I rented a condo from them and lived there for two years. Both the move-in and move-out process was very easy. Maintenance requests were completed usually within 2 or 3 days max and their employees are very kind and helpful. I would definitely rent from them again and would recommend others to rent with them as well.

They are a good management company. They are always quick to respond when there is a problem. The staff are good people with good positive attitudes.

Laura was phenomenal through out the whole process. She was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The signing was simple and straight forward. This is what i can say. For years Laura Freese was my property manager. I always was able to get ahold of her was always able to get a positive response and she was always able to help with most issues that arose. And she was very pleasant to talk to. Wish she was still agent in charge of our building. And Im not the only one that feels this way. Or property has gone sour since she left. You are a very lucky company top have her. And her tenants even more so.

Associated Brokers Realty is a family owned company with 30+ years in the real estate industry in sales and property management. We decided to use Anthony as our Realtor and are so glad we did. I really appreciated the professionalism and kindness of the staff and Anthony. Very easy to work with and reasonable. Due to a tough time table provided by the owner of the property Anthony was able to work as a go between and worked well for both sides. I really felt that he was working hard to make sure I as the renter was taken care of. I would recommend him to anyone.

Being a property manager is not an enviable position to be in but Associated Brokers Realty did a great job trying to keep me, as the tenant, happy. I could tell they were also fulfilling their responsibility to the owner of the house I was renting, but they were great at understanding where I was coming from and did a great job acting as mediator between me and the owner. They were quick to respond when maintenance or repairs were needed and I really felt that they were looking out for my best interest as a tenant. That is very comforting to know when you are renting a home and I really appreciated it.

I had a positive move-out experience with ABR. After following the instructions in the move-out package I received my full security deposit back. Landlords were helpful and flexible with my move-out date before the end of my lease. Would recommend to tenants looking to rent in Charlottesville!

I am a owner who uses Associated Brokers Realty for managing our Condo. They do a fantastic job. Anthony handles everything very efficiently, has good judgment and has a professional manner. He does such a good job that I rarely have to interact with him. I recommend Associated Brokers Realty for property management.

I have been doing business with Associated Brokers for many years in the management of property. In my experience the owner and staff have communicated clearly and honestly with both tenants and property owners. Their customer support has also been first rate. Overall they have done an excellent job managing the rental and management process which can be very difficult in todays environment.

This is, without a doubt, the worst property management group currently in business in Denver. I lived in one side of a duplex with several roommates for a year that Associated Brokers Realty Inc. managed. They never came to fix broken parts of the house even after they said they would. Even something as simple as a replacement screen was too much for them to handle. Their employees used offensive, profane language directed at myself and my roommates when we voiced our concerns. When we moved into our home, there were holes in the wall in some places that we documented carefully (small holes, nothing we cared too much about). Upon our moving out, they then charged us to fix these holes! Further, we provided Associated Brokers Realty, Inc. our new addresses when we moved out to send us our security deposits back. The company even asked that we provide them with the addresses for that purpose. 63 days later (that is 3 days past when the lease said they would be sent to us), they mail one collective check back to the property where we use to live. They sent a check to the house we moved out of OVER TWO MONTHS AGO.So, in short, not only is Associated Brokers Realty, Inc. extremely poor at what they do, they are full of just down right unpleasant people. I would suggest to anyone thinking of utilizing their services to look elsewhere.

I rented through associated brokers for the last four years and had a great experience. Whenever I needed something, whether something was broke or something was wrong. They responded very quickly. The place was always maintained in good condition and important communication that ever needed to take place was handled quickly and efficiently. I find it important that they work strongly with both sides of the rental market and following the end of lease they made sure they did everything to keep both parties happy.

I have lived in an Associated Brokers property for over 10 years. I have been very pleased with this management company, which is owned by Anthony Irizarry. One cold winter day, Anthony had my furnace fixed within 6 hours and he even hand delivered space heaters for me, just in case the furnace company was unable to fix the furnace quickly. He also had a slightly leaking pipe fixed within 20 hours. I have stayed with Anthony, because he has everything fixed within a timely manner and is a great property manager. He has always been kind to me and very professional. I would highly recommend renting from Associated Brokers and/or have them manage your rental properties for you. Thank you Anthony and staff for making renting from you a pleasant experience.

Was a tenant of theirs for 1.5 years. Cheap rent. On move out, before turning in the keys an agent visited and said it was cleaned to his satisfaction and we would get the whole deposit back. SURPRISE: They withheld security deposit for cleaning charges; When we complained, their reply was that the withholding was not actually for cleaning, but for broken appliances. When we questioned what appliances were broken, they had no good answer and returned the full amount (less carpet cleaning, which is pretty standard). Took forever to resolve. Owners beware also: The agents often were no-shows to appointments with prospective renters. Im still friendly with neighbors in this complex and they said our old place sat empty for months. Shady business practices at best.

Possibly the worst property management in town. If your told i gotta guy for that that means you will wait months to have anything repaired if even repaired at all, I have literally tried to get my shower fixed for over 5 months with nothing done. Had appliances replaced that dont match others. Tried to raise rent when going month to month to force you into signing another year lease.lol...ive never heard a response from you or the plumber about the shower. and it still changes temp every time i shower so its obviously not fixed. Ive never said anything about water pressure...its always been about it changing from scolding hot to ice cold. and months of investigation???...how about trouble shooting and figuring out what the problem is. you guys just blamed the manufacturer saying they havent replied yet. no i did not return your phone call because i know in the long run it will do nothing and i planned on giving my 30 day notice either way. This company will give you an eviction notice when you refuse to sign another year lease because they dont want month to month tenants but the original lease says you can do month to month. He also says they only raised the rent $5....not true, try $75. Ive sent this company emails with pics showing how bad the hot water is out of the kitchen tap and have never heard one word from them about it. Its so cloudy you cannot even see through it (wont let me upload the pic but working on getting it uploaded). i sent the email on 1-2-18 and today is 5-21-18 and never got a response. this place will completely refuse to fix anything if they can come up with a good excuse.

Anthony Irizarry and his joke of a company are hands down the most unethical and unprofessional people and business I have ever dealt with. Anthony lies to and cheats every person he deals with. There are not enough negative words to describe how disgusting Anthony really is. The only reason that owners can state that he is good property manager is because of the fact that they are clueless about what really goes on. Owners dont know that he lies to, cheats, and threatens the tenants. I witness him doing it relentlessly to the owner of my property. He makes promises that he has no intentions of keeping and when you call him out on it, he claims to have no idea what your talking about and lies and threatens you even more. No one is allowed to go up against his God complex. He acts like he thinks he is part of a Godfather movie. All I can say is STAY AWAY from this sorry excuse of a man and his so claimed property management company.

Our experience with this company was frustrating and infuriating to say the least. In retrospect I am glad they NEVER called me back to let me know if I was accepted to rent their apartment even after we paid the $60.00 cash application fee. Keep it! Now I never have to deal with your poor customer service and condescending attitude ever again.Theres a reason why the reviews to this company are so poor and its because they are terrible at what they do. Go with someone else or regret it, I am so thankful that I did.UPDATE: The day after I posted this review I received a phone call offering my application fee back and an apology. I happily accepted both.

ABR has been managing our rental property for years. They have always been available, and absolutely attentive to any needs and emergencies that have come up.In several instances they were able to have services performed at a substantial discount from what I could have them done for.When choosing a property manager its important to have someone thats available all the time. Other managers Ive used were hard to get a hold of outside of normal hours, which is exactly when you need a property manager the most.I cant count the number of times I called ABR to address an issue only to find out they were already taking care of the problem.I would absolutely trust ABR with any new properties.

Anthony Irizarry and Associated Brokers have been such a godsend to me. They have handled all the rental responsibilities for my rental property for over 6 years. Anytime there has been an act of nature which has resulted in damage to the house, they have been quick and economical in getting it fixed. They deal with the insurance company to help me with claims and keep my house rented with trustrworthy tenants. Anthony continues to appraise the neighborhood and negotiates very competitive but lucrative rental rates for me. I have nothing but the highest praise for Associated Brokers and Anthony Irizarry.

As many do I sure did review the company before I moved in. Reviews arent too shaby. I gave Associated Brokers a shot and here I am still a tenant a yr and a half down the road. Yes, I have had several issues regarding my unit and with other tenants. Ive argued with the office just like anyone else would. But I am greatful to say that Mr. Anthony is a man of word and if you give him time and space he is more than happy to assist with any issues. I have learned that with patience and a few emails you get further than arguing with him. He has personally came by my house to assist in unresolved issues. Bottom line is yes I dont agree sometimes but at the end of the day Associated Brokers are understanding and fair. Once you get to know them you eventually actually look forward to going to drop your rent off. Thanks guys!

The owner isnt the nicest guy. They are awful at returning phone calls. They obviously dont want to rent their properties very much. I fear for people that go through the whole process and are stuck with them for more than one experience.

They are horrible they dont care about their tenets and they are quick to take money and then kick you out dont rent from them.
