I had lived in Windsor community for ten years .I would like to complement the management and the staff on their professionalism, curtesy and warmth and kindness at the same time.It’s not easy to achieve this kind of balance.Any request that I had was addressed promptly and any repairs were completed in a timely fashion.I would recommend this community to my family and friends without hesitation.Krystyna

Very impressed by the staff and amenities at the Windsor. Plus, all interactions with other residents were friendly. It was by far the nicest apartment/townhome community Ive ever lived in. Its proximity to the Bear Creek Greenbelt also cannot be beat. Perfect for walking the dog, running, reading a book on the water, and you get beautiful, unimpeded views of front range mountains to the west.

We love it here! This is the cleanest and most well maintained property in the Lakewood area. The leasing and maintenance staff are very attentive and tenant focused. Weve had very few maintenance requests, but the staff takes care of things immediately when things do come up.

My wife recently moved to The Windsor after living in a small town in the country. We wanted to be closer to the city for work reasons and we were definitely feeling like we were going to miss the peace and beauty of countryside living. We were wrong. The property is gorgeous and meticulously kept. Also, The Windsor is adjacent to the Bear Creek Green Belt. We are definitely in the city with so much close by however it feels and looks like were looking out at a Bob Ross painting. The property is super pet friendly and even has a dog park. Huge bonus for us is the garage is attached to our one bedroom!!! The ladies in the leasing office were incredible to deal with; professional, great energy and the office itself is stunning and offers a really nice business center and gym. There is a yoga room as well which I take full advantage of. Ummmm what else....There are 3 pools so we never feel crowded and the grounds keepers and maintenance staff do an impeccable job at keeping the place clean and running. My wife and I cannot say enough great things about our new home. The sense of community and pride here is strong and we love that. Thank you Windor Staff!!!! We greatly appreciate all that you do!

I absolutely love living here and just signed another year lease. I love all my neighbors, and the staff are awesome. The gym, hot tub, and pool are wonderful ! Everything is always clean, maintenance responds quickly. I also love living on the green belt, its beautiful. I highly recommend these apartments.

My parents have lived in the Windsor Apartments since 2014. This is an extremely well-kept and well-managed complex. The property management staff has always gone above and beyond for their residents. We highly recommend the Windsor Apartments.

We found Windsor Townhomes & Apartments to be a quite and pleasant place to live. The landscaping is well done, the garbage pick-up is quite adequate, and the maintenance teams are knowledgeable and show up in a timely manner.

We’ve been living at the Windsor’s since 4/2019 and absolutely love it. The office staff is great and the maintenance team is phenomenal. We had an issue with our heat going out overnight and woke up at 6am because of the cold. We called maintenance and they were not only at our apartment within 20 minutes, but they had it fixed before 730am. The grounds are beautiful and being in a gated community does give a bit of security. They are a little bit more money than apartments in the area. However, good luck finding an apartment with an attached garage, fire place, dish washer, Soaking tub, and a washer and dryer in the unit. So I’d say you definitely are getting quality with what you pay for. Oh and they’re pet friendly!I’d say the only thing that they’re missing would be a fenced in dog area. Even though there’s the big park that’s right there (Bear valley and sister city) which is great for walking and biking. It would be really nice if there was somewhere close that the dogs could safely run around.

Great place. The apartments and landscaping are always well maintained. The office staff is responsive and friendly and the maintenance staff are fast and efficient. Cant beat the location in Lakewood.

I don’t live here but i have a story to share and I hope you give this a read anyway. I lost my phone today (October 12) on a park bench at a nearby trail from these apartments and one of the residents who lives here turned it in to their leasing office! To say that my faith in humanity is restored is an understatement because wow sometimes I forget there’s good people out in this world. I’m writing this post for two reasons: I want to find the person who turned it in and give them a reward and just thank them! And two, because I wanna commend the leasing office for being so trustworthy, even if it was just with a random lost phone! Thank you to the lady in the leasing office who kept my phone safe! Thank you to the kind-hearted person who turned in my phone!

I love living here and cant imagine moving anywhere else. The office staff and maintenance crew are wonderful and helpful. Gated, safe, beautiful grounds, pools and workout facilities are fantastic. I love calling the Windsor my home.

I recently relocated with my wife and our dog to the Lakewood area and the Windsor leasing staff made the transition stress free! This is our first time living in a gated community that brings us a lot of comfort on our late night walks with our dog and the convince of the trail that goes on for miles behind the town home is great! Maintenance takes care of all things Windsor including 24 hour work order responds and snow removal specifically from our 2 car drive way. We really appreciate the care that goes into this community especially when our guest compliment our home! We will be attending our first resident event this month and we are excited to meet with our neighbors.

I have lived here for about a year now. I am a single woman living alone and have felt safe at this location! Location is super quiet and convenient. Grocery stores, shopping (mall), exercise, eating out, nails, liquor stores, etc are all within reach. The community is gated and has multiple pools. Grounds are kept nicely. The staff is all nice and friendly from office to maintenance. Maintenance requests are taken care of right away! The neighbors are pretty chill too especially with my runaway 10lb dog who seems to love getting out and running right up to other dogs when I have groceries or something in my hands! SORRY!!!! LOVE living here! RECOMMEND to anyone!

I relocated to Lakewood 3 years ago, chose Windsor, and have been super happy here! As a woman alone, Ive felt extremely safe and secure. The office staff is very responsive and so is maintenance - on a Sunday morning recently my heat went out and it was repaired within 30 minutes of my calling in to the on-call maintenance crew. Its very quiet, the pools are awesome, the landscaping is well-tended and snow removal is done promptly. I highly recommend renting here.

High price, friendly staff

Just moving friends in and love it. Had a few small non-emergency maintenance issues and Robert fixed them in record time. He got back to them in less than an hour and had them all resolved immediately; wow, now thats quick. Kudos Robert and thank you!! We appreciate your prompt call and professionalism. Jessica and the property management staff have also been a joy to work with since day one.

Living at the Windsor for the past nine years has been a great experience! I love being right next to the Green Belt Open Space Park with plenty of walking and biking paths. It is a beautiful park with incredible views up top here by the apartments. The property itself truly feels more like a community than most apartments that are crammed together and with limited parking. There is plenty of room here. The property is really well cleaned and maintained. The maintenance staff has always been quick to act on any request and emergency I’ve had. They are friendly as well, as every morning when I drive by them they give a wave. On top of all this, my apartments’ square footage and layout is great! The floor plan is so spacious and open! It’s not a townhouse but still provides plenty of space. A two car garage is just an added bonus! It’s clear that in order to have a successful property it starts with the management team, and the office staff here is always helpful and friendly. I’m proud to call the Windsor my home!

We have been here 3 years and changed apartments twice because of family and each time the Manager and staff were fantastic in finding us what we needed and the best place for us. The maintenance service guys are terrific and prompt. I decided to come to CO for 1 year but fell in love with where I live and extended my work. If you are looking for a cozy, quiet, and secure living and are trail lover this is the place for you.

Weve been at The Windsor over a year and absolutely love living here! The staff is happy and attentive, the maintenance is handled very quickly, and the grounds are beautiful all seasons. We walk on the trails everyday and have even walked to get dinner and groceries a few times. Super close and convenient to shopping and the outdoors. Its a super quiet and friendly neighborhood and is pet friendly. Gated entry, garages, 3 pools, tennis courts, yoga room, full gym area, snow removal, recycling, and resident activities year round.

The property is well maintained and beautifully landscaped. Have called maintenance twice and both times, they exceeded my expectations with prompt service and taking care of the issue at hand, including upgrades. I am grateful to the professional and courteous service from Robert and his associate in repairing our garage door. The service from the office staff and maintenance is exceptional.

The apartments are incredibly nice with many different floor plans depending on your budget and lifestyle. Beyond that, the grounds are kept incredibly clean, there is tons of open space, its incredibly close to parks via connected walking trails and the amenities are SWEET! Not to mention the staff is very friendly, especially Jessica, shes my personal favorite! Regardless of what your looking for this place is hard to beat.

Beautiful place to live

Nice place and maintenance is really almost immediately. Lots of gardens and three pools around the whole complex, ideal for new couples and kids. Very tranquil setting, no undesirable noise at all. Seniors will relaxed as my husband and I do. Very recommendable.

We have loved living at the Windsor for the past three years! Its clean, well cared for, beautiful landscaping. The maintenance crew has always been responsive and the office staff very helpful and friendly. We had a water heater go out in the middle of the night. Someone came within 15 minutes to help.

I live here and the apartments are great. I love the floor plan and the space in the apartment. The maintenance team is always very fast for any issues. The grounds are kept clean and the pools are great. The office staff is also very friendly especially Jessica.

This place sucks. I have been dealing with a leak from the apartment above me for four months. The only thing that they have done to try to fix it is caulk the bath tub in the apartment above me. They continually allow health hazards to remain in their apartments. 20 minutes later I am still waiting for emergency services to show up. The girl that I spoke to denied that she knew anything about the leak. She was the person that I reported it to the second and now the fourth time. The maintenance guy finally showed up and said that there is nothing he can do. Then after he said it is probably the same issues as the time before and I asked him why they fix the ceiling, he then denied it. Oh I made the girl in the office cry. Really? Do not live here unless you want to deal with the same problems over and over again and deal with rude staff both in the office and maintenance.

My family and myself loved the 3 years at The Windsor! It was safe, clean, and spacious with amazing extras including the wonderful pool area! We would definitely recommend this great living area to anyone looking for a beautiful and peaceful place to rent!

We are very happy to be living at the Windsor! The staff is warm, welcoming and accommodating! The grounds are beautifully maintained, the space inside is up-dated and its so nice to start fresh with new carpet, new appliances, and fresh paint! (Without any DIY!!!) We love the location and feel weve moved into a Home, Sweet Home, with friendly neighbors and a great staff to call in if we need help!

Ive lived at the Windsor for about 2.5 years now, so believe my review should be a valid & honest one. The property is beautiful - kept immaculate while still respecting residents privacy and sleep schedules. The open-space behind is fantastic - especially if you walk dogs. I have lived MANY places in the metro area and even though the drive to work takes a few more minutes, its well worth it to stay here.Were not always being bugged for maintenance checks or garbage like that, although Ive never seen a better team of Maintenance techs - and if you have a problem, they make sure its solved ASAP.Im not getting paid to rate this - remember - or anything in return..this review is genuine. Security: Very good - alarms available and neighbors look out for any strange activity inside the gates (which always WORK, by the way!!). The management team here ( I know for a FACT ) does an excellent job screening potential residents and that alone eliminates massive problems. Management is always courteous, helpful and (at least from a residents POV) runs like a well-oiled machine. Once again, they do their absolute best to make the Windsor feel like a HOME vs. an apartment. Life here is peaceful whether for a family or a single person. It may not be the least expensive (and isnt the most by far) place to live but its worth every cent for the value you get.PET FRIENDLY!!

I lived in the Townhome section of Windsor for approximately a month before unfortunately having to relocate out-of-state for work reasons. The front office staff was both understanding and helpful despite the quick turnaround, particularly Macayla and Christina. Attached garages, a quiet, homely atmosphere and friendly staff have made this community easily the best I lived in during my ten year stay in Colorado. If I ever return to Denver for a long-term stay I would re-lease at the Windsor without reservation.

We just signed our lease for our 4th year. We are in one of the townhomes and overall we have been pleased with the company, especially compared to other available landlords in Denver. It is a bit more expensive, but does have nice amenities and the property is well maintained. We have had a few problems with our heater, but maintenance always arrived promptly and took care of it even in the middle of the night. The leasing team is very nice and they do resident appreciation events every few months which are nice.

We lived at Windsor for three years and overall, I loved it! The staff and maintenance were amazing. If I ever had an issue, they were right there to fix it. Everyone in the office remembered myself and husband by name, even through mergers and change of staff. The townhomes were well maintained and spacious. I loved the fact of having my own attached garage and ability to put in a washer and dryer. We had more than enough storage space and loved the Narnia closet that went under the steps. The only downside was the ever increasing rental rates and Xcel bills. They could get steep. Other than that, we loved everything about it. I always felt safe. We never had an issue with shady neighbors or stolen things. Our neighbors were great and we all got along. If I had the option, I would move back in a heart-beat.

I am writting this review so no one else has to deal with what we went through. My wife, myself and her cousin applied to these places and the application process is very very strict. We have 2 ESA dogs and went through the trouble of making sure all the paperwork was ready and they told us we had the green light to move in. Two weeks later they tell us our roommate doesnt meet the requirements which is understandable under the circumstances but we were essentially lied to. The manager was the one who told us we were good to move in and that was lie. They also made it seem like they would work with us but in the end they were quick to give us back our deposit. Please beware of their application process and dont believe what they tell you until you have the lease signed. They make you feel like they want you to live here but in reality they dont care. I was extremely sad and disappointed that about this because we were lied to and now we have wasted 2 weeks of our time not looking for a place to live and we have to be out of our current place in less than a month.

I would have loved to live in this community. The grounds were beautiful, the staff was friendly, and the neighborhood was quiet. The only reason that I am giving such a poor review was the process in which my particular case was handled. 3 of us were applying, 1 did not meet the requirements so we were denied. When I asked if my wife and myself could pursue a 1 bedroom unit since we were approved we were told no because we would just have the other person move in any way. Before the denial was ever presented to us the office took 2 weeks to keep asking us for more and more information on our ESA dogs. Both of which are certified, and the information was provided to them WITH our applications. They took 2 WEEKS to credential and then re-credential our animals. By the time they told us we were not approved they had already cashed our deposit check, offered us a unit number, had us pay for gate keys, and had hundreds of dollars of documents required to be sent and resent several times for our dogs. When we then had to accept the fact that we were not moving into this community they then took an entire week to cut us back our check which was then mailed to us. At this point we are now 18 days before our move out date, that we cannot change because we committed to this date when they cashed our deposit check and told us they were just waiting to hear back from our physician AGAIN on the legitimacy of our animals. We have no new home to go to because the over $600 this place has “on hold” will not reach us until at very minimum 4 days from now. Which leaves us 2 weeks to figure something out. This community has not only dissatisfied me with their ass backwards practices, but has now cause my 2 dogs, my wife, and myself, to be threatened with homelessness because of their lack of ability to go through rental processes appropriately. It is also worth mentioning that they were very friendly and accommodating to us, until the denial came through. Then we were treated as if we were nothing and no concern for our situation was conveyed. How in the world do you credential the animals before the humans? How in the world do you offer a unit number, cash my check for gate keys, and admin fees, and a deposit, only to deny me 2 WEEKS LATER, after you have said word for word we are just waiting to hear back from your physician (AGAIN!) and you will be good to go. If I werent too busy frantically looking for a place to move into (as soon as I am given back the hundreds of dollars wrongfully taken from me) I would be spending more time consulting legal representatives to look into this matter. UPDATE-It is a week after the date that check were cut and still no check. 10 days left to move and no financial means of depositing money on another place with out this check...must be nice to not care if you are ruining someones livelyhood
