I have lived in quite a few apartment complexes in my life. Americana has been an incredible experience compaired to all of the others. Quick to respond to issues without complaint, one gets the impression that they sincerely care. They are friendly. They seem like family. These are great people and this is a great complex.

10 years ago, I lived in Americanan apartment. My family has had a very pleasant living experience there. Especially, staffs in Americana are very friendly. Their services are excellent. I miss the peaceful life in Americana Lakewood Apartment!

I absolutely LOVE this apartment complex! The staff is amazing and really care about their residents. They have been so accommodating during COVID restrictions with the gym, pool, and hot tub. I love that theyre really dog friendly and the maintenance men always say hi to my dogs when Im walking them. I would say the best part about this complex is that it is SAFE and well lit. I am not afraid to walk my dogs at night by myself which is such a relief. I HIGHLY recommend this complex!

I really liked living here! The community is quiet and clean. The staff has excellent customer service. I love that they have a garden area as well as gym, pool and hot tub with views. Whats not to love? I had a roommate in a 2br and I thought it was a bit cramped. But as long as you are efficient and like eachother, its just fine. 🙂

I lived here for 6 years and loved every bit of it. It was a wonderful place to live and start a life with my now wife. The entire staff is hard working and friendly. You will find the grounds to be well maintained and quiet pleasant. They do everything they can to make sure you are happy and comfortable in your home.For example, our hot water heater started leaking in the middle of the night (2:00am) and we were worried about the potential of it flooding the apartment. Maintenance was there in less than 30 minutes. They addressed the problem to get us through the night and we’re back at 8:00am with a new water heater. Outstanding!A very peaceful, happy place to call home.

I loved living at Americana. The folks in the leasing office were always incredibly helpful and maintenance was always fast whenever anything needed fixing. The apartments were clean, had nice views, and the pool and fitness center were great!

After looking into several different complexes in the area, we decided to go with Americana. We are SO GLAD we did. Our experience from the first meeting to the actual move in went as smooth as possible. Jesse in the front office is amazing and so helpful. He really listens, and takes the time to help you find a unit that suits your needs. Unlike a couple other places we visited, Americana has zero hidden fees, or unwanted surprises. What they tell you is EXACTLY how your move will play out. We so appreciate their honesty and personal touches in helping us find our new home. We love our new apartment. I came expecting to do some cleaning before move in and the place was like brand new inside!! It is perfect for us and we are so happy to be living here. The grounds are gorgeous and park like and it is a very nice community. Quiet and safe.

Ive lived here for 4 years now since my move across the country and it truly is a great apartment complex. The prices are fair, neighborhood is very nice and close to everything, and apartments are nice. The best part is the office staff though. It makes it SO much easier when you have attentive and kind office staff. All my maintenance requests were handled very quickly and anytime I called, they pick right up and are willing to help. I will be sad to leave, only reason we are moving is to a bigger house. Definitely recommend it!

The pool and hot tub are great amenities. Always fun to visit.

The staff is AMAZING! They’ve been very personable. My children love them. My spouse and I love them. We lost a child and they’ve been nothing but accommodating and compassionate. My youngest is calling his grandpas “BOB” after the maintenance guy here at Americana.I know we’re growing out of this place but I don’t think I will ever find a management company so put together like this again. The pool is always clean. There’s a garden you can sign up for which we’ve utilized a lot. They’re always on top of any issues I have. They’re always friendly. I love this place!!! They need to get into selling homes.

I loved living here. Just a few things I disliked. There was always some maintenance going on. Both good and bad. It means they were keeping things up to date but construction equipment was always taking up parking space. But parking was plentiful so not a major issue. Staff was always helpful and willing to work with you on issues like rent if you were a little late and thing were always taken seriously if it was an issue like your pilot light or any other issues with your apartment. Security guards were always nice if we over stayed a bit after closing of the pool or hot tube. I liked my neighbors and everyone was pretty friendly. Lots of stairs though. I moved out before my lease was up because I got divorced. But I loved it here and would return in a second if I ever got approved again.

Best apartments in the area. We lived here for 6 years and wouldnt have left if it werent for the fact that we were moving to another state.All the staff are extremely polite and helpful. We loved working with Jesse. Maintenance is on your request within a couple hours. They really take care of their residents!Thanks, Americana!

This is a phenomenal apartment complex. We have lived here 2 years and are only moving due to new jobs. No place we have looked at has lived up to Americana and we are so sad to be leaving. There are the same staff members working here as when we toured the complex 2+ years ago. They truly care about the residents and arent out to short them or get money from them. The maintenance staff are amazing and so helpful. They are constantly out making sure the grounds are kept clean. It is truly a gem that is reasonably priced and you get SO much for your money. Plus they do some awesome events for the residents. I cant say enough good things about this place.

Weve been living there for 5 years (until this July) and we loved it. The location was great: close to Denver (downtown), to the mountains, to Golden, to Belmar... a quiet and safe area, which is what we were looking for (we had a baby and Safety was our first concern). The staff was amazing, specially Jesse, he was always with a very positive mood, ready to help us with anything we needed. The maintenance team was very efficient and, in general, the amenities were good: the pool, the gym... We knew we could find other communities that were newer and more modern that this one, but considering what we were paying, the value of this community was great because they make you feel like home, and for us, that was the most important thing. We left because we moved to another state but I would recommend it to everyone.

I lived here for 2 years. The apartment was very clean when I first moved in. I only had to report things to maintenance a couple of times and the issue was resolved right away both times. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I think these are definitely the best apartments available in the area. My coworkers that lived in the newer buildings closer to Union were paying a lot more in rent than I was, and were not really getting anything for it.

I lived here for a year and from the start it felt like home. Like all the reviews have said, everyone on the staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew is efficient, friendly, and great. They were also the best price for a decent apartment with washer and dryer. I would choose them again if needed.

Very friendly, reliable, and consistent staffing.Quick maintenance request turn around.When we first resigned our lease there was talk of possibly raising monthly pet rent because of owners not cleaning up after their dogs.. which was definitely an issue. We brought up how a Poo Prints Program would be effective or more dog trash stations throughout the complex, as there really werent enough spread out around the area. I know a couple other residents had mentioned the same to the staff and a few months later there were several more dog trash stations added around the complex!! It seems to really have helped the poo problem.Every summer they do have projects that are completed like roofing, painting, and parking lot repairs. They are mildly annoying but its nice to see them keep up routine repairs and not let the exterior get run down!We will be signing our fourth lease in September and dont plan on moving anytime soon. We love our little apartment and great staff!

Excellent location! The value is very good here too- I have many more amenities here than my budget would allow for anywhere else. Maintenance is always quick, courteous, and clean . Office staff is kind and accommodating - I always feel comfortable going to them when I need to, however I rarely need to because the staff is really on top of things. When the parking lot or stairs are especially icy, they text us. When the office has to close early, they text us . When there are small issues going on, they text us. Communication is really good but not invasive.So much nicer than any other place I have rented - I have been living here for 10 months and will definitely renew my lease when it comes up.

I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment complex! I’ve been a resident for two years and have been really happy with the staff, maintenance, community events and amenities. Jesse is the one who helped me through the leasing process, it very was stress free and he was incredibly professional and friendly. I still go into the leasing office often and he is always there for whatever needs I have. They have monthly rent contest ($50 off), pizza nights, free ice cream and lots of other fun things to make you feel apart of the apartment community. The pool is amazing, never too crowded & there’s an outdoor/indoor hot tub. Also, this complex/ apartments are very CLEAN (I’ve never had a bug or rodent problem) Overall, an awesome place to live!

I love this complex! Ive been here for about a year and a half now and I couldnt be happier with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Everything is always clean and well maintained and its in such a nice area. Highly recommend.

I am about to sign my third lease with the Americanas and Im forever loving the community. All staff are incredibly friendly. Maintenance issues are addressed quickly. Its a very, very fair price for the area- with a ton of amenities. Ive told them before that I will stay here as long as I can afford it, or I am able to buy a house- whichever comes first. :)

This is a gem. I lived here for over a decade in different buildings and love the views, quiet neighborhood, great neighbors and friendly staff. Anytime I had an issue, which was rare, the office was quick to respond and always respected my schedule.There are plenty of walking areas if you have a dog, so you wont have any problems meeting furry friends.I highly recommend Americana Apartments. They were home to me!

Lindsey was really awesome to work with at Lakewood Americana . When ever something had to get done we called Lindsey and things were taken care of right away. Always smiling and great personality with a beautiful place to live In the foothills. A man of his word!!!!

I lived there over a year. Loved it. The staff was always very friendly and if there was any problem they were fast to respond and resolve it. The grounds were well maintained. The pool was nice and the hot tub very relaxing. My apartment was very close to a park with tennis court and large playground. Nice workout room and equipment (should have use it more) My wife did and she looks great. I was sad to leave.

Weve been here almost a year, and this place has been wonderful. We have never experienced one maintenance problem (in our last place we had several in the span of just 6 months) but have heard from our neighbors that they are extremely fast in fixing any problems. The office is very professional and helpful, the grounds are maintained well, and the price is a great value. Were very happy here.

I got so lucky when I found this place. I cant believe I have not wrote a review yet. I have lived here for a little over 3 years and the way this place is run is amazing. The leasing office staff and maintenance staff genuinely care about the tenants, the property is kept up very nicely, and they WILL fix anything that goes wrong, and quickly. The pool area and amenities are amazing. You absolutely get what you pay for and more here. I wont leave until I am ready to buy a home. AVOID MOUNTAIN VISTA (the apartment building down the street), they are the exact opposite of Americana.

Excellent community, plenty of parking, and great staff. Their maintenance is very, very quick. We had a leaky roof and had emailed them on a Sunday night, they were out here Monday morning. Everyone is very friendly and the rent is reasonable. I would definitely recommend living here.

For the price, I cannot find anything better. I just renewed my lease and could not be happier. The neighborhood is quiet, the staff is always eager to accommodate me, if youre a runner there is plenty of places to run, and it has been very convenient yet private. I also have two dogs and the price for the deposits and monthly pet fees is unbeatable. The grounds are always kept clean and I always see maintenance around the complex maintaining and improving the area.

You simply will not find a better staff, maintenance or quiet, affordable home so close to the city. My two year old and my Rottweiler have never felt more safe and a part of a welcoming community.

Americana Lakewood was wonderful.My apartment was very quiet, had a beautiful view of Denver and the sunrise, and was equipped with new appliances that looked and worked great.Where Americana Lakewood really shined for me was the management team. They were extremely polite every time I had contact with them and when I had to break my lease three months early to move for work, they were great about giving me options. Even though they were not required to let me sign over my lease during this period, they recognized that allowing me to pay the re-letting fee and signing over my lease to a new tenant was mutually beneficial. If I moved back to Lakewood, I would have no reservations about staying here again.

I was very pleased with my year at Americana Lakewood. If circumstances had been different, I would have wanted to remain living there. The location is fantastic; it feels like a safe area, and had plenty of sidewalks and paths to take your kids or dogs for walks. Everything you could possibly need is close by like grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, and its a short drive to the Colorado Mills mall.I was in the office many times throughout my stay and interacted with many of the office people. They were always super kind and helpful when I needed them. The office also had a printer for use which turned out to be very helpful while I was there.I also had some maintenance issues throughout my time, and they were always quick to respond and resolve the issue. The guys are always working their butts off to get things done around the property. Serious props to them.As for my actual apartment, I had a two bedroom, two bath. The layout was great, the carpet was super clean, and the appliances worked well.The complex also has a garden, which I never used but since it was right outside my apartment, I saw many people out there. It is beautiful. There is also a pool, which I used a few times. Its clean and obviously well taken care of.Ill always recommend this complex. Its the best one Ive ever lived in. I cant say enough good things about the apartments and the awesome office staff! Shout out to Lindsey and Jesse who were always helpful to me!

Only been here a short time but so far the experience has been amazing. Maybe coming from a nightmare situation helped but I have been nothing but pleased with Americana. All the office staff are friendly, very helpful, and personable. I put in a work order and maintenance was there promptly the next morning and took care of my minor issues. The grounds are very clean and everyone seems to pick up after their pets. They have a community garden that is free for residents which i cant wait to take advantage of. The complex is very quiet. My apartment has up to date appliances and was very clean when i moved in. I had to get on a wait list to move in but it was well worth the wait!!!! I would recommend this complex to anyone!

Coming to the end of a two years living here, and I am sad to say I will not be staying longer. My roommate and I just cant afford the rent anymore (as the rate goes up every year, but that is to be expected...). The staff has always been friendly and quick to respond to service calls. The grounds are well maintained and the neighborhood is quiet. The fitness room is decent, with several treadmills and a weight machine (no free weights) and the pool is heated and there is a hot tub. My favorite part is my view from the balcony. 10/10 would recommend.

This place is extremely hostile to trans and gender non-conforming people. staff refuses to gender me or my roommates correctly or call us by our real names. not only that even asking them to do so was met with blatant hostility and contempt. all we got from them is that they cant accommodate nicknames which is NOT what we are asking for. if this continues for much longer were going to be pursuing legal action.

Theres a reason these guys have such a high rating over such a long time span... Theyre amazing! We lived here for 2 years and were treated like kings by the leasing office, maintenance men and other staff. Not only is their customer service on piont, but the amenities are unparalleled as well. We lived on the top of the hill, across the street from the leasing office and pool and hottub, so what did Americana do? They put in an indoor hottub and workout room on our side of the street also! And the indoor hottub is something else. Great for getting pains to go away, or for just lounging!The location is also top notch! Being set at the top of the hill, you rarely hear ambulances, firetrucks or noisy cars, but its still close enough to everything you need. Theres even a King Soopers and walgreens less than 3 minutes away! And, because they are at the top of the hill, they give way to the BEST view in all of Denver for watching fireworks. You literally get to watch every show in the Denver metro area all at once. We went for both New Years and 4th of July and had a great time watching with our neighbors!Thank you Jesse and LindseyLind being such rock stars. You guys are a lot of the appeal of this place because your customer service is second to none!If we didnt have to move closer to Boulder, wed never leave! We will miss you!!

Great apartment complex.

Ive lived here almost four years and LOVE this place. The staff here is amazing. When we first started living here we had a maintenance issue, we called and left for breakfast right after expecting them to get back to us within the next few days. To our surprise we got a call from the maintenance man as we were pulling into the parking lot of the breakfast spot five minutes away. He was calling to ask if our dog was friendly. Within an hour of calling our maintenance issue was fixed and we came home without having to worry about it anymore. This has been the situation with every maintenance request weve ever had, handled fast and professionally. Never a band aid fix. Our washing machine was leaking once, they tried to fix it a few times and eventually replaced the whole thing because they couldnt figure out what was wrong.Jesse in the office is amazing. He was so helpful when we first moved in with our roomate, and then again when we needed a one bedroom just for ourselves. He was able to give us a whole weekend to transfer to another apartment across the street. There have been a few times after coming into the office that Ive stayed and chatted with the staff for awhile just because theyre great people!The only concern Ive ever had here is the break ins we had about a year or two ago. Our car along with a few others were all broken into within one night. Right away Lakewood police came out and dusted for fingerprints, they were able to capture the guys within the same day and Americana had extra patrols around the neighborhood. Things happen, it wasnt their fault that people broke into cars and they responded with everything they could.My old roomate moved to an apartment complex down the road (west hills) and he says that he wished he had stayed in Americana. Hes going to try and move back once his lease is up.I recommend this place to everyone! Dont risk the other apartment complexs around here. Americana is by far the best apartment complex in this area!

Ive lived here for 8 months now and I feel as though the leasing office harasses me. They did not send me a bill for 3 months for my water usage then hit me with a huge bill and tried to claim it was my fault even though they had my apartment registered in someone elses name. The second occurance and possible the most annoying and unprofessional happened when I gave them a check for my months rent but was date 30 day prior to the date it was due and then they tried to say I didnt pay them and that they were charging me a 50 dollar late fee. As soon as I found this out from a note hanging from my door i contacted the leasing office, very upset as you can imagine, and they tried to explain that they added the fee as a scare tatic to get me to come in and change the date... I found that really weird and like i said earlier unprofessional but the cherry came the next day after I had already changed the date on the check they had stuck another note on my door, proclaiming that they had put it on everyones door ( nope just mine), explaining how recently they had had a rash of people writing checks incorrectly: Not signing them, putting wrong amounts, and bad dates... excuse me but what planet are you from were dating a check early is a bad thing its not like i post dated and to have the audacity to accuse me of writing the check wrong I maybe young but I am a professional and should not be talked down to by my property management group. Now recently they are harassing me about the insurance on my apartment not because I have neglected to insure my place or really anything that is their business really but because they are petty and looking for things to do to validate why they have a job and/or purpose ..... I Love my apartment but they are making it very hard for me to want to stay here I expect professionalism and privacy from my leaser but obviously that is too much to ask from American Lakewood
