We were referred to Giannis by the dealership we purchased our 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee from, as we were having some transmission problems and Giannis worked with the dealers warranty network. We are SO glad they did! Rich and his team did everything possible to avoid replacing our transmission, which we ended up having to do in the end. Regardless, Rich went above and beyond to get us the absolute best price on a nearly brand new transmission, for half the cost from the Jeep dealership! Rich kept us updated during the entire process, from what steps they were taking to diagnose the issue, all the way up to the day the new transmission would arrive and when to expect it to be complete. Our Jeep runs good as new now, and were so grateful to have been introduced to this garage. Being our model of Jeep (SRT8) has a Mercedes transmission, I recommend Giannis for ANY of your automotive needs, as they took this on with such skill and professionalism. I will be using Giannis for any of my complex auto problems I cant solve on my own going forward, and will certainly recommend them to all my friends as well. THANK YOU AGAIN!

If you want more problems than what you came in with, go here. I took my Subaru into the shop for a simple inspection. I chose not to go ahead with their service because of the exorbitant price and lack of knowledge for the problems my car was experiencing. (My transmission was sticking and they said because the machine they plugged in wouldnt pull up any error codes that it was fine).After picking up my car and paying a different price then I was originally told, my car started experiencing more problems than when I dropped it off. My A/C stopped working, my coolant is now leaking and the wiring that controls my radio has ceased to work.I have no idea how a simple inspection could have caused so many other issues that have now cost me more money down the line.I cant tell if theyre just this inept or theyre salty that I didnt go with their services but I would stay far away from Giannis Repair.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. I had an absolutely AWFUL experience with Giannis, and I highly recommend that you avoid them at all costs. Giannis had my new car for nearly a month while they replaced the transmission. Their communication was horrendous, they were incredibly unprofessional, and what should have been fixed in less than a week took way too long. They have a sign hanging in the lobby that says, If a man says he will fix it, he will! There is no need to remind him every six months about it! Im pretty sure thats Giannis motto, but even if you called to remind them every six minutes, they would probably still take forever to get the work done. Do yourself a favor and avoid this shitshow.

Low cost auto repair. They probably would not be able to diagnose an electrical problem under the dashboard of a new Mercedes but could drop a used motor into your vehicle in a day.

I took my vehicle to Gianni’s for some work that my usual mechanic was unable to do, they were referred to me by a friend. I really appreciate the service they provided and I will definitely go back to them. More importantly I would feel good recommending them to others.

No service was done at this time, but previous services have always been great, fast, and informational.

Place started off good but ended bad not professional at all and each time they had my car was never no communication and over priced lied too and was always something else wrong with my car when I got it back I would not recommend this place be careful my friends
