I was looking for a place. I stumbled upon the Zephyr Line Apartments. I was touring around the property to get a better look at the grounds. All was going well until i overheard a conversation and was very dissappointed at the interaction. The lady Who let it be known that she was the manager of the property was talking to a group of people in a very disrespectful manner. Long story short i didnt even ask for any information.

I LOVE these apartments. They have a washer and dryer in each unit, and a small patio area. There are lots of cupboards in the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom and bedroom are large, with a large bedroom closet. Location is convenient. Im very happy here.

I really like my apartment its new and nice. Maintenance guy was super cool when he came to fix my dryer and the manager is so sweet. it shows they care. I like how i can walk to colfax to get all my stuff done. not moving from here for a while A++

The apartments are nice but the neighborhood is not a lot of meth addicts in Winos walking around the street at night and breaking into cars always I live here so I know what I talk about told office to have a security guard there but obviously you really doesnt give two s**** about what his job is

Was looking for an apartment for my son and I and the price was too high for the side of town we live in. This is Colorado, not California and starting at $1400 for a 1 bedroom almost $2,000 for a 2 bedroom. You are in the wrong neighborhood.

Warning - It wasnt displayed anywhere on their website, but it sounds like they currently have a 6 month to 1 year waitlist and are an income restricted property. Having this information displayed somewhere could have saved me some time.

I moved here about less then 2 years ago and the fitness center i have only been able to use it twice since i have lived here its always locked and residence dont have access to it after hours i would enjoy using it part of the reason i moved here

I took a tour of a unit a month ago. These are very spacious, thoughtfully designed with perfect amenities including a full-sized washer and dryer in each unit. Best of all, all utilities except cable and Internet are included in monthly rent.Arlene, the community manager is an absolute pleasure. If you have any needs she is more than happy to address them with you. She will take very good care of you and is extremely patient and accommodating to ones questions and concerns.I really hope to make Zephyr Line Apartments my new home in the near future. I hope Arlene works here for a really long time!

I have not moved in here yet Im going to soon I hope that the problems that they are having have been cleared up the leasing manager seems really nice

For the price, these apartments cant be beat! The size seems a bit on the small side but it works. Great (and communicative) staff also!

Clean, modern looking, and the existing tenants are cool.

Nice apartments but so, so location of town.

I was told I needed to put 200.00 deposit if I want to be placed on a wait list. When I asked what forms of payment do you accept? I was told a cashiers check. Ive never heard of giving a deposit for a wait list that doesnt even guarantee an apartment. Sounds a little sketchy .
