Management (Leah) is very nice, easy to work with, and very patient and accommodating. Marty the maintainance guy is fast, skilled, and friendly. Walls and floors are thin, but what can you expect. Water isn’t metered, so it gets a little high in the summer. Overall, had an amazing time here, will be sad to leave. 1140 for 1b/1b, W/D included, A/C, 725sqft.
