massage. While she was getting the color she was complaining to EVERYONE about it. I don’t speak Vietnamese but the dirty looks I got from the employees she was speaking to and the tone of her yelling made it very clear she was upset. I was VERY uncomfortable and because I know everyone there will probably recognize the pregnant lady I am not sure I will ever go back.Like I get it, I made a mistake too but the way I was treated after the fact was horrible and embarrassing. Jenny, I get you were annoyed but you could have been way more tactful in dealing with the situation.Edit: I would love to see the footage because she 100% conversed with other employees while getting the new polish. She was loud and rude and wouldn’t even talk to me once she sat down to fix my nails. And the one employee she spoke with when she was towards the back gave me a dirty look. Accusing me of lying is not okay and I will NEVER return. Jenny was rude and unprofessional when I returned. and unless your security cameras have sound you cannot prove what she was saying when she walked to the back. I admitted wrong doing and it’s really sad that you cannot admit the mistake she made. I will be sure that when anyone asks me about your business I will no longer recommend any service that you provide and tell them to go elsewhere. Also I didn’t receive a hand massage or lotion on my arms. Please upload the video, I would love to see it.

The first time I came in they asked if I would like to try a new product called dip...I asked if the care and up keep was the same as shellac...they said yes! I then came in for a rebase and pedicure. After the pedicure they informed me that there is no rebase and I would have to pay 45 for the nails and an additional 5 to remove the old. Bad...Bad customer service! No one even apologized or acted as they cared at all....and still paid 35 for a pedicure!!! You wont find me here again!

Got shellac nails done by Lynn. She was sniffling and wiping her nose the whole time, claiming it was allergies. I definitely got sick from her, i was disgusted. I shouldve known better and left but I was in a rush and saw this place had good reviews.I also got my eyebrows done, she couldnt do them so she had another employee do them. They both literally just hovered over me and laughed the whole time. Absolutely disrespectful and uncomfortable.The place seems like good quality but my experience wasnt great.

Having lived my entire adult life in Lakewood, I have tried MANY of the salons from Lakewood to Littleton and surrounding areas ( Bear Creek, Belmar, Green Mountain, Gov Ranch, Ken Caryl, SW Plaza etc) Bear Creek nails was recommended to me 2 years ago and I will search no more for the perfect Salon!!! Bear Creek Nails has it all!! It is updated, always clean, instruments sterilized and they are transparent with their prices! They have multiple options for manis and pedis so you can switch it up from time to time as well as hundreds and hundreds of color options (in both Shellac and regular polish so I can match my fingers and toes). The music is also FANTASTIC :)Ive been in many salons where the nail techs are robotic-like and constantly watching the clock to get me out of there. The atmosphere and employees at Bear Creek Nails is so different than any other salon. While they are timely and professional, you dont get the sense that they are going as fast as they can to get you our of there ....they take the time to do a good job and massage, personalize the service and even try to get to know their clients on a personal level. While they do speak Vietnamese amongst themselves sometimes, they will speak English as well so no one feels uncomfortable. Im impressed with the majority of the techs English and that although I see Kimlan, the other techs acknowledge my presence.I love that the management is a long time part of our community as well. They live in the area, we see them at the local grocery store and local restaurants, their kids go to school with our kids and they take pride in our community. They are hard-working and and truly care about every persons experience at the salon. I cannot say enough good things! I highly recommend Bear Creek nails and Kimlan!

Im sitting here now as a customer and leaving not satified. I dont see how you as an employee can sit there and argue with me about what i want as a customer. Like hello im forking out a good $100 and now have to go somewhere else to get my full set because no one can unserstand english and wants to argue and tell me no im wrong about what i want. Very rude. Then turn around amd charge me $15 to paint my 3 year olds nails seriously. Wont be coming back

The first few times I went I saw Kimlan and she was great. She made me feel very comfortable. However, the last time I went I was pawned off on someone else, I dont usually do Gel because I change my nails so often, so my rebase is usually 15 dollars. Well without my knowledge the girl did gel and then at the end informed me that my total was 40 dollars. Whatever they looked good-ish so I paid it. The gel literally started to lift 2 days after. Needless to say I was pretty upset and probably wont go back. If you go, see Kimlan she is so sweet and does great work.
