It looks like a really nice apartment complex I really hope I can live here someday

Spent the night with a friend that lives there and it was a well kept beautiful place. Im glad she seems very happy there.

As a caregiver I found this place to be a cut above as far as senior Section 8 housing goes. The general location is sketchy but, the complex and grounds are nice.

New resident as of 7 months!...Love it❤...Stephanie, Brenda ( managers ) and Finn(maintenance) are very courteous, and professional, yet friendly to me 😊 I also want to give kudos to the landscaping crew.Rietta

Excellent attention to work orders. Repairs and concerns fixed in a timely manner. Repair persons are professional, good customer service, knowledgeable, and timely.

Management very helpful and knowledgeable. Nice comfortable looking place.

Had a lady get in the car on a shared ride to totally deafening me by screaming in my ear at the top of her lungs that she didnt want to hear us talk, because she had PTSD?! SHAG SHOULD Screen their tenants better!

A cozy place that my grandma is happy with. She goes to activities, exercises, and made some great friends

The view is great, but my family wanted to see an apartment on the weekend, but the managers of both buildings were not there! We were standing at the door trying to ask someone how to view the property, but nobody was helping us out.

They are ok but need a better maintenance department.

Its clean but clearly the building needs updating and maintenance. Trash area hard to access and poorly lit.Added 7/1/18:I also want to add that the main areas of the building are seasonally either uncomfortably hot or cold. The residents have to wear a sweater just to walk through the interior spaces in winter because the halls are freezing. In summer the common areas are sweltering.

The location the bilding and the grounds of this place are beautiful unfortunately I with they had some kind of a drop box to get a call back or flyers outside to get some information or pics of what the place looked like inside ! Was a little shocked a manager was not there on a Friday at 11:30am and I was bombarded bye this lady resident saying she was in charge when the manager was not around was happy but that quickly changed she didnt even let me into the dore/bilding like I was a criminal and she flat out telling me well you cant rent here anyways when I asked for a flyer or card or something layter adding its for 55+ like Im not an idiot stop!!! I had handicap friend in the car was looking for her before I took her out of the car!!!!! I felt so disrespected I almost wanted to cry but held it in as i was walking back to my car for my friend. I couldnt believe my mind!
