I LOVE getting my nails done here! Hannah is an excellent nail tech! She is kind, she takes her time an perfects her work! Ive been getting my nails done by her since New Years 2018 and I always leave satisfied and love my nails! Im constantly getting compliments!!!! Highly recommend!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Got my nails done here twice now. First time, my thumb nail cracked the same day, they fixed it the next day so I decided to give them another shot. Huge mistake on my behalf. First off, whatever you do, dont let the male employee touch your nails, he will ruin the shape and give you what I am calling a freakin Pig Hoof and basically RUIN all of your nails. it just gets worse. The left hand is way longer than the right, I have baby nails on my right hand now.... He didnt even try to line them up to make sure they were the same. And heres the kicker, I asked ahead of time when I made my appointment if they had matte gel topcoat and they said yes. When my nails were done curing, they clearly had a satin shiny finish. I told them that it was not matte and showed them a picture of what matte actually was and they made me feel like I was insane. Then she said the color I chose does not work with matte... to which I replied that I have gotten this exact color (beige) with REAL matte top coat more than once before and they just kept putting the bottle in my face saying oh well this says matte and we have been using it for 30 years. The pictures look like a drunk 1st year cos student did my nails in the dark. Extremely disappointed and will never give them my business again. $45 for the worst fill in I have had in the 6 years of getting my nails done. Save your money and your sanity and DO NOT GO HERE!

Was not impressed with the pedicure

Been in here twice so far and each time was a pleasure. Hannah is so wonderful and nice, its quick and affordable. Tiny shop so theres no craziness going on, its always so quiet and peaceful. Love it! Im gonna make this my go to spot for sure!

Today was my first time visiting Holly Nails in Lakewood, Oh. I called an hour in advance to make an appointment & they were very professional & clear over the phone. I was taken within 5 minutes upon arrival & serviced for an acrylic fill with gel polish ($36). My service was complete in about 45 minutes by David, which was fantastic! I received compliments as soon as I stepped out of the salon. I will be returning and hope to give confidence to those searching for a professional clean and fast nail salon !

Very detailed and professional!

Had gone here for quite sometime to get my nails done. The owner and her son are very friendly, and they did good work. Usually asking for nail art was the same few strokes on a nail and nothing more, which is the reason I have not been back in awhile. If you need a quick place to do your nails and are just wanting them polishes or finished with gel then this is a great friendly and affordable place to hit up.

Havent been here for a few years! Love the makeover on the inside and the new lady that works here(didnt get her name) .. shes very friendly. Definitely will be back

Went in today. Not even 6 hours later and 2 nails broke. One texting and one opening a door. Not worth $40

First downfall is that they dont accept cards. I had to walk to the bank (less than a block away) to take cash out of an atm that is not my bank so I got charged the service fee.Second, for my pedicure, she didnt use a base coat. She didnt really massage my calf, she just lightly rubbed it.Third, for my manicure, she used the powered nail file to shave down the cuticle on my nails. After she finished my gel manicure she dumped the alcohol solution on each of my nails (making a mess of it in the carpet beneath me) and didnt actually wipe each nail clean so I left with my nails a little sticky.I will say the woman was nice and friendly which is why I gave it two stars.Lastly, the place is not well-kept. I understand you get what you pay for but Ive received a lot more for the same price elsewhere. Next time I will drive a little further away to get a lot better service and more bang for my buck.

Went there today 3/17/17 i was the only one in there for awhile... i had a guy who i could barely understand to do a full set then had a women for pedicure she did the worst job ever didnt shape my toe nails and didnt take all the dead skin off the bottom of my feet no lotion either and only rinsed off my legs... wont be going there again lack of polishes and no longer does air brush sorry im not rich i like airbrush and wanted 15 extra for polish design thats a rip off... tried them and they sucked dont recommend that place to anybody!

Just horrible. They only have 1 person in there to work on nails and stuff. After waiting a whole HOUR i finally left because it was just bull. DO NOT GO HERE.
